Great way to get started with WODs. It's nothing new or innovative but it's power is in its simplicity. Has been a great motivator for me to use and adapt these workouts.
This is supposed to be for beginners and yet there is no explanation of the app and hiw it works or the workouts and how they work. There is no structure what so ever. This app is horrible.
this is a great start to getting into a new habit of working out and it tones in areas other workouts dont. highly recommend this app.
Amazing app. I do one round per day and could see and feel a difference after 2 weeks.

what is the point of this app if you don't even update your work outs? this app is only good for like a week and then you don't even need it....

Very good app as I got bored with traditional bodybuilding and wanted to try something new I've kept my strength training with compounds but added in these workouts at the end . I designed a program for 4 days a week and every time I'm in I try and beat my time or get close to it each time I'm absolutely love this app recommended anybody wanting to start cross fit .
