I wish I would have looked at the ratings before subscribing. There are a few interesting things they offer, especially documentaries and Fringe pop 321, but halfway through the show, it crashes. Then I have to go back and start it over. I signed up for a year, hopefully the bugs get fixed soon.
Worked once on my phone, when I first installed. Now I can't get anthing to play. I am not happy, considering I paid for the year up-front. I've just signed up to be a beta tester in hopes I can help give feedback to improve this app. I like the programs in it, so I want it to work and succeed!
I just signed up for a 30 day free subscription but I had to put in my banking details to be charged after 30 days. When I signed up they never gave me a username which is what it asks me for to sign in and it won't work with my email amd password. Which means now I will he charged each month for the rest of my life hut I cant even log in to cancel. Tried to report the problem online and my message couldn't be sent!!! I'm very sad. This sucks!!!
We are having trouble logging in and cancelling our subscription. When we tried to log in, it tells us that our email doesn't work but sent the bill to said email.
They charged my account after 7 day free trial. I canceled it. Was told within 6 hours I would receive an email confirming my refund. However after over 24 hrs later no refund. I called the number, you don't get to talk to a real person, I left a message with all my information and still haven't heard back. Would not recommend them to anyone. They steal your $$$$ and lie about refunding your $$$. They are supposed to be a Christian company.. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
Is this no longer Available? I get on the website Error: This site can't be reached and on the application nothing it's a blank window stuck on getting movies but never does.
I tried to cancel trial subscription by email three times.. Also called customer service they keep billing me. Videos won't play all the way poor quality and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
so far I have watched one movie which was perfect!the other 2 I have tried to watch. I cpuld not get the sound to come on!!!!
It just wont open for me at all, ever, anymore. Even when I redownload it. Please fix it because you have a great product!
Very difficult to search movies. Always something wrong with certain movies.
Good movies...i liked kids content.... but difficult to follow the movies for us as not having subtitles...
I downloaded the app and when I went to open it all I got was "gathering videos for you"

There is no posted contact number for Crossflix when problems arise or you have questions. Is there a way to stream the movies on the tv?
I installed Crossflix with a free 30 trial and have never been able to watch 1 movie only previews at first. Since then the app keeps crashing I can't even cancel and I just got charged for my 2nd month. DON'T INSTALL!!! I cancelled my debit card filed a claim with my bank and still got charged another two month on an expired debit card. I still can't get this thing cancelled.
Not a good experience at all. I did the 3 year subscription and cancelled the other day so I wouldn't be charged again 3 years from now. Now I don't have access at all. Have tried a few times to contact them by email and phone but still no response. I want the remainder of my subscription! Checked their terms and it basically says I should still have access through the length of the subscription. Just don't sign up. Most of the content is available free on Tubi or Encourage TV. Or Pureflix.
