Crowdtap: Opinions & Rewards

Love it, there are usually a good amount of surveys a day, so earning points is pretty easy. The survey boards are very eye-catching and and I really like the colors and designs and how they're sorted. Much better than yougov in my opinion. My only thing is I wish there were gift cards for Wal-Mart, fast food places, and more restaurants. Some restaurants and stores I dont have in my area, so I have fewer options.

I really love this app and their website but had to give only 4 stars because lately the app locks up after clearing the board. The only way to fix it is to uninstall then reinstall but then it'll freeze up after completing a couple boards. Other than this glitch, I really recommend Crowdtap. It's fun and easy to answer. I've never had an issue with cashing out and this is the first tech issue I've had in over 2 years.

I installed this a couple of weeks ago& really love this app as Crowdtap just in and of itself. I rarely visit the web version on my phone anymore because I find this more convenient. I've yet to have any issues really or at least that weren't quickly fixed/resolved. I did once reinstall it because of a glitch but noticed the web version was experiencing the same issue. So a 5/5 from me!

Newest update shows the gift cards you received and status. It doesn't show them all though. Looking through the past few months it only shows a few. I've got way more than it showed. Only rating the app 4 stars because sometimes surveys get stuck or don't work right and I can't get rid of them. They keep trying to have me complete them but I can't for various reasons. Wish gift card redemption was faster.

I like this app. The questions are easy. And each mini survey is really short. Points add up surprisingly fast. I've already cashed out a $20 gift card for eBay and a $10 gift card for Spotify,..I haven't even been using this app a month yet!! Well worth the effort and time to do this. I highly recommend this app. Update: I truly enjoy this app. I like the shortness of it. But it would be nice to have a PayPal cash option...given the same scale and points 😎

I really have a lot of easy going fun doing all of the questionnaire boards, you get into a groove and it's like a rhythmic kind of meditation time, or time out, whatever. Lol. And it does pay out the gift cards or different platforms or currencies of payouts....they work and it's just a good honest trade out for the things you do for the amounts to redeem with the app store for your prizes. Simple, fun, and just really easy to do and understand the process to get your prizes. A lotta fun!

Fix the glitch!!! Went from 5 stars to 3 stars because of constant glitch. I have been a user for several months and have cashed out several times but I have had to uninstall,/reinstall the app 6 times in two days which is ridiculous. The app keeps freezing and not showing new surveys and the only way to fix the issue is uninstall/reinstall which takes time and data.

This is the first survey app that I have used that actually paid out a decent amount ,and it didnt take a week to get a little $5. With this app I can get a $5 gift card easily within maybe less than 24 hrs. The surveys are short and fun. And you dont get rejected constantly like other app's . You definitely want to give this one a try if you like to get gift cards quick for your favorite restaurants and stores. Oh, and no ads!

So far this experience has been pretty good! I was able to redeem two $5 amazon gift cards. I even had an issue with my account a couple of times and the support team has been responsive and helpful. Getting points seem relatively easy as well! I hope for more opportunities with this app.

I have tried a lot of apps like this and this is by far the best one. It's worth downloading. It's a quick and easy to build points and cash out for gift cards. My only complaint is once you cash out it takes a couple days for the gift card to he emailed to you. But at least getting enough points for one is very fast.

I love this app! So far I've gotten over 30 dollar worth of free gift cards. The only downfall if using the phone app is that after you redeem the points it seems the surveys are few and far between, that's the only thing I dislike about it! But this is a easy very legit way to earn free gift cards! Thank you!

Emailed for account disabling and found out it was deactivated for suspicious activity which I understood as I was in a rush while doing one once and probably mistapped or something, less than 10 hours later my account gets disabled again right after I cash out for a giftcard.. I've gotten 15$ in gift cards so far so it's okay for a short amount of time(week?) but not a long-term app. First email said they don't give second chances with account re-enabling, Uninstalling after I get my giftcard.

I have used a bunch of survey apps but this one is an easy favorite. You get your points no matter what. No spending 20 minutes only to be "not qualified" and the points add up fast. Already redeemed 2 gift cards in just a few days.

I absolutely love this app. It is super easy to earn enough points for a $5 gift card, I could do it in one sitting (about 2-3 hours) I love that the surveys are short and you don't have to deal with "not qualifying" like most survey apps. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the surveys are quite tedious, and often you'll be answering the same questions multiple times

I recently downloaded and started using this app. Did surveys a few hours here and there. Had enough to cash in for $5.00 gift card, but figured I'd wait until I reached enough for $10.00. A few days went by and I went to the app and I was signed out. I couldn't sign back in, I tried to reset my password, but still said disabled account. I email customer support and basically was told my acct will not be reinstated for being dishonest?! And violated there terms of service. Not true!

Would be 5 if the app had not randomly stopped working. I've logged out and tried logging back in online and it says my logg in is incorrect. It has nor uploaded and new surveys. I got an email saying that more where waiting but, when I check the app itself there is nothing. I really like the app at first but now debating on deleting it...

At first I was very disappointed to find there is no PayPal option for cashing out. Now I can only imagine why because 3 days after "cashing out" with the Walmart gift card of forced choice and it still hasn't arrived. Keep in mind this is an electronic card and there is no excuse for less than immediate delivery. Overall, this app will let you down and waste your time and then piss you off. Not worth the install.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I received an email promoting this app and decided to sign up, literally just yesterday. At first I thought it was cool. Everything was going fine and then as I was doing some surveys my account suddenly disabled in the MIDDLE of a survey! As a new member, I'm no longer impressed.

Downloaded the app and loved it, it's very straightforward and easy to use. I answered enough surveys to cash out a $5 gift card, never got it, then saw my account was deactivated with no explanation. Total waste of time.

Wrote a review before but now that ive really used it for a while i HAVE to write another, SO absolutely happy with this app, it takes all the things wrong with doing surveys- getting kicked out, not getting your reward, not getting surveys fast enough, and fixes them. Ive been able to get $10 amazon gift cards every two days. Like a week ago some surveys wouldnt load so i didnt get rewards, and next time i came on they ALL got added!!!!! So glad i found this app oh my goodness

The surveys are interesting and on current market topics. There are no ads and the surveys are short with an opportunity to earn alot of points quickly. You have to be patient enough to wait on new surveys, however, once new surveys are available there will be multiple opportunities to complete. And this survey team always rewards for surveys, even if it is a few cents. Customer Service was good at resolving my issues.

Nice to be rewarded for giving my 2c. worth. Customer service leaves a little to be desired. They deactivated my account without warning and didn't send the reward I had earned. Several requests for help were ignored until I initiated a live chat. "Jay" was very helpful and reactivated my account, and reissued my reward. Their b.s. excuse was I gave conflicting answers in a survey. Apparently if you are not 100% consistent across all surveys they cut off your account.

while you won't reach high value gift cards unless you do a lot of grinding lol, this is literally the best survey app you'll find, like seriously. you never get disqualified, surveys are so short it should be a crime lol, and they're fun mostly. payouts are legit and well worth the time. They arrive in just a bit less than 48 hrs, customer support is great n friendly. I highly recommend this app and I'm pretty satisfied. don't change! :)

I started this app and was surprised to see how fast and easy it was to get a bunch of coins from the surveys I got over 400 coins in an hour and now I have over 700 and really close to getting my gift card, I will rate 5 stars if I get my payout EDIT : I spent all morning and had over 1,000 coins and was thinking about getting a $5 gift card but then it would just show one survey and if I tried to answer it it wouldn't work and then it kept showing the same survey and they blocked my account!

Great app. Asks extremely easy questions to answer, and even asks what topics you're comfortable with. It's easy to earn money, I got $20 after about a week just doing it daily. I originally had an issue with my tiles reloading after I had cleared them, but that seems to have been fixed by me logging out when I'm done and logging back in the next day.

Easy and quick. Unlike others, you will always get some points. Most surveys are quick, as in 1 to 3 questions. Others are longer and pay more. You won't see the time/payout for each ahead of time, which is my only complaint, but I've always been satisfied with the payout.

Installed it today and its working like a charm! If you're looking for full on surveys, you wont find them here, however short and sweet ones are! The interface is very clean (dark mode!!) and appealing. to the devs: May you make an adaptive icon? The icon is just smashed into a white circle, not very visible either. Edit: The screen with the squares doesn't load anymore. There isn't a screen saying that I've done anything either. This app keeps getting buggier and buggier every month.

I was really loving playing this game. I even cashed out once. Then when I would open app to play it would just show shadows of the colored boxes. All black boxes and nothing happened if I clicked on one. I tried to make contact 2 times and have never recieved a response. Today I finally decided to uninstall it. I plan on reinstalling to see if it makes a difference. Then I will no longer be able to collect points since I had already installed once.

Crowdtap is an awesome survey experience. I've cashed in many gift cards and hope to cash in many more go crowdtap!!! Update: I had an hour ssue a few weeks ago where I had redeemed three $20 Walmart eGift cards and in the app it showed thaty email with my card had been sent on all three except I hadn't received them. I emailed customer service and within 48 hours they had resent all my emails. This is a sure way to make some extra money.

This app is one of my favorites. They actually follow thru and give you rewards. Its simple easy pocket money. I have redeemed many gift cards. So this is an update. I don't usually give updates however crowdtap is my favorite app. I get seriously awesome rewards. Unlike other survey app every question I honestly answer is worth points! Try it out. You won't be disappointed.
