I am not able to upload bills in online shopping, beauty and fashion and utlity categories. Because these options are not available. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but it didn't work. Now I can't upload bills in those categories. I even tried to mail the support team one month ago regarding this issue but they have not responded me. Ticket ID - 655064.
Overall experience is not that good. The app needs a lot of reformation as every time while attempting to fill the survey the page always stucks on the question 'which city do you live in?' This thing needs your quick attention as a lot of time is invested in the survey. Hope for your quick response.
It used to be good app for survey and earning, i had given 5 stars but recently it has been ruined. Surveys get stuck in Q3 most of time, survey keeps on reloading. After nearing completion automatically page refreshes and survey is lost. Unable to upload any bills . Cannot login using Facebook, contacted customer care too but didn't get help at all .
Why you guys are not giving any rewards and app became use less couldn't able to redeem crowns if you uninstall the app the crowns will expired because u unistalled. This app got lots of issues 1.login 2. Couldn't able to receive reward after winning them 3.how many emails you may send they couldn't resolve the login issues, reward issue, they just stop replying to your mails. May be after an year it might become an useful app. Now 2022not worth it
Crownit app is really awesome and works good with more rewards and any number survey's. Since I am using Crownit from past 3 years I feel amazing very interesting to use each an every day tasks and offers. It gives satisfaction to play and win. I recommend to use this app which is a genuine platform for survey and uploading bills and many more tasks.
Since last one week or so, unable to open the app. Everytime I try to open, it just crashes and I get a runtime exception message. Tried reinstalling the app but it didn't solve the problem.
Crownit is now a scam app. My 4 BookMyShow 250 vouchers are pending from 2020. They are not crediting it to my account. The customer care just gives reasons and is not at all helpful. UPDATE: As per their reply they asked me to contact them via email. Even after sending 3 different emails throughout last 2 months, they did not even reply back once. Pathetic.
Previously the app was very good and too many surveys and got many rewards .. but now a days I can't upload bills in all categories , it shows only some of the categories to upload and can't redeem crowns or they are not offering any vouchers only showing phone /DTH recharge and when I click on survey it's showing not qualified for the survey
This app is completely annoying, I want to delete my account and uninstall this annoying app forever, and there is no any such option to delete the account, so i kindly request you to delete my account, I had already requested for the same over the app, but no any response yet so please assist. And I won't recommend this app to anyone.
Worst app. They are messaging 10 to 20 time. I am trying opt out from message service on app there is no option of it. Wrote them twice still i am receiving messages. Don't download it its irritating, no useno reward app
I am fed up with this app.It's always showing you are not eligible for the survey when every time I have tried to attend a survey.It's not working, something wrong is showing up.I have mailed so many times to the crownit support team, even sent videos recorded of the problem, but no use.They are not responding.Really fed up with this app.Now am going to uninstall this app.I want to stop all the messages receiving from the crownit team.There is no any option for opting it out, wot a pity app...😣
Updated version app not working, screen goes of blank in 10 sec and nothing gets opened up.. really pathetic, already mail is marked but no solution to it, it's been more than 2 weeks
The app is great but after receiving few rewards the scratch cards rewards are not coming within the mentioned 7 days period of time. I've faced the issue for more then 3-4 scratch cards. Even can't connect it to Facebook.
I am unable to use the app si ce 3 days.. the app is not opening. It automatically comes back to the home screen of the phone once we try to open the app. Tried reinstalling the app, but still no difference
I think they have deleted ny review or maybe something else it is. But since December they haven't send me my voucher. It has never ever happened before but now they are lacking with their services. N also if they give a reply n ask to write a mail n everything but they will fail to help there. I have tried it. Very very pathetic behaviour.
Before they were paying nice amount but now they are paying low amount they are now sending serveys upto 200, 150 and just paying 27, 30 where as many answers are answered. And after completing survey there is problem for submitting it And because of that I didnt get any reward due to that problem. Still they haven't solve my problem any they did'nt transfer my cash for survey I have attent on 1st Jan. I think there no use of attending this surveys
I love crownit. It really pay for survey once in a week. Surveys are very easy and all related to our daily life . Only the Problem is it take time for manual review. Otherwise everything is okye. I made money from filling surveys. I have a complaint. I not able to do any survey . Always it says you are not illegible. And you have already entered into this survey. Please check this issue.
They will give you crowns but when you will try to recharge it will show recharge unsuccessful.... also if you get eligible for book my show voucher after collecting 5 gems it will show you claimed your voucher but give you nothing.... so it is meaningless to waste your time on this app...Horrible experience... Also they will never respond to your mails and complaints
Worst app. They can't resolve any issues. As in my case I reported an issue on 1st Feb which is still unresolved. Just false promises of solving issues. Keep it up crown it team. The app is becoming worse day by day
worst app time waste ..... when u r doing your recharge with legit amount. after 2 - 3 mins one text msg received, invalid amount .. but the same amount recharge shows on amazon and bsnl site.... after this i thought lets pay bsnl landline bill after entered all the details app stuck ... worst experience...
App is not working since a month... This issue is with all... The home page is blank with no option of survey or uploading bills. Also bills send on email are pending fr approval
It is a good application but from 1-2 months my scratch card is pending And sometimes a complete the full survey and at last he says that you are not qualified Disgusting sometimes My 2-3 or more scratch card are pending look after them or clearly mentioned that it's declined
From the past few days, either I'm not eligible for survey Or the link of the survey got just expired even after receiving survey with an Instant period of time. Please take a look into it and revert back with a solution
Hi crownit. Initially the app was good but these days it is not sending the survey registration number.. so I'm unable to enter into the survey.

Wastage of time. Many time I found result of survey is zero. Perk hasn't given where as I have attanded many time to getting the perk but they have not attended my request for perk . Hence I think the wastage of time. Rest is ok.
Although the app is genuine..the games that we play are little doubtful because it shows the won crowns or gems after the game is over but when you check your account for the same it shows absolutely nothing over there and it is indeed bad!
At first it is very best app for earning but from last month itself i am unable to attend any survey in app as well as in website it show you are not eligible for the survey for all survey and my payment also pending i have sent many mail but there is no response to clear the problem
Having issues as app does not open. From last month+. I have sent email to support and also tagged them on twitter. No response. Used to work before but now it seems a waste. Seems like the developer do not look at the review itself. I said that i have contacted support multiple times via email and twitter and the reply from them is to contact support.
