Crunch Gym

Great app but the real time crunch o meter isn't accurate. It always says light and you show up at the gym and it's completely packed! There is no real way to see if my gym is indeed light or full unless I frequent different times at different days. If this was fixed it'd be a 5 star app for me. The rest of the app works as intended.

This is a terrible app. I cannot log into it at all. I have tried working with someone at crunch, and the app will not work. I can log into the website, but the app is terrible. If they are expecting their members to log in to classes and use the app to sign in at the gym, you think the application would work

Changing the rating to a 5 star due to I really like the app and the Crunch app team worked to find the problem. Turns out the problem is just an out of date android phone. Thank you for your time and effort in trying to resolve the issue. Guess it's about time to upgrade my phone.

Good to do basic things like scan in Barcode scan or class lookup but huge basic flaw. I got pushed out of the App login and it wouldn't take my password. I had to reset it on the website which worked fine but I still couldn't log into the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, changed passwords again, etc. It was frustrating until I randomly read a comment saying that the phone app does not take complex passwords (even though the website does!). So you have to use a basic password for the app even though the website requirements are different.

You go in at the second the window opens for the booking and it shows an error, you go back and refresh and it shows either an error or spots available but the book now option is greyed out and as you refresh like its the only thing left to do, you see the spots reduce but the book now button stays greyed out. This app is causing more stress and frustration than the workout could ever be worth. And then no real customer support on call and an email, which god know if will resolve anything.

Love the convenience of having these for home, but can't stand how the videos don't enlarge when you rotate your screen. Makes it hard to see what the move is unless you're up close(and I have a large screen), which ruins the middle of your workout because you have to stop and look! Ugh!

Unstable app! It took forever to register for a class last night. Today it's snowing and I can't access the app to cancel my spot for the class. I logged in online (not the app) and cancelled it. However with the app not functioning, I don't have access to my scan code because I never received a physical card. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to fix the issue. You can't direct your customer base to an app for all of their needs if the app is unreliable.

I used the application alot to reserve a spot in classes. Recently, I was prompted to upgrade, attempted it several times and finally removed the application. Rebooted the phone and attempted a clean install. That also failed. Not sure why you'd change an application that was working. You may want to consider user testing before rollout!

Refuses to allow me to sign in and tells me i already have an account. Because I can't use the damn app I can't sign up to attend classes. Useless app

Haven't experienced anything wrong with the app. Always check in fine using the mobile app bar code scanner.

When I try to open my app, it suggests an update; but when I click the button to update the app, there are no updates available. Yet, it keeps taking me back to that same page, telling me to update app ( it was just updated in last month). I just tried sending an email to the given developer email address, but it was returned stating my message was blocked. I use this app daily, please shed some light on this very frustrating situation.

i cant seem to be able to sign up for classes even when they are longer than 30 minutes and after having signed the new terms and conditions (and having an active peak membership). Also, the challenges are a sham as they put a cap on what you can do in a day; basically meaning you have to show up to the gym most days in a month to have a chance of winning anything. The app is almost basically just a glorfied calendar.

The CRUNCH app operates very poorly. Often, it won't open properly or execute the actions that it's supposed to do. Now, today, an update is required - but it's impossible to update. Won't open or update or function at all. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and then again and again - but nothing. I'll go back to my laptop. Sad, disappointing, a regularly and decidedly useless app.

Why haven't they updated their app in almost 1 year? Why can't I update my profile from the app? I no longer have the original email address that I signed up with, and therefore cannot access that email account to get a new password. Unfortunately their "help" system doesn't offer a solution to this problem. I love the gym but their app is lacking some basics and needs more work.

App seems all-around broken. Check in tracker doesn't work, class reservations don't work. I haven't been able to do a class in awhile because every time I attempt to reserve a spot, the app is busted, and I apparently can't just walk in and sign up for a class. The whole reason I got peak membership was for classes that I can't use. Feels like a big scam.

I would have given a 1 star but will hold off my complete dissatisfaction due to current assistance by Alvin (@ Crunch) to remedy the issues. Nothing works with the the app. I could list out what "nothing" entails but other than downloading on my phone, zero else functions as intended. If my issues are resolved, I will certainly reflect the improvements with a revised score.

The main purpose of the app is to be able to book a group fitness class ahead of time to secure your spot but unfortunately it has not been allowing me to book a class for the past month. Very disappointing, especially when I've contacted multiple offices about it and nothing has been changed.

This app is horrible. At the moment, I'm unable to open app because it tells me to update but when I click on update, it just circles back to the Google play app. So now I'm stuck. Aside from that, there have been times where the app shows class full. I'll show up any way to a class being half empty. It's beyond frustrating.

recently joined and downloaded the app and the only thing it is useful for is being a spare barcode in case I forget my actual one. It doesn't record my check ins, I can't register for any group classes, it won't connect with my Fitbit, and I can't sign into the online nutrition. overall a disappointment.
