Crunchyroll Digital Drops

My main problem with the app is that many/most of the stickers aren't very expressive. They're just neutral pictures of characters. I love using stickers in messaging apps (A+ for having Gboard integration!), but this app sadly doesn't have many that can be used that way. The other major flaw is that the digital stickers "sell out." It's really cool that I can buy anime stickers, but not if they were sold out before I even heard of the app.

Would probably be 5 stars, but I was randomly logged out of my account. I tried to log back in and the API tells me that I didn't fill out the CAPTCHA. The only problem is it never brings up a CAPTCHA for me to fill out. I can log into the site normally through my browser, but that doesn't help when I can't login to the app. Will update to 5 stars when I can log in again.

Launched in August 2019, and it's already closing. If you spent money on items, you lose access to them later this month. Digital collectibles are apparently for "entertainment" and not something you own or trade as the app advertised.

Slow af & doesn't always work. Today alone I bought at LEAST 10 packs, but only got to open 4 cuz this app is just broken. And 2 of those opened packs never showed in my collection. This isn't the first time, but it's the last for me. Sure packs are only $1, but it adds up & it's annoying getting your hopes up from opening something crazy good.. but then it just vanishes. Last but not least, can't select which of your duplicates you wish to trade, so it forces you to trade the earliest make....

Kind of a fun little way to collect stickers, if you're into this kind of thing. I'm not, so I'm not really up for paying for what amounts to a random assortment from a specific property each time you pay. And I never win the drawings, so...

Very cool way to collect a new kind of anime merchandise! I would like to see an option for the stickers to show your print number and that it's from Digital Drops though, as a way to brand it better.

Barely passed 6 months and now you all couldn't hold down an app which has products that are meant to be collectibles. People weren't paying for thousands of collectibles and be denied to keep them. This isn't comparable to a purchasing a movie ticket, the theater doesn't have issues starting them up and the experience is uninterrupted. No this is like purchasing movies to own on a cloud app like ultraviolet, but at least that company let you transfer your stuff to Vudu. Done with Crunchyroll.

I never win contest entries which is annoying. But otherwise the app is great. And I can use my Google play balance to buy packs, which is great since that's all money I get from the Google rewards app.

I was enjoying this app and all the great pictures. But from the last update, I can not log into the app. I signed up through my CrunchyRoll membership. I pay for the top premium membership, so I'm not sure why I can not get in.

A good idea, executed poorly. Whenever there is something to be claimed for free, the app fails to redeem the codes and eventually logs you out. All other stickers cost money.

I've had no issues since I've had the app installed. The stickers are pretty cheap and you have a chance of winning stickers with almost daily giveaways.

Cool concept but there should be other ways to obtain then rather than just paying or trading. I think premium crunchyroll subs should have a chance at getting one when watching anime. Paying for an image when I can just find something on google seems pointless.

It's sad that Crunchyroll put time and effort into this. This is gambling trying to get rated for everyone. Like loot boxes you are paying for the chance of getting something (in this case virtual stickers). They limit the amount of stickers available so people get hooked up. It's predatory and dishonest.

Accidentally accepted a trade offer for one of my best stickers and poof, it's instantly gone. No confirmation check, no way to undo it. What a joke. Terrible UI if this can happen.

App is closing after less than a year in service. Thankfully I didn't spend any actual money on this but I'm rather irritated that we can't even officially download our stickers. No refunds either for people who did pay.

I very much like the stickers and the look, but I wish there was more variety rather than putting 3-4 sets for one series and none for some others.

I love the app, but I lost my pack that I got out of a drawing. The most recent one was a chibi pack from That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and I got it but I closed out to the home on accident and now it's gone. Plz tell me if there is a way I can get the stickers back

Love the stickers and the giveaways all fun I only wish that I could use them better as stickers like on fb messenger they have a tab for it, if all of my stickers from this app were on there I would just love it but sadly it isn't, I have have to go to this app and share the sticker I want not hard but a little annoying I would like to respond to messages with funny anime stickers really quick like pusheen cat this is on my LG V35

Limited edition digital collectibles.... Sorry, but not cool. Other than ooh... Look at what I got, there's no reason for the investment or any return for it. Just not desirable.

It could use a little work, but fun. Needs more series stickers, or more of them. Almost 20 sets are already sold out.

Its basically a copy of Quidd an existing sticker app that Crunchyroll was already partnered with but have now just taking the whole idea for profit. Save your time and money and just come to quidd where you get free coins to spend for stickers.

Nice app, variety of art work is decent. Nice to share as emoji stamp. Would like to see older and newer ones, shame to miss on Shield hero set.

There's really no deal being made here. Just Google search the image and save it on your phone oh and here's another flaw you can screenshot the image from the app. Crunchyroll I love you guys, but you missed the mark on this one.

Love the idea. Wish there were more ways of collecting them aside from buying packs to start or attending events. Trading is possible but you only start with two collectibles.

Fun app trading with others just like baseball cards back in the day only now online as long as system is not at full capacity to malfunction or internet interference lots of options to trade in and keep in the collections other users feel the same way

I can never claim stickers because there is always an error in claiming it and it took awhile of to login because there was an error again.. had to close to whole app and do it over it again

App is broken, logged out to refresh my account after not getting my free sticker giveaways in my library and then wouldn't let me log back in because of a glitch. Fix soon or uninstalling.

Very cute stuff, nice giveaway structure and notifications, easy Gboard integration. I adore it!

It's great im a frequent user always entering in giveaways and it's great picture quality in each sticker use is incredibly easy so it's great

Very well app, just wish there was some other ways to get a sticker besides paying or waiting for a random draw.
