User friendly and easy to use. It's simple but still has great functionality in terms of setting up your workout, naming the exercises, and setting all the different timeres and counters. One improvement I would suggest is that you add an 'overall' total time of your entire workout which is calculated automatically once you put in all the other parameters. And maybe even add a progress bar or timer which shows you how far through your total workout you are.
Originally gave this app 5 starts because I thought it was amazing, until I realized that it is so easy to overwrite your entire workout and lose everything. I really did not want to waste my time creating my workout from scratch so I uninstalled and went with a much better circuit timer app. Other than this glitch, the app is good but without any of the figurative bells and whistles that come with similar apps.
Extremely helpful app for those working on intervals and HIIT in the gym as it gives a warning and finished tone to notify you if you can't see your screen. My only advice would be adding a delayed start to the timer (3-4 extra seconds) to get ready to start back up. Besides that, I highly recommend this app for the avid gym rat and casual athlete alike.
Really simple to use and very useful as it beeps for each rep which is great for ensuring fast eccentric work but it would be great to have the option to set different work interval lengths. For example 20 squats can be done much more quickly than 20 lunges.
Exactly what I was looking for. I needed a timer and this worked perfectly for me to input the time for each exercise, the rest, the sets and cycles. Simple, straightforward and helped make me look forward to the list of HIIT and Tabata work I have been doing during this pandemic. Highly recommend for ease of use.
Best HIIT timer app I've found. I love the overall look and functionality if it. Its straightforward, easy to use, and has good readability. I'm looking forward for the update to save and add workouts.
Solid app does what it should do. Adds at the end instead in between which is really annoying in other apps. Only feature I'm missing is the option to add music for work/pause so the music indicates when to train. Still solid 5 stars
I use this app for basketball training. I would rate it 5 stars if I could save each workout plan so I can easily load them as I need them instead of having to set it up before every session. Other than that I love it.
I rate this app a 4 stars because it does exactly what it is supposed to without annoying ads. The only negative point is that it does not allow to save several workout timers
Need a bit of in app instruction or explanation. Otherwise I love it. It works while you are listening to music with minimal interruption of the music.
Would be nice to save different types of exercises. Also would be nice to have a config for the sounds. Although is not complete, it is useful
Super easy to set up a workout routine reps, rest periods, and number of cycles you wish to go for. I love how it gives you a heads up on the exercise that's up next. Fantastic and user friendly. Thank you!
it's good but could be better. I would like a countdown at the start and end of an exercise. also a louder noise at the end of an exercise. if these are done I can give it a higher grading
Nice simple interface. Loud bells (even without headphones). Lets you set your own interval and rest times. What more could you want?
Perfect app for circut training. I love that I can add workouts and use them over and over. It also works with your music and gives you countdown cues.
good app does what it says on the tin. would be useful it it could have multiple workouts...it is a bit of a faff having to make changes all the time.
This is very functional, can set up custom work outs with timings and rename then. I feel it just needs a bit more atheistic appeal. Some better skins and changeable tones would make it 5 star!
A great free tabata timer! Bonus - you can program your workouts so that you aren't constantly checking on the time or what move is next. You can glance at the time and you know what to do!
5* so far - love that you can input the exercises! Also that you can set rest time between rounds. I've found a lot of other timer apps just do worktime/rest time on repeat. Just gives you more variations for workouts
Please add setting to set the volume of the beeps, I put volume of my music all the way up, but the beeps are way too loud then. Would really appreciate it!!! Thank you in advance.
Almost perfect, would be nice if the saved workout include the total amount of minutes the workout would take. As of now this app is 99% perfect already.
Very useful tool, quite flexible but would be useful to have the option to complete all cycles of one exercise before moving to the next.
Perfect app, I can set intervals however I want and name exercises. I love how the display while working out is bright and tells me what's coming up next, the chimes are not obnoxious. And at the end, it congratulates you with "you CRUSHED it!" Haha love it!
works great. would be a bonus if it was possible to select different time durations for each set/exercise ie: set 1- 35 seconds, set 2- 25 seconds etc..
Easy and simple to use, exactly what I was looking for! A beep for the last few seconds of the workout and rest cycle would be a nice touch.
Really good for interval training like tabatta. Only problem is once you've started a timer, there doesn't seem to be a way of stopping it
Love the app! Developers favor, can you create different beeps or tones that will better distiguish the start of the exercise, the end of the exercise (start of rest) and the rest between sets. This will be very helpful so that you don't have to look at the screen and just concentrate with your workout. If that's possible, that would really be great and beneficial. :)
