Horrible. Really was hoping for an Uber/Lyft alternative that would support a decent company with decent employment practices but this isn't it. App is full of bugs and confusing. Driver totally "uneducated" on how app works and double charged me. I feel scammed.

Terrible service. Asked for a minivan for 5 people. Got a regular car, driver sent for another driver and he never showed. Made us over an hour late to our event with 50 dollar tickets per person. Never using them again. Uber is the way to go

Driver was nice
Tried to book a real time trip, trip was booked for April 8 next year. Also does not provide fare estimate despite their advertising stating so. The ETA is always 2 minutes as well, which seems unrealistic.
