Used once. Worst credit card buying experience, first the fees they claim are false, yes the fee itself is low, but the exchange rate is lower than the current price. Then the payment, at first I was impressed, fast and slick. Then I received an email explaining that my account did "suspicious activities" and thus I should provide selfies (with almost all my credit card showing) and a bank statement for the transaction... Which was not accepted by Crypterium! So it did not appear...

While the card works as intended, the android app has it's problems as it can be often unresponsive and unable to show info. Also, the fees are too high.

Perhaps the most diabolical organisation I have experienced on the internet. The app will not transfer from one token to another. Re installed, can't log in with my new password. I can't get verified by the company to get my funds out, even though I got verified by another exchange the same day, using the same driving license and my same face. Crypterium are still showing amateur spelling mistakes and they want people across the world to trust them with their crypto assets. A massive scam.

I really do love this app because it makes buy cryptocurrency very easy, untill now that you no longer accept card's from the US 🇺🇸, i wonder why or what happened but i hope the management will fix it as soon as possible, every country deserve to enjoy your services.......

Terrible app. Does not send SMS to my Australian number. Tried all formats and troubleshooting. Support does not bother. So this means withdrawals will be hard.

Bad customer support, I wrote to the support because I cannot load my card. I am ignored for days, the customer support representatives ignore my questions and dont give any explanations about the current sitauions or an ETA wheb its going to be fixed. Cannot recommend such service to anyone. After asking the support member an explanation she wishes me only an good day and closes the chat. This is my fisrt 1 star review to anyone but its well deserved!!

Updated Review: The "customer service" associates tried to pass the buck of screwing over their customers, back onto the customer. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But no. They literally told me I couldn't access my funds because the service withholds a "residue" in the account, rather than paying out the entire agreed amount. You can deposit money to the app no problem, they'll happily take your money. But you'll never get it all back if you wanted to. Make gains? you'll only get a percentage back. Losses? You'll see nothing back. Even if you wanted to withdraw what you had just deposited, no losses or gains involved, you'll only have "access" to a percentage of your funds, because the app withholds a "residue". Even when I tried to get my account terminated, they threw a fit. I still received email advertising after my account was terminated, so who knows if it actually was. Still convinced this "service" is a complete scam. Original// Scam. This app/service is a scam. One star is a compliment. It will take your money, then refuse to transfer/cash out. Customer service refuses to help in any way whatsoever. Protect yourself. Get literally any other app then this one.

Definitely a scam. They froze our funds, under the guise of requiring proof of income. We provided what they asked for and now they are ignoring our emails to unfreeze the account. All I get on here is a "please contact our customer service team " , except the customer service team hasn't answered a single email.....pathetic

Awful service. I can't send my money to another wallet. Constantly got message "sorry for inconvenience. We're fixing the issue". But nothing is fixed!

Laggish and unreliable! The app makes their well maintained brand look bad, and I almost believe they break the app on purpose, otherwise why wouldn't they make it better, why not invest some marketing money in the app as well? After all, the app is at the heart of it all.. meh

This ain't right app or great one they only you this app to scam people I send coin out they don't let it going through and they take that off my account I still try to cash out rest of my money they put pending on it for days.. they charges it something else you can't even send out $40 coin if you don't have another $40 for charges

Sign in issues keep plaguing this app. After not being able to access my account, I can login again...?? Biometric login is also buggy. Oh well...congrats on the CB listing.

Easy to use and crypto friendly. Transactions and process times within the app is relatively slow and frustrating,it needs better improvement

App seems good. But wont let me verify using uk driver's licence and facial recognition says they dont match??? Hence cant send my crpt elsewere

If I could give zero stars I would. Noting is easy in this app and the crypterium token I bought a few years ago is now worthless. Don't bother with this app or coin.

They take your money but they don't let you use it 😉..... No option to buy giftcards much less to top up your phone. Now i can't even withdrawal my money

The app is too slow, even with 5g speed, the response time from app is too long and verification is getting rejected tons of time even all precautions is taken care.

Infuriating id verification by a third party. Unable to verify. Much time wasted. High fees of 2.5% also. Chat support was good. Shame they cant verify legitimate IDs that meet all the criteria. There are better and cheaper options.

cannot even create account. i type in my email and after 30 seconds, it says "something went wrong".

It seems we have to work this in public as its the only means you respond to. Tech support will not answer an email. Several days after installing your app, it takes control of my android phone. Every time I unlock my phone or bring it up from an idling state, your app opens by itself., by itself, automatically. I literally have to close your app a hundred times a day. When my phone rings, i cant answer it directly. I have to close your app first. It is really annoying. I reinstalled many times.

Couldn't register as it wouldn't send the SMS. Too much effort to go through days of email support providing screenshot, then details. Much easier to go to a competitor with a working platform.

Was super excited for this app to start, but there are constantly issues with the app, cannot exchange all the currencies they display, and am having a very difficult time pulling my money out. Customer support is poor at best. The only thing that is nice is the high rate savings accounts the offer from time to time with CRPT.

Great idea and easy to use, but they still have a long way to go. 1. There are constant technical outages where trading is limited / suspended. 2. With exchanges (buying amd sellinf) there is a.4% difference between the exchange rates i.e they inflate the price. 3. UI issues. If you specify the default currency as EUR in settings. The market vales are still displayed as USD. Overall. User friendly app, but it needs some work and overview into fees and rates.

App looks great and simple to use, unfortunately there is a lot of issues and bugs to be fixed. 1st: I randomly get loged off when i want to go back to the dashboard. 2st: Most of the time a lot of coins disappear for the buy coins menu making it difficult to buy crypto. 3rd: Really good look to the app but feels like app is rushed and it should be fixed asap!

After completing verification my account was suspended and my money held without the option to cash it out. Why do that. Asking for bank statements and pictures of card.whats the point of the whole long and disgusting verification then.
