Great app as far as UI, very easy to navigate and get familiar with. But the prices are a lot higher than the actual market price and even more when you go to check out. went to buy at 8.30 and ended up paying 9.10. Another example is market says 1.34 but they show 1.36 and then charge 1.37 at check out. At first i didnt care but then it started to take its toll as ill never actually be able to buy as low as possible. The live graph history is also VERY fraudulent itll move sideways in a dip

Wish I hadn't. The actual Buy/Sell prices (in the order confirmation page) are quite different from the instantaneous price graph. I learned this the hard way selling on a peak, only find the price wasn't 102, but 98. This is where they get your money. The spread between Buy/Sell is maximized. Shame on me. I knew there are way better tools. Additionally, customer service is just AI hand waving, and only under select menu topics.

Will not do update. Cannot use app at a critical time. Blocked by update failure to load. In reference to your answer. Yes contact, whereupon you get a very nice but completely in effective human who seems to have a selection of preset answers and very little ability to do anything, and a continual repetition of thank you for your patience, by which time you have none left and no idea of when your issue may ever be solved!

Very poor customer service. If there is any issue, customer service go around the issue that could easily be rectified, and send you to a troubleshooting page that does nothing to fix the situation. Very disappointing. I lost trust on this exchange.

Terrible experience. Laggy, prompting me to confirm my number over and over again and many other bugs but nothing compares to customer support... It's one thing to have technical issues and it's another thing when even people in customer support who represent that company are not willing to help you with anything and just plainly neglect your requests... My account is blocked without putting wrong credentials (I use fingerprint). Customer support does not care that I have no access to my funds.

Could not find customer service the first time I had an issue. 2nd time got a good IT. 3rd time took about 24 hours to respond to me and I have figured out how to result the issue myself. When it comes down to update like this time, forced update is the only option to get on the app.

Terrible app, crashes often. fees are everywhere, minimum of 100$ to withdraw funds. Convoluted and annoying to navigate to do simple task, trading rates are not displayed properly. Easily the worst trading app around that I've used. Edit it gets even worse, if you use a credit card to add funds to get your total over 100$, they run your credit card as a cash advance. Your bank might ding your account with more fees.

This people have the poorest customer support services. You can't reach their customer support if you have any problem. I apply to set-up my FIAT account so that I can make withdrawals to my bank, and it has been pending for 60days. And you cannot contact customer service too. 3 stars because of poor customer service and long processing periods. Thank you.

6 months old on this exchange and have had few issues, none that weren't expected, scalability and throughput was always gon be a problem in high demand times, but I love the ease of the app and how everything is pretty much ready to go on home page, link up to DeFi to level up

I've edited my review. Since using the app many features have causeed on going issues. They claim I have a feature turned off. It is indeed on but some of the transactions are double charged. They can't tell me what I owe them as I believe the app shows me owing more then is true, but when I inquire to what the debt is, they say its probably a visual error, and that there side of the record keeping is currwly inaccessible... The help desk has been inaccessible for a day. Very Buggy app.

Great app with a bunch of nice features. Sometimes a bit laggy, but may be due to my hardware. What I really miss is the ability to use the app in split-screen-mode. Could you guys implement this in the closer future?

App is limited features. There is no options to update or upload your bank statement for incomplete debit card applications. Hassles for those who already started the applications in the App. Second, the App don't have an E-WALLET MOBILE MONEY TRANSFER OR A DCPAY to easy withdraw for countries like Asia with no fees. Coz Electronic Bank Transfer is zero fees but takes 2 or more days to show on your ATM Account. It needs to improve and follow the trends to be accessible of all countries.

Watch out, scam! In Europe, they will not reimburse your spotify, although advertised, if you live outside the UK. Endless arguments with their support to fix the issue or reimburse manually without success. They tell you to switch to Spotify UK although living outside the UK, essentially encouraging you to violate Spotify TnCs.

The app is full of bugs, unintuitive navigation, useless features, lacking critical features. The trade fees and prices are not comparable to other platforms. You lose more money on each trade as compared to other platforms. Also, their CRO token tanked. I feel sorry for anyone who staked money in CRO in the beginning, myself included. It lost over half its value. Maybe if they stopped buying stadiums and put that money into their app instead they might have a decent product. Just a big a PnD.

GARBAGE interface. Very difficult and unclear on how to access your payment method if you want to modify it. You can't search tokens unless you go into your "favorites" tab. Also, broken favorites tab. You guys could learn so much from Robinhood's simple and easy to access interface, and if you don't, then I give this app 2 years before it dies out completely. And that's being generous. This market is only increasing and if you guys don't clean out your trash interface, this app will die fast.

Withdrawal doesn't work to any wallet besides their DeFi wallet. When it does let you transfer to the DeFi wallet, it goes through their cronos network. Interface for both apps is so terrible I can't even find the address in the DeFi wallet where it sent my coins too. In the cronos explorer the wallet ID says 0 balance. Automated "support" is absolutely useless too. Stay away and use coinbase instead.

This service has been an absolute nightmare to work with. While they allowed funding my account with ACH, attempting to withdraw currency via the same ACH link was rejected. The only in app method to connect an account for withdrawal of currency wants me to enter my external banking password in the app. No thanks. I've already opened 3 tickets about this and keep getting the same non-answers, insisting that it's fine for me to share my banking credentials with them. If I'd needed to share my banking credentials to fund the account, I never would have gotten there.

Your 2 factor authentication process does not work. Please fix this. I'm unable to copy and paste, it just keeps pasting 2 numbers instead of 6. They DO NOT provide a 1099 tax report. Users are expected to download raw data of transactions and take that to your accountant, as if we all have a personal accountant. I suggest using other platforms that are easier to navigate. Also how y'all not have a customer service number to call And don't give me that generic answer of contacting via chat/email

Hard not to be dissapointed by 2 major cuts to interest in as many months with absolutely no warning it even an email. Edit in May: now three cuts with a falling value, slow app and now "contact support" errors constantly. Can't recommend anymore

I just changed this review. I wrote it was my number 1 app prior. Now I've been waiting 8 days for the return of $950 worth of zilliqua and everyday they tell me their working on it. Sometimes not getting back to me for at least 24 hours. They also charged me $100 to return the funds and I've been waiting over a week. Close to contacting a lawyer. They took the $100 last Tuesday and said the process is %50 percent complete. They had time to take $100 but not return my $950. Unfortunate.

Need to be able to copy and paste credit card numbers With a lot of cards being digital now, I don't want to be back and forth between the apps trying to remember a 16 digit number while also entering a 6 digit security code every single time. Please add copy and paste!

The biggest BS app, it's such a pain to do anything there. Finally managed to deposit money there and guess what, can't pay anything with crypto to a new address for 24 hours and I'm quite in a hurry. Their recruitment bonus sounds good on paper but even though you have money there in their crypto, you can't do anything with it! Can't sell it, transfer it, anything. Horrible company.

The fees on this app are far too high. Transferred 2.9 million shib coin out to coin base because you can't withdraw fiat from this app without going through overly complicated systems, it was worth around $300nzd, and it charges me 800k shib, roughly an $80nzd transaction fee. Absolute robbery, and the Google authenticator didn't work with it, had to download authy, I don't need hundreds of apps to make one thing work. Won't be using this app again. Far too many hoops to jump through.

App is useless for inital users. Been almost a full week since a "24 hour" verification. Customer support is a useless program that askes YOU questions unrelated to new users or relevant issues. No way to contact custom support as far a human. Easier to just do it on your own than to count on a service like this. ***Update: email was sent, just waiting for a reply***

I love this app for buying or staking cryptos, but best feature is the visa card that works with benefits and rewards. Very satisfatied I d definitely recommend it. After two weeks from staking my CRO I received the card and I straightaway used it for some purchases, the card works great! gives me instant cashbacks every time I pay and I ve got Spotify and netflix covered. Awesome service !

Very clean look responsive and reliable. Customer support was very helpfulwhen i ecpressed interest in upgrading. Had to contact them one other time for a minor confusion on my part and they were quick to respond both times. Wide range of assets. Trading options arent as robust as coinbase pro. My only gripe is loading times are a bit slow at times
