Although the game is very fun it seems like since the last update or so the time you can play the game within 24 hours is very restricted you don't get too much to do of anything. They changed the withdrawal business and you can't send to the wallet you were sending it to. I am now up on the fence with this game again it's very fun but if you're going to cut the Playtime down and change things drastically they can't expect anything but mixed reviews...

Please remove the ads that i paid to be removed! My account still shows that i paid for no ads, yet every day I see one when restarting the dig for treasures thing. It's been months since the update that added this and people have been complaining. We paid to remove all ads, REMOVE THEM! Also fix the ad roll count! I've watched 12 ads today, but rewarded for only 2. FU
Hello. Looking for assistance. When opening ceypto treasures i am notified an update is reqired. After selecting update, i am switchwd to the googleplay page associated to crypto treasures. I am not given an option to update. I am provided with an option to "play" and an option to "uninstall". When selecting the play option, the app is opens with "update reqiured" status. Do i have to uninstall and reinsatall? Will doing so delete my progress? Any information is helpful. Thank you.
I am changing my rating to 1 star because despite the response to my complaint and multiple updates to the game, I am still stuck with BTT that I worked hard to collect but am unable to withdraw or even exchange and since BTT rewards have been stopped it seems collecting the coins was a waste of time and data! Very disappointing
None of your games are working for me. This one is just a blank screen and the card collecting one is asking for a damn phone number and it wont accept my number for some stupid reason.

Been playing for a while. Great game. But I wish the withdrawal minimum was lower for other altcoins or had the option to convert to PHT/FONE. Watching ads to knock some time off of the mini game cooldowns would be awesome too.
Most rewarding FONE game but it should be more lightweight for weak phones, not needing Google play games to run for backups etc while keeping it full with different and new minigames etc. Otherwise it's the best in its category, keep improving and updating it!
Wow what an update, it is now the 2nd coin change you guys did which for sure made a lot of people loose money as they transfered them to a wallet and this coin never got value. Now you changed again plus all in-game features got worst. Forced ads all the time rewards a minimal and the withdraw limits are so high that without investing you can never reach plus all these useless coins you still give. Shame on you guys for just pulling Money from your community without actually giving back.
Bigger rewards for better experience. Too small rewards with almost ads to watch every click on menu. We need more rewards for better experience,please. I will put more star if more rewards add to the game. "We all LOVE MONEY"
Interesting how the latest conversion from PHT to FONE was done without any in-game notification. Just opened the app one day and saw the change on the cloud earning app. So basically they converted to another useless coin that will never be tradeable on a legit exchange. Shady under the table stuff which has been this teams calling card.
It had the potential but 24-hour wait times, minimal crypto rewards, slow to load, and security system that will ban accounts after their app glitches. The developers don't care and provide horrible customer service. They keep updating the game and taking things away. Chests that used to have decent rewards have disappeared. Without any newsletter or warning. Fone is a joke and the developers are nothing more than con artists and thieves. All of there games are the same.

They keep raising the minimum withdrawal amount so you can never collect enough to cash out. Scam.
Easy to use interface, makes it feel more like a game. Would be a smart idea to show minimum withdrawal amounts under or alongside the amount of a certain coin you have. Doesn't make sense to have to press on it then press "Withdraw" just to see the minimum. UI is clean but could be adjusted a little better to feel more comfortable. Might also be a good idea to display the total worth of all your assets or the individual worth on the main crypto scroll as well
Stopped working yesterday and havent been able to go on since. The loading screen comes up and you see the "in game" background but then it crashes and goes back to the mobile home screen. Not a bad game. Not much to do but if you put the grind in you can earn some coins albeit they have little value and you have to earn so much before you can transfer them.
Why is the app not opening again ? After long time of using it ... suddenly it isn't opening??
Hi. We can not regulate number of items in patch badge treasures, so no one can trade in game
this app was super duper until the latest 3.0.0 update. now every thing you click triggers an ad. everything. so many ads on every click that I couldn't even stand clicking around enough to find the link to pay for "no ads". I did find this "rate us" button, tho. All the slick UI improvements in this new version are useless if the app is unusable.
After a week still not able to do anything after the inital 3 dice rolls, rock paper scissors games, watch videos even after latest update. Not sure if they reset or not after every 24 hours like the other associated apps
Beautiful games evn though mining hours take long, could be better. Will be babck with more stars after withdrawal
The buttons are not fully showing on my s20 ultra. I can't collect or click on various thing like quest completion because I can't see the button. On the pop up screens the buttons are almost not visible below the boxes and I can't click them either most of the time. Very frustrating. I will update my rating if this is fixed. Ty otherwise seems to be decent payouts.
This game was great until this last big update, but now it's nothing but video ads. Funny thing is I paid for the no ads before the update but I refuse to pay again. If a game is fun and helps to pass the time, I will try to support it even if it's a tiny purchase...I understand that in order to develop the game there needs to be micro transactions but this is ridiculous. The wheel spins dropped from 30 spins to 10 or under also. Disappointing...
I am in agreement with the others, there are too many Cryptocurrencies. Remove a bunch or allow us to trade between them inside the app before withdrawing. Overall the game is fun but since this is a payout, ad driven game, it would be nice for the user to have a little more control. I get the treasure theme of finding the currency. But when more and more are added, my time to gain anything increases drastically. Change my mind, thanks.

Hi, I was told that the Blockchain treasure chests were coming back before my Game Master membership expires, in 9 day's. The only reason I purchased your Game Master membership was because of the Blockchain treasure chests. I asked earlier if you can extend my membership until you reincorporate the Blockchain treasure chests so I could use my Fone coins. I was told it was going to be returning before my membership expired. Please help,I want my membership to be extended until you reinstate the
It's an OK adjunct to FONE (previously Phoneum & PHT). A little unclear on rules and strategies to help you earn more FONE; was offline entirely a long time; now bears little resemblance to previous game but does have a lot of different ways to add a little to your account; although patience is a must. Like the other FONE games; miss being able to see albums/collections. Nothing really exciting or challenging; lits of ads. But not horrible or really difficult either.
