Very enjoyable and a lot easier than some others, because this one gives a few clues. I still enjoy the harder ones, but this is great for when you just want to use your brain, without taxing it too much! I definitely recommend it for all who love word challenges.

It's enjoyable, a good time waster with positive messages (so far... I'm on puzzle 10). You'll dominate if you're good at fill in the blanks or watched a lot of Wheel of Fortune growing up 😄

The experience is phenominal. Loving it. Hope that there will be more like this. I learning a lot from this cryptic game.

To make it short n quick, one of my fav puzzle games. Helped keeping me active- in a way- during my first year of university. Some updates contained some new puzzles to decode but for the last few months, it had none :| Over 1.3k puzzles to decode! There's no points to collect, so no need to aim for the highest score. Timing is optional too. No coins/currency involved even! There's the chance to send some money to support the devs. Would love if there were more quotes from cartoons or shows...

This is pretty fun. But it would be better if the quotes were varied. Like movie quotes and stuff like that. But pretty good to kill time.

I have loved cryptograms since childhood, and was so excited to discover this app! I've downloaded it to every phone, for several years, now. A simple, efficient, no-frills Cryptogram app; you can't ask for more! It runs smoothly, is easy to navigate, and is FREE! I enjoy uncovering the great quotes, which you can solve by category/subject. (Possibly by difficulty, too, but I don't recall. I just keep tapping the "NEXT UNSOLVED PUZZLE" button, & haven't looked at the home screen for months!) 5*

A really fun way to kill time. At first I didn't know what to do too and used a whole bunch of hints. But eventually, I kinda know which word is where since the words used doesn't actually have that much variety. It's really fun and I love the quotes. Though I do thinks some are so random and so hard to guess, lol 😂 . Edit: I'm disappointed that my progress is not saved after I reinstalled it, even though I'm logged in Google. 😔 Edit 2: 2 years later, I realized I just didn't load my save. :"

This app is amazing, thank you! I use this app for a different reason. I decided to solve each puzzle every single time I felt excessively anxious. This helped me withdraw myself from my anxiety even for a few moments and helped me clear my mind to see the picture from a grander perspective. It also helped me build up my confidence from time to time by the accomplishments of the puzzles. Plus, the quotes are really helpful. This is a really challenging and thus satisfying game. Thank you.

Simple, classic puzzles! Easy to use, cheap to get rid of the ads, you get to customize your font, which I enjoy for some reason... and the puzzles are all positive affirmation statements, which is pleasant. I like that there are no mini puzzles, no weird "mansion-building", literally just cryptogram puzzles!

Absolutely incredible game. I like the challenge of it, it kind of helps me to see patterns in language that I never realised were there I love the UI, the aesthetic is simple yet functional. I like that you can choose to either care about the score, or not - there's no gate to trying out different puzzles.

It's a no-frills game with just a few touches to make it user-friendly, eg highlighting all common letters, which beats pencil & paper. A nice feature are the options available for you to adjust the game to suit your play style. I play with no pre-filled letters, no topic, no hints, random order, so I can't comment on the default difficulty, but I find those settings challenging. Lots of puzzles, and value-wise you can't beat free AND without ads!

Great puzzle game. Its fun, inspiring, a great challenge and unlike most brainy games I'm pretty sure this one does actually engage and "train" your brain. It is fun, and a great distraction when stuck in a place (or with people) you don't want to be in (or with) . Also great for when you can't sleep. Also has no ads. You can donate to the developer instead, and honestly that is so refreshing--not having to deal with ads, especially video ads...seeing a developer do that makes my day.

Great puzzle! I like how it gets me thinking both logically and linguistically. Some of the quotes are pretty inspiring to read as well! Love the simple interface! There are a few things I want to suggest though. Instead of restarting the timer whenever puzzle is reset, I think the timer should start once we open the puzzle and run whenever we are able to see the puzzle. Also, buttons for previous puzzle , undo and clear might be helpful! Thanks so much for the awesome game!

I really like this game. It's super addictive, but once you hit a roadblock it's not easy to continue. It needs a smoother way to browse between puzzles: I find myself constantly wanting to slide left or right to get to previous or next ones. A way to change languages would be good. I appreciate that they've chosen the interface to be so clean, but I think it needs a bit more design (i.e. considering the viewport, and better handling of white space) for an improved final look.

So far the best cryptogram game I've found on the Play Store. The puzzles are pretty good. Optionally it can give you one letter from the puzzle at the beginning. You didn't do it if we shows you what letters are possible based on what you've already used. It does have a major bug: if auto advance is turned on it will go to the wrong letters. This can be frustrating as it will cause you to type the wrong letters all over the place.

Some of the quotes are challenging, others are quite easy. Once you get started it is difficult to stop. The puzzle fills in the letters very quickly when you get them right. There's a rush as you complete the quote, and words appear in blank spaces. Suddenly you're done and reading the thought of a famous person. Mystery solved. On to the next one. :)

Really solid cryptogram game. The puzzles have a good difficulty variety. I appreciate being able to configure the settings so I can change the font and background color. Most of the time, the solutions aren't horrible puns or really forced jokes like the Cryptoquips you get in the daily paper. Honestly, the only thing I'd change is, sometimes I feel as if there aren't enough initial "free" hints.

I've been using this game now for over a year and a half. I love the different genres of the cryptograms included in the game. The user interface is smooth and flowing and it helps develop a sharp concentration and train of thought. The game is amazing and I'd recommend downloading it for those who are interested in word-play and puzzles. Kudos to the developers on the latest updates. The game is more fluid and enjoyable with the new layouts on the keyboard. Cheers to the developers!!!

Awesome game. Lot of quotes to decrypt, could play for ages. Adding Shakespeare was checkmate for me, as a non english native speaker it's unbearably hard for me — and that's why I like it even more. Perhaps have you considered implementing different languages to the app? Also, little bug I'd like to report: the "complete a puzzle in airplane mode" doesn't unlock. Tried either using wifi and not while in airplane mode and completing more than just one puzzle in a row with 100% score, but nope.

Love the app sofar, has good quotes and they are very solvable. The puzzles are pretty easy in the beginning to get you used to ways to solve, then they become harder as you go along. Some are quite challenging, but if you get stuck, you can always use the hint button. It also has a feature to show mistakes, if desired. Loving it so far.

This game is a perfect example of how a bit of restraint can be very effective. The concept is simple, with the few letters given and placeholders for the ones not, figure out quotes from famous people, philosophers, writers, leaders, ect. The quotes themselves are positive and affirming and there is still a challenge to it without the difficulty ever feeling cheap. The app isn't cluttered by ads and an over the top colour scheme, and it doesn't constantly ask for money. Highly recommended.

Amazing game to test your brain. Maybe you can learn some of Cryptography too using this challenging game. I love it as we do actually fill in motovational sentences to complete them. Thus, after every challenge you get motivated someway or the other. The reason I gave 5 stars is that the visuals are modern and simple and there is basically no such clumsiness. This adds to the attractive look. Also the game is good from where not only fun, but you can also learn cryptography. ~QwertyFusion

A virtual book FULL of puzzles! Literally hundreds of cryptograms from various people on a wide assortment of topics with, my favorite part, absolutely no ads!! It has a gradually increasing difficulty, yes, there are puzzles with not a single letter to guide you but so far, I've done a few hundred, there have been no errors, no glitches, no unfair slang or other curveballs. There's no score built in, no achievements or that type of fluff, just straight puzzles to relax or kill time with.

Out of all the cryptograms apps I have installed, this is definitely by far my favorite. Hats off to the developer for releasing this app for free. It runs seamlessly, has a pleasant design, and includes quotes from a broad range of topics. Once you reach the puzzles from later levels, the cryptograms can become quite challenging, which is why I would personally like an option for users to "star" certain quotes or save them for later.

This is an amazing app and I highly recommend it. It takes some time to get used to the patterns and how things work but it is the one game on my phone. It takes very little storage and is completely available offline which means it's great for commutes. I'm on puzzle 370ish and am already worried about what might happen if I finish. I emplore the developer to keep supporting this fantastic app forever.

I'm hooked! I love this game! It's great way to build dendrites while killing time. The puzzles are just hard enough to keep you working for your wins! ... If you like puzzles, you won't be disappointed. There are hundreds to choose from through a myriad of subjects. With more puzzles coming out on a regular basis, you'll find it hard to get to the bottom of the list. It's endless, I say!! 🤣 And there are ZERO ANNOYING ADS TO DEAL WITH! GREAT JOB DEVELOPER! 🥂

This is exactly what it says it is. Cryptograms. No weird gimmicks or tricks to try to make you buy in game currency. No ads. Just Cryptograms. It is so rare to find simple games like this, or word searches, or mahjong solitaire, without some ridiculous gimmick or bells and whistles to try to "catch" you. Most are clones of each other and nearly all have in game purchases. This game is perfect. Simple, uncomplicated, perfect.
