4.5 stars A well designed game with a good level of difficulty, help if you are stuck, and a reasonable number of adds. I only wish there was more variety in the quotations and they were more thought provoking.

It's a fun, and relaxing game. But it tends to freeze up often, and I have to force stop it to get it to work again. A simple word game like this, with no graphics, shouldn't do that on a phone with 6GB of RAM.

Excellent. Simple. No ridiculousness. I would suggest allowing the game to be played in horizontal. Also a "Read More" button after solving a puzzle to be able to get some context behind the quotes would be nice. Thank you for this game. Please dont change it too much.

As others have pointed out there seems to be a lot of quotes from random books. Barely thought provoking and mostly from names I've never heard of. Otherwise the app works. Pen and ink feels more challenging.

It keeps me focused, l have taught many people how to solve the puzzles because I know I can do it and they find it enjoyable too. After 63 years of solving the puzzle. It makes my day, Cryptograms! Thank you.

I most enjoy the challenge of beating the best time, but in this case each games best time is 37 seconds which means they aren't actually achieved by players but are preset. Bummer....

Love this game is so interesting 🤔, that you have to use your mind and focus where to put the correct letter to figure it out the phrase. It's very challenging!! 👍

My Dad and I would do them all the time, Dad said it's similar to decoding. It helps keep your mind sharp and your brain thinking and he's right. The greatest thing is that l love all the sayings, they are all amazing to solve.

I like the game play a lot. The only disappointment is that the quotes are not humorous or amusing ( as are a lot of other cryptoquips out there.)

This is a good game but it would be even better if the solution were shown on the same screen as the puzzle. This is especially important if I give up, so that I can see where I went wrong.

I was trained as a cryptanalyst in the military, so these puzzles are a welcome pastime. At 87 I hope this is helping keep my mind sharp.

Fantastic game. Not overridden with ads. Game is not interrupted by ads. Love doing this kind of crypto game. Well done all the way around. Thank you!

Good, fun game. I just wish there was an option to not immediate tell you if you are right or wrong. Or a way to "pencil in" a letter rather than have it be scored right away.

Going to uninstall. The keyboard keeps disappearing and I have to guess where the letters are. Very frustrating!!!

I love cryptograms in general, but this game often uses quotes without context, as if from obscure books. So it all seems like random babal that you wonder where it came from & why someone found it meaningful.

Fun to learn great quotes by persons but can be slightly frustrating at the beginning of each puzzle.

I find this app very interesting and enjoyable and satisfying each time I complete each "crtptogram".

Love doing cryptogram puzzles, haven't seen any books lately in the grocery stores where I would get them,came across this game while looking at printable cryptogram.

Games is good but the adverts are disgusting. Will be deleting and installing a new game if things don't change.

Just got this game. Loving it! Edit 02.20.2022: Still loving it. The only thing that would make it better would be the ability to save my history of solved puzzles. The only way I can save them now is to screenshot them, but there have been some great quotes I've accidentally forgotten to shot. Overall, though, really challenging, appropriately frustrating, and a great way to keep my mind exercising! 😄

Excellent quotes. Some puzzles are more challenging than others. The best is ads do not clog your screen nor is this puzzle game a cash grab. This game helps you hone grammar and puzzle solving skills. This is a great way to passtime while on break at work or in a situation where waiting is a necessity. Keep up the good work and this is the first game I ever gave a five star rating.

love this app. No ads pffline use. It challenges ypur brain and is fun to play. It also gives fampus quotes by famous people.

Absolutely what i was looking for. Not perfect but definitely what i was trying to find!

Fun and interesting. I like it. I have to add to my review. This is my favorite game app. I like others for different things, but for overall ease, enjoyment, interest, and being non-annoying - Cryptograms is my favorite. I also like the quotations. Miraculously, they aren't annoying either. I did wonder if they would be. Thanks for building this. It's a fine product.

I love the options for hints and checks. The pop up adds are not too bad. Would like a list or something to look back at previous solved puzzles (mostly just for inspiration). An interesting option that would be nice is the ability to move back and forth between letters either manually or automatically. Still has a wonderful array of puzzles and nice way to pass the time.

I really love this app, but the ads are getting to be too much. One cryptogram completed, and then I'm forced to sit through a 30-second ad (for the same stupid game I have zero interest in). It's too much. Let me skip the ad, or only insert the 30-second ads once every ten cryptograms or something....as it is, I play about three puzzles, then I'm done.

Update made it worse. I played this game last year and it was fantastic. Super streamlined process, you could see the theme for each quote, there wasn't a whole lot of hullabaloo. I actually solved all the levels. When I redownloaded it today to play again (because I will come back to a game and re-complete it if I enjoyed it that much), it was so much more convoluted, no clear theme, it doesn't look like you can't pick the levels, etc. Sometimes simple is best and I miss that!!
