Cryptonator cryptocurrency wallet

Until last month it was my primary wallet. and now seems like it dropping their rank and position. I wish you get back to work as soon as possible because all my transactions are pending all my withdrawal so cryptonator are pending can't cancel them also it seems my loss both side

It was one of the best app until the recent update. It keeps telling me "something went wrong" anytime i try to login. Their website too is no longer working. It keeps telling me "device/ip verification failed" when i tried to click on the verification link sent to my email. Pls fix these and i will rate you 5star. Update. The website have been fixed but the problem with the app is still persistent

I've found it as a great app. Nonetheless, somes issues and lackings came on my way of valuing it, like this two: 1. My device uses Android 4.4 and every time I try to read a QR code I receive an error message and the app closes. 2. It could be nice if in the sending format you could enter the quantity either in crypto or in fiat, so that you don't need to go somewhere else to look for currency conversion.

I've used cryptonator for years but not sure what's going on lately. Like others here have mentioned. I tried moving my dogecoin to another wallet and the transaction is stuck on pending. It's almost a month now and there's no response to emails because there's no other option to reach them.

best I've used . I've tried dozens and this one out performed the rest . if your new to the game or experienced look no further. choose cryptonator cryptocu.....I wish I could go into detail on how much this app has helped me . simplicity , ease , fairness, a guy could go on and on

I really think this is a great Wallet. Super convenient and love the exchange feature. My critique, they're holding on to a few too many coins with no future. HOLOCHAIN is a rising star and Cryptonator needs to get on board and add this coin.

Duplicate app in store neither of them work. Previous version was not replaced by new version. It may been delisted but it still has a valid play store ID which does not match this version nor supersedes it.

its a good app shame about the minimum deposits tho have to make sure your over the freshhold or youll lose your crypto few times I was under with dash coin just keep an eye on what your deposit but all round and brillent app I would recommend it to anyone also the option for a vault or paper wallet would be good as an extra layer of security so you can put your coins in cold storage

Well I have been able to get access back to my account after I click forgot password and clicked the link sent though a 24 hours hold was placed on withdrawal but I think it's a security measure to protect users incase someone else hijacked the account which is not bad cos after the 24 hours hold I was able to send without any problem....Good one

I love the new interface, it's quick, fast and fees are affordable, can't forget the exchange operation and the touch sensor, all amazing, thanks for the good work

Can I Give this Service a ZERO !!! I've attempted NUMEROUS TIMES to get a reply from their service group via email (the ONLY OPTION THEY OFFER) to change my SMS Text Number (Which this option doesn't seem to exist). They sent Bogus instructions and I can't change my number NOT TURN OFF 2FA SERVICE (so I can't send my Wallet Coins to my Exchange Platforms. No REPLY in the last few days (and their service was EXCELLENT before Covid)

I've sent 25000 dogecoin on May 26th and they didn't arrive yet till now it's been 3 months and didn't fix this problem, I tried to contact them several times but they didn't answer.. It's really disappointing.. I wish they will improve their service and fix this doge problem in order to gain more credibility for this app otherwise it's just waste of time ad money

Hello , people dont get this wallet it is just waste of money . I tried it at 2020 and it was all good at that time but now it is getting worse. They take 10 doge as a fee for transfer . Well as u can see 1 doge on other platforms. So as my experience this the worst app ever i have used . Its so worst that when i tried to transfer my dogecoin from cryptonator at the time when the fee was 1 doge it never happened. They failed my transfer every time and now they have just increase the doge fee.

app keeps closing out once I deleted and reinstalled app my account is blocked wth!!! I did update to the latest version and yet and still nothing but a closing app but since that response was most likely a bot w.e. be happy they dont give negative stars had this issue almost a year.

I have sent 55000 doge coin @8th oct still it shows pending there is no response from support I have requested 2 time for this issue but still no resolution please beware of this issue Do not send Doge coin into this. you will lost it. Main is No Support from it which is very bed. contact number also not available how we contact them !!!???!?!?!?

I made 3 transaction to an account on this app and the just don't appear on my wallet, the transaction are already confirmed but on the app my transactions don't appear I hope I can git this problem solved. (I already sent an email for suport)

Offline Offline Offline. I don't want to believe I have finally being scammed by Cryptonator after being loyal and believing in them for 6 plus years. I have money stuck in there which I don't know its fate with their incessant offlines lately.

This app is a fraudulent one. The charges on transactions are insane which will force you to leave you coins for them. I will never recommend this app not even to my enemy.

Well i have the app for like 2 days now, and it's already in some maintenance for like a day and a half, so I am not able to do anything else but to open it, check the rates and close it... It was working just fine for the first few hours, so you fix it or I'll delete it, and I'll be glad that I didn't send more money in it :)

Just like many others, I too have been scammed by this site. I've lost almost 20k doge coin because they say it's pending, but there's no proof of transaction at all. This was almost a year ago and it still hasn't gone through. It's just gone. DO NOT waste your money on this site.

I transferred my 23000 dogecoin in my another wallet in 19th May, but in my cryptonator transaction activity still showing my transaction in pending why? If system is pending from your side so please revert back my transaction. Last so many days I continues sent you reminder on your given mail id, but from your side no any response for me. Really your system and your support team not working properly. Totally time and money waste. Also no any coustomer care number. worst app

This app has been holding my currency for over a year now. Its easy and fast when I trade within the app. I'll post another review when its time to withdraw to see how easy or hard it is.

Recently im getting some error with the app. And now I uninstall and reinstall the app, and i cant log in anymore. Its says "ERROR something went wrong" . Please update the app. Im using Android 8.

It was really good at first but now it keeps telling me something went wrong,even after clearing data and starting afresh it keeps saying the same thing,please fix this. Also its a very good app

Doge wallet went offline for about 10 days and after became online i sent my doges to another wallet and its pending more than 3 days now They will let you deposit in the wallet and if price go up they will lock you out of your funds. Support is blocked for me, now i lost 2000$ easy here If you don't believe me go ahead its free to try!!

I had transfer my dogecoin to another wallet one month ago but still now transaction is not confirmed. We am trying to contact support team but they don't reply . So I am requesting to support please revert back and solve the problem.
