I haven't been able to access my banking through this app for a week now. It keeps saying error and try again later. I've tried restarting my phone many times and have uninstalled and reinstalled this app twice and still can't access a thing.
This is the worst banking app I have yet come across. The fingerprint sign on doesn't work (yes it's enabled in the app and my device), and I have to get a security code upon every sign in. Additionally, I have to re-register a phone number every time I sign in. I say "a phone number" because the app keeps giving me an error saying my phone number is in use...well yes...it's in use on this app, so I end up using a different number that isn't mine to access my account. Once in, the app is clunky
I've always used my Kindle to bank here. It has a larger screen; easier to see than my phone. Not any more!! It won't even recognize it. This is NOT progress! Really like the Cary bank and its people. HATE this app.
I have used this banking app for many years. I have always had a great experience. I find it very easy to use, convenient and user friendly. Also I have had experience with the employees of the bank and they always are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Fix your app and most importantly the "Zelle" option, I been trying for 3 weeks nonstop to try and send money but still says an error and to try again later.
Constantly crashes, won't let me into my bank account, can't use 90% of the time... Literally worst bank app EVER!!!!
All of a sudden it says "update required". But it won't update. I need a working app. Sorry, if not working by my next day off I'm gonna have to switch banks. Tried reinstalling.
Horrible app, lots of bugs and glitches. Better to just bank with them in person.
Works as it should I receive push notifications which is a big plus through text Android Arrow OS 12 poco f3 non rooted

App wont ooen after uodate
This app was excellent and convenient to use. I could do everything I needed from this app. Until just recently, I cant access the app. As soon as I click on the app, it opens with an error saying to come back later, there is an error with the app. Not sure how to notify anyone about this issue, so figured Id start here before uninstalling the app.
Does what it should.
Please fix. I would like to be able to use this. It constantly won't open or crashes.
Constant problems. Continually need to reinstall
Very glitchy. Doesn't always accept my PIN and password. Randomly signs me out while I'm using the app as well.
The app is constantly crashing, then will lock up and won't work unless it is uninstalled and reinstalled. Once you do that, the vicious circle starts again.

I'm a little disappointed you can't add new payees when paying bills on the mobile app... you need to do that from a personal computer.
Check deposit has no flash makes it very hard to capture check image with no shadows. They will never fix the flash issue. Talked to them today again one year later and they have no intentions of fixing.
Installed on Samsung Galaxy Tab3 and immediately got message that app has stopped working.
Always has an error opening after update
Awful, app no longer works for fingerprint or pin login. Have to text verify everytime I login like im signing in for the first time. Frequently get locked out and have to call tech support. Their answer is to use the quick login options. This app might make me switch banks.
