Great app, easy to use, very convenient!
There's always a problem with it it's never up-to-date with my correct balance I can't see but deposits and withdrawals like I used to with the old system and I miss the old system that they had online.
The functionality of the app is good. It performs the tasks that you would need for the most part. It's simple. It's behind the times if you will from other Banks but I will trade the small town hospitality and relationship of CSB any day for a high tech big bank. I would love a check deposit feature!
I have a Samsung S9 and it works great! You can set up fingerprint sign in and can select accounts to view instantly without singing in.
app doesn't work on galaxy note 9. it logs but but then the app goes to a white screen and stops edit. Got new phone and it works in samsung Galaxy fold.
So far it sucks can't get any assistance or help when you need it and I am fairly sure that their system has been compromised because I know a lot of people from CSB that have had their accounts hacked I would not recommend CSB at all for anything if I could give less that one star I would
Awesome app! Makes going to the bank and depositing money easy and check your balances from any where you have service on your phone! Glad I bank with CSB! Been a customer of CSB for about 7 or 8 years an they've never let me down! Thanks again!
First time after installing the update It will not let me view my account and gave me an error message. And phone number to call. This is Sunday and no one is availabe at the number. Not good.
It was very easy to use
Everything has worked great the last 6 months, the mobile check deposit addition makes life a lot easier.
Had no trouble with the app until I got the new s22 ultra. App refuses to load on my new phone
a rough start but after it's set up it's vary straightforward and easy
It's OK, you can do basic stuff but kithung fancy.
