Pathetic App, passbook details are not getting updated. Bank confirms funds have reached account, but that is not reflected in ePassbook. Tryed syncing, still no use, tried after 5/6 hours still nothing. Why do you put out a buggy app. Hope the new owners improve the IT dept. Can't give negative stars, so forced to give one star.
I cannot login..every time I register an sms ia sending from my phone. And I received an OTP. But after that nothing is happening..again when I opent be app it's says click on register. And when j click on register the process keeps repeating. Still I cannot login. Your app is very good.
After switching in to new device unable to login. Showing error as already installed in other device.. I don't understand why CSB is not fixing this issue. Many customers mentioned the same comments.. Poor service from Bank
App is not syncing even after retrying a lot. Can't see transaction history at all as sms notification is also getting delayed.
Can't even register with the app. Everytime when i tried to register, it's processing & finally "request timeout" is popping up.
Cannot login on new handset. Shows it is installed on other device. Many other users have similar problem but app is still not updated. This app is not being curated correctly
i didnt get my otp...i have send sms option then its going to text message when clicking send option an error message comes and showing that reviw and sent a i am trying this for 3 days...why this issue comes
From the day 1 of this app installation(2015), I am not able to register on it. Always send sms and timeout. Don't know what the reason.
Getting an error. Network not available. True again later. For the past 2 days. How long does it take to rectify a network error CSB?
What is client ID? If simple mobile number and otp is kept then it would be great. I am not able to register since I don't know client ID

While registering for CSB ePassbook got an error msg 'your registered mobile number is not bind' , net&mob Banking don't work before 48 hours in case you forgotten credentials whereas in other banks you can create your password easily in minutes. Annual Charges of this bank are - ATM 299 + annual Charges for maintenance more than 100+gst.+SMS charges quarterly 18 & most valuable profit to Customer byp this Bank is interest rate on saving account here it is 4 or 3.5%. - ZeroSTAR
It's always showing network not available, please resolve the issue.
Handy but only last one year records available... Pass book means list of all back dated records
I try to get last 3 months statement but still im not recived any pdf on gmail account past 3 weeks ago and in my mail that old statement does not open even though i try my mpin password is not working in my gmail account
App is not opening trying to register but it's getting close Please solve it as soon as possible...

Very beautiful app.We can see All transaction without miss.No need of carry passbook all d time.

if we install this app on mobile if we change the device can't log in to the new device its always showing already registered in other device

Taking more time to load and opening the passbook.
The passbook is not getting updated.Whilenopening epassbook it's showing previous login informations only.It gets not synced to the current time.I have connected my device to one of the fastest broadband network and when I try to change my mpin it's showing no network.This is a very bad experience from the part of Catholic Syrian Bank as all other banks are regularly updating their applications and not even the csb staffs could help me solve this problem. Shame on you. Really bad experience.
