No doubt it's one among the best user friendly app in the present market. De-registration after sim/mobile change or formatting is very necessary due to security issues. It needs only 1 or 2 hours and that's a worth waiting since the updation is very necessary security feature indeed. Didn't believe in anywhere usable banking apps that even anyone can use with your credentials. CSB Mobile is not like that. Expecting 10 mins patience for 1st time users and sure you won't be spending less than 5 mins for transactions there after. More features to be added very soon.
This is a pathetic app . It doesn't make any sense to me that u can use this app only one one handset for your whole life. Just changed the handset and the app says multiple registration not allowed. I was using exact number registered with bank. Just put the Sim in a new handset
Absolute dump app after update. I was using it to do all my transactions before. And just after update I lost all the previous settings. Doesn't even allowing me to reregister again.Do something ASAP
Apparently I should buy a mobile phone which will last me as long as my bank account with CSB. Non-logical app development that denies registration of a new device. The app was barebones as it is but useful in a small way. Now even that is gone. Remarkably poor.
Ultimate waste.. New version installed automatically now and lost all earlier settings. Not allowing to register again. I two accounts with the bank.
Once i uninstalled and installed the app, I cant again log in to my mobile banking.. Its showing some erorrs...multiple user not allowed... App is not good...really worst app after update.. so much of bugs... Still not cleared the bug... Very bad customer service
I have used csb mobile in my old phone. When I bought new phone, I installed this app. But I couldn't login. It says multiple registration is not allowed. I tried to log out from my older phone. But there is no option available in the app. Please help.
IMPS is not available in the mobile app. We have to add a new account number to beneficiary through the web application, then only we are able to use it in the app. Should have included this option too in the app.
I have update the application. After update it is not allowing me to login, I m getting an error message MULTIPLE LOGIN NOT ALLOWED. But I m using the same mobile previously. Now I have to raise a request to make it work. Pls take care of these issue in ur next update.
This is the worst application that I've ever used. It is not even allowing me to login with my registered id. Getting error message as mutliple registration is not allowed. Damn it..
the worst banking server . it's down most of the time . even i cant use third party app interfaces properly because of server issues.
Useless app. When you click on Login, it asks for app update whereas no updates are available. I rated the app with 1 star because there was no option to submit the review with 0.
After 2 years of use, I will tell this, u can install this app only one time. If u change your mobile u need to call customer care or give a letter to Branch office. It's not a user Friday also
Really really bad application. I changed my mobile, installed the app again. When I try to log in it now says "Multiple registration not allowed."
Very nice app.... I suggest everyone to install this app n use it, I have been using this since one year, beneficiary detail will be added in one hr compare to other banks, hassle free app
Good app. They prefer security over convenience, that may be problem for some users, but it is one of the best mobile banking app.

Simple app.. But if it have more features like cheque book request ,it will be even better
This is one very badly designed app with respect to user experience as well as user interface. Need to improve and become more professional if you need to compare with other banks. Please make the error messages and response in lay man's terms. And provide help as to what to do when stuck. Don't leave them hanging. I could make a case study as to how not to design an app with this.
