Still good. Great app, never really had any issues with it. I use it frequently to check balances and transfer funds.
Works most of the time, although when it doesn't, it is absolutely frustrating as all hell! But that's just because when anything that involves my money and getting paid gets glitchy or delayed, it sends my anxiety through the roof. We (the hard workin' folk of us at least) all gotta have consistent and on—time payment.. Nobody wants to have anyyy sort of problems with that but technology obviously can never have optimal output 100% of the time, it's just how it goes.. So I give this four stars.
Ever since the upgrade /updated to this app a few weeks ago it has stopped working currently! I am constantly having to Uninstalle and reinstall it to get it to work so I can login. Even then it malfunctions, like trying to do a mobile check deposit and it kept telling me I had took 2 pictures of the front of the check and it would ask me to try again!! I don't know what changes have been made but clearly they are not working!!! So FRUSTRATING!

My only 2 complaints are that you can't make a payment to an unapplied mortgage account and there are limited times you can do it to all other accounts. Seems with covid being here for a while now that it would be wise and great to have those extended options to help with having to visit branches,but you can make any kind of payments to anything else and move your money around to whatever you want.
Same as the most recent review, got a new phone and doesn't work at all. Open the app and all it does is show a CSB logo. Not useful or helpful. Need to fix this ASAP!

Garbage.... Doesn't work half the time and is so slow the other times not even worth using..... Got a new phone and now it doesn't work at all way to go Claremont savings bank
App was working as intended until Android 8.0 dropped. The devs need to update the app so there isn't any compatibility issues like this. Kind of disappointing from a banking app.
This was my first time doing this and it is so easy!! Will certainly use this again. I first had to activate it. A phone number to Claremont Savings Bank was given, Tasha( I think that was her name) was so kind and helpful. Thank you!!

A great experience. Sometimes a few hiccups, but nothing a phone call yo my bank cannot fix 😀
Loved this app until the bank updated on 9-27-18 now the app won't work. Bank has no clue how to fix the problem. Told me it was my problem not theirs.
App works and runs great 90% of the time. Can't complain at all for a small bank in the grand scheme of things.

Not Working Blank Screen I never used to have issues with this app until about a week ago now. All I get is a white blank screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. I really hate using the website on my phone as it isn't very phone friendly layout wise, but apparently I have no choice since the app isn't working at all. Please hurry and fix this issue. Many of us depend on this tool heavily and daily. Thank you.
