Since the new update it doesn't work on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and it just goes to a blank screen.

Stable, gets the jobs done, although not the best... This app is rather limiting and the UI is quite lackluster, providing little to no more features then the bare bones minimum, although it's very clean and has yet to cause any issues with the functions it provides. It's all together very good for what it is.

Excellent app, never a problem, very user friendly. No longer works on my Samsung tablet, not compatable.

Doesn't work on my new Galaxy S22. Loved it on my older phones and used it daily. Huge miss that it's not working with the new phone 😕

"Android os 8.0 and up" BS, doesn't work on 8.1 nothing but a white screen

Its great to be able to check my balances, see whether or not something was withdrawn, or make payment on any loan or morgage at anytime. Moving money around between checking and savings accounts is quick and easy as well. The picture process for depositing checks has been greatly improved with the last update.

Have had the app for years and loved it. My last phone the app suddenly stopped working. Fast forward 1 year later and I have a new phone and same issue. One day the app worked and now it doesn't. I can't push any buttons. It won't let do anything.

Absolutely makes me and my life alot easier to manage my money and to pay my bills!!! Would be lost a great deal with out the app and the bank and awesome service that I have with my bank!!! Best bank I have ever dealt with hands down!!

The app does not work about 80% of the time. When it does work it is nice. Sadly i mainly get that it is having technical difficulties.

Doesn't work on my galaxy s22 ultra. Worked fine on note 20 ultra. Will edit review if fixed.

I have always been treated like a human being, not just an account number. The app is extremely easy to use. There is even a bill pay tab for external bills. love my bank!!!

I have a loan with this bank. I kind of pissed of that even though i was struggling to put food on table and have comfort for myself in things i loved. They couldnt give me a real break. I had $10000 for a truck not worth $7500 and $203.92 montly payment. $500 or less biweekly check with insurance that was $200 on the 8th of every month. Im down to $2000 and I made on time or ahead payments. They wont loan me even $1000 more on top of the $2000 to cover back payment debts

Worked on my Note 8. Won't work on my S22 or S22 Ultra.

Very easy to use

App only works half the time. I always have to call the bank and have them reset my info just so I can log in. It's a constant hassle. When it actually works it's nice.

Constant app crashes, might work to check balances once or twice a day. Anything other than that might be a miracle

Great! This app is literally a life saver. I have multiple accounts and I can easily transfer Money from one to another instantly!

I love this app, it's so convenient! I work 3 shift and dont have time to run to the bank this I have my band in my hands!

User Friendly. Updates within the last few months have made this app more user friendly. Mobile deposit and internal money transfers takes only seconds

It's a good app and I like the bank , they treat you personl , it's comfortable banking there, and the app is easy to use

It updates immediately, allows me to deposit checks on it, and makes transfers immediately. very nice

I love that I can access my account anywhere. Manage my card, view my mortgage. And coupled with paypal and paypal debit card, I can move money or pay wherever or whenever I need to.
