GETTING STARTEDTo use the CSBI Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as an Citizens State Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

It seems like its always having issues and says Error Something went wrong on our end. Well Fix it Then.
Never had any issues in the 2.5 years I've used it and super easy to use.

Mobile check deposits doesnt work properly. Front will work fine, but back just zooms out and unfocuses and never takes a picture of the check. Havent had any other issues, but this is a pretty big problem.
This is a very basic app. It is good to check balances and to see if transactions have posted. That is about the extent of its utility. It lacks things like paying to CSB loans or cards. Online bill pay frequently say currently unavailable.
It's been good,its worked good,its conveniently set up ,I'd recommend it to any who banks there .
Delighted to be able to make business deposits of larger amounts. Fast and convenient.
Never a problem with it running
Why doesn't the app show the deductions immediately? If you make purchases on Fridays the app doesn't update until Monday. I have auto pays that don't show immediately but come out same time each month. Good app but needs some tweaking. Would love to be able to make investment options ad well.
Easy way to transfer money
The only thing i dont like is my balance changes because of transactions that money has been taken then put back on, and then taken again. It caused me to have a negative balance because of it.
Very easy to use and navigate, if I had a problem or question, the ladies at the local branch helped me , if they couldn't help me, they would refer me to someone that could help me. Online Banking is easy to understand.
An easy an effective app for account holders!
Yeah I love the App but I hated when they moved from Kroger parking lot down there by McDonald's some one is going to get hurt its real bad when its busy need a driveway to come in the back or something that is completely screwed up I pray no one gets hit or gets run over or something

I used this app for my banking and suddenly it stoped it wont allow me to log in at all. Im ticked now.

Error message on updating account..? Too many errors..!!
It doesn't sell explain your available funds and instead has an icon to tell you to call the office. It also times out too quickly. I've had difficulty renaming accounts. But transferring funds have been smooth and super easy.
