This app worked the first time then it only synced the dryers. I tried downloading the mobile app from google play but then it won't scan the code. I enter the code, it notes it is invalid. I initially scanned it from my scanner app from my phone when it worked. I removed from my home screen and tried scanning again but still doesn't sync. Not very convenient when that is the whole purpose of using the app to give you availability and alerts when cycles are complete.

App is very easy use, however really limited in terms of actually getting machines fixed in a timely manner. You can submit a issue with it, get a automated confirmation email saying thank for the report, but it's takes nearly a week or longer for the machines to actually get fixed. The old machines that take card/coin are trash. The new machines that connect via Bluetooth are more sophisticated and informative however impossible to actually get installed at the apt. APP is good, service No!

The app is good, could use more character space allowed to tell you what the problem is with the machine in question. Other than that, I don't have a problem with the app. I dropped this from a 5 star rating down to a 4 star only because if a machine is needing parts it's out of commission for weeks, or sometimes months, before that part(s) come in and the machine is fixed. Our building has residents on 10 floors, abt 14 apts on ea floor. 1 laundry room with 8 washers and dryers.

The app worked. I was finally able to make a service request after being defeated in attempts to get service by phone and website. Not sure why the app requires access to my camera and wifi info. Seems vaguely sinister...

I'm giving it 2 Stars, because when I first downloaded the app it worked when I scanned or manually entered the barcode. but now even though my app is updated, it doesn't recognize when I manually or scan the barcode recognize and says it's not correct.

Normally, response to this app(service time) is prompt. A week later, after the third service request, they finally set up a case file. Hopefully, in a few more days, they will repair(unstick) the washer's coin slot....

This app is BS, does not scan, and if you put the machine number in ,an error message appears??? wonderful system, my Hotel guest just love it,LOL! And it's brand new!

This app is great. Scan barcode. Voila`no need to report to super, fixed right away. Now more weeks to get things fixed Not sure what the negs are for. This is so nice. Yeah they should finds a way for a refund, although ,I guess they could get 10 people reporting, saying they lost 2 bucks. Not all people are stiffs. Most are honest

They should just eliminate the app and put a little center next to the machines with paper and attached markers to put notes on the all machines that wont be fixed. I spent 4 hours washing 5 loads because 3 machines didnt work properly. I had to squeeze out towels by hand because two machines wouldnt drain. Then after I rewashed both loads I popped them into dryers and waited an hour to come back and find that one of the dryers didnt dry the clothes. omg Im so fed up!

Worked very well the first time. Reported a faulty machine around 11 at night the next morning before 8 it was fixed. Makes things very easy. I just wish it was away to get your money back. But all in all great app

I am always having trouble with your machines severals time now I have been unable to wash my items because the machine have been down or no connection. There have been many times were I have wet clothes and the dryers do not work. You have raised the prices but have not upgraded your machine or the network in which they work. I would really like something to happen because it makes me not want to continue using the machines and take my almost daily business elsewhere.

My Debit card was charged 11 times for 1.99 and 8 times for 2.49. I washed and only 4 loads (2 large comfortors and 2 small loads) and dried the same. Trying get a customer service agent is nearly impossible. Thank God my bank mobile statement showed me all the transactions.

I would agree with an earlier post. You can use this report app all you want. The machines never get fixed here. So frustrating to go to the laundry room and half the card readers will work with CC and the others not. Because of COVID we can not even get in to put $$ on a card that will work that way!

I washed one load of laundry yesterday. The guy was there apparently working on the washers and dryers. Im really ticked off that after having washed my clothes, they did not go through a proper spin cycle cause they were all super wet. I then put clothes in dryer. After 45 minutes on high heat, they were still wet. Dryer was cold, no heat. I tried 5 different dryers, none heated up. I spent over 10 dollars trying to dry one very small light load of clothes, when it shouldve only cost me 1.75

Traveling and stayed in Natchez,MS. Never heard of this type of laundry system. But when we called about a dryer that ate quarters, next morning it was fixed. Our experience was good on phone and saw quick results. Not the norm so had to share.

EXCELLENT customer service. Everytime that I summited a claim on anything that had to with repairs. They responding back to me in a timely manner, and always got the job done all 3 times I requested a maintenance call.

the condition of the machines at Intown Suites is deplorable, they're expensive to use and you would think with the expense they would be in better shape, the filters are all torn up in the dryers, my clothes was still soaked after spinning, causing my dryer time to have to be double. PLS fix your machines.

This company is a joke. Our laundry machines have been out of order for 8 days now, despite being reported through this app each day. It's especially frustrating because of their signage saying things like "Your satisfaction is important to us and properly working machines are a priority". Clearly something is not working here. Don't waste your time with this app, it'll be far easier for you to find another laundromat. Update: A full month later and they're still not working. This is insane.

Company is awful. Both machines in the building had error messages after putting money in. Per the website I am only allowed one refund request per day. Would love to be able to give zero stars

Always Always keeps my money and I have to pay way too much to wash & dry 1 load of clothes to lose money. The prices went up way too much. I'm gonna have to go somewhere else to wash my clothes.

I have complained to the company as well as rest my apartment building over 400 people about no proper rinse cycle and black streaks from lack of maintenance and cleaning of tge washers all over our clothes towels sheets blankets etc the streaks are permanent as well As far as the app it works when it wants to

charges my card multiple timea every time i use this machine. they never credit me back here at csc and they never do anything to accommodate me for thia issue that hasnt been fixed in over a year. i am going around the complex to see how many people i can have complain to have them remove this machine. lets hope it works

Ifeel like I'm doing their work for them while they collect. Cannot contact live person. And why would they want that because that only mean they would actually have to give me a refund!

Yall need to get it together!!! I relay on these washer and dryer near my apartment since I dont have connections at my apt and these never work or one does and the other does we don't need them fixed we need them replaced completely with newer durable made for commercial washing not residential!!! Yall do not give money back when we put our card and does not work so yall really need to make sure they are working properly and are gonna stay working properly before yall leave after servicing it!!

app is pointless and the barcode didn't even scan. I've lost so much money in these machines and never was reimbursed.
