Don't bother. This app was programmed by an incompetent moron with absolutely zero knowledge of how to do anything. It never gives an accurate time readout, doesn't connect to a third of the machines, occasionally decides to not display active machines...if you can get the app to load at all, since it doesn't connect to the server about 80% of the time. App will also charge you multiple times when selecting only a single payment. Reported. This is a scammy app, period.
The app doesn't work often. I use 3 different phones and a lot of times, it just has an endless circle that sometimes gets stuck. I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstall, reinstall, restarting phone, nothing fixes it. The app also has not been updated since January 29, 2021, which is over a year.
Something happened. It worked fine for months but this month it stopped working. I managed to get a wash in (even though it was laggy) but couldn't make the app work to dry my clothes. It lagged so long that it kept telling me I had no internet, then it kicked me out of my account and I couldn't request a new password or log in. I had to go to a nearby laundromat. I tried the app again today to request a new password and the reset password link won't work. When you click it you get a blank page with an error message. The app still doesn't always connect to the internet and sometimes it just says your sign in failed without specifying why. App is garbage. And there's no customer service on the weekends.
This app is horrible! Been trying to open the app for four days now and it won't open was functioning prior to it but now it won't open. It is slow when it does work doesn't correctly show the times and often times out when trying to connect to a machine causing a double charge. If we didn't have to use this app in order to do our laundry at our apartment I would say run away from it!
Convenient. Notifies you when your laundry is done, and what machines are available. I'd give it another star or two but when you add money to the dryer it doesn't give you the number of minutes it says it will. In fact, it costs more to add minutes than it does paying for another dryer cycle. Also it double charged me for a load. I disputed it on the app and never got a response or any money back.
3rd time I've been stuck with wet clothes because this awful app decides to just spin continuously. And NO it's not a connectivity issue. My phone has full data access. I'm writing this review using mobile data, watching YouTube and browsing the web. Garbage app. Works half the time. Other half it leaves you with wet clothes. I'm uninstalling and getting a plastic card.
I have been trying for 30 minutes just to get the app to open on my phone. It continues to say "No Network Connection", which clearly isn't true, and refuses to open. I have to constantly close the app and resety phone just to get it to work. The bluetooth frequently does not connect to the machine and I have to try multiple times to get it to work. It's horrible. How the heck this thing has 3 stars is beyond me, I've never used a more incompetent app. And the fact that I HAVE TO USE THIS is BS
App is horrible. Back when it actually worked, the times listed on the wash and dry were always wrong. But since the new year, the app hasn't worked at all. It wouldn't let me add funds, so I logged out and tried to log back in but it won't let me, saying there's no wifi connection when my phone is connected. I restarted my phone and still nothing. App is in definite need of an update, as it hasn't been updated in a year. Worst thing I've been forced to use
This app is garbage. It is extremely slow, hit or miss when it DOES manage to connect, and the servers are horrible. I was at home on my wifi trying to add funds and it would not connect to their servers. I was connected to the internet just fine. I was still able to get on any other app/website. It was this app that was having issues. Someone come up with a better app please.
The first review I wrote seems to have disappeared. All of a sudden this app is telling me I'm not connected to the internet or to come back later, but everything else requiring internet connectivity is working just fine. I've cleared the cache, rebooted the app, even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it won't even let me log in. Getting quarters every week is a nuisance, but a more reliable solution than this at the moment.
App definitely needs some work. Crashing and saying I have no internet when I have full signal. Even went threw closed app restarted, hit airplane mode to reset the tower connection and restarted my phone. Still not working. I'm just trying to do my laundry and I have money on this app, geezz. Could the developer please fix these bugs. When the app works it is very useful and saves me a trip to see if washers are available. I can just check . I like the reminder on time when your stuff is done
Great app! Nice to know how many machines are open and when your loads are done. Have never had a problem connecting to machines or with the QR scanner. Would be 5 stars except the auto reload option does not work. When my account hits zero it will attempt to charge me to reload, and then the amount will be put back onto my card, so I end up with a bunch of charges and refunds on my card.
Garbage readers, garbage service, garbage app. My apartment management switched to CSC, and ever since the readers have been going out. I try to swipe my card and it tells me to use the chip reader so I use the chip reader and get an error, forcing me to use the app. I have been putting in service requests to fix these errors but no one has come out and done so in over a year now. The final nail in the coffin is when I get a "no internet" error on the app despite full bars or strong wi-fi.
This app always has connectivity issues. It's so frustrating. The app always says your not connected to the internet. I've repeatedly had to install and uninstall the app. I never get responses when I have issues. It never works when I need it to. I've also had to re-enter my banking information when wanting to reload my balance. No one cares to fix these issues and they've been going on for years. It takes hours for it to work it's almost pointless to do laundry here. Pretty useless.
Good but annoying. Lately been having issues staying connected to Bluetooth which tells me an update is needed because this is an older version but there is no update. Also I wished they would allow you to choose how many minutes for drying. In 2021 I would think we could figure out a way to do that. It would save so much time especially with connectivity issues.
The app is unable to connect to my mobile data or wifi connection. I've restarted my device, force closed the app, nothing works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hoping the issue would be fixed, but as a result, I can't even login to my account as the app itself can't detect any connection. Even though clearly my mobile data and wifi is working just fine. I can't do my laundry unless this issue is fixed. I rely on the app heavily. Having a CSC physical card is a better option now.
This app is terrible. I really don't understand why my complex switched. It takes forever (when it actual decides to work) to get the app to connect to the machine. It will take money and not actually start the machine then you have to wait forever to get your refund. I can't wait until I can stop using it. And any companies looking to contract with them, do your tenants a favor and don't!
When I first moved into my building and first started using the app it worked perfectly, and now for the past 3 months all I've been having is problems with the app, I have moved loaded onto the app and it doesn't allow me to start the washing machine nor dryer, it keeps saying "can't connect to machine" or "no connection" or "machine not found", this app is horrible, annoying and a waste of time, and when you call customer service they don't pick up because they don't work on the weekends,smh
Convenient in that I don't need to get quarters from the bank, but: - Half (or more) of the time it won't scan the code so I have to punch in the machine number - Not actually all that reliable with regards to availability of machines - Also not reliable in saying when the washer is done, especially if it needs an extra rinse - Don't know if it's the app or the machines, but it frequently takes multiple attempts to actually start. "Choose cycle, then hit start. Choose cycle, then hit start. Choose cycle, then hit start..." Meanwhile I'm choosing the cycle and then hitting start. The first two problems are annoying, but can deal with it. The third problem definitely requires more communication between machine and app rather than simply relying on a timer. The fourth may be a machine issue and not an app issue, IDK, but it happens on all the machines (both washer and dryer) I've tried in two laundry rooms.(same place though, just different rooms.)
Its works well overall but sometimes it glitches in letting you know when your load is up. Also sometimes it won't read the scanner or even manually putting in the number. For the last part don't know if it's a connection but I doubt it as I have my wifi on and full speed connection active all the time.
Terrible app. It takes me at least two attempts at connecting for each machine to get it started, which is about two minutes of waiting time each. It also doesn't allow for you to start multiple machines at once. It claims to let me know what machines are in use, but it always says available even if that machine is running. I would way prefer a screen in the laundry room that allows me to pay with a credit card and start all my machines at once.
Most of the time it works flawlessly. Occasionally it has an Achilles heel & there's a connection problem. Fortunately I've never used the app during a thunderstorm or in the time surrounding a power outage. I would not trust the washer or dryer to restart after the power came back on. There would also most likely be connection issues, when power is restored.
