Every time I open the app it says that the app has violated security policies and immediately shuts down. Please fix this!
It's a good app to keep up with my mobile banking but it's been crashing lately for some reason
Just a blank white screen. Doesn't work.
App has issues with passwords and constantly makes you change it and make it different. Sometimes when the correct password is entered it still doesn't work. Majorly bugged highly do not recommend!
Decent banking app. Main problem is there is a problem with their system, making you change your password very often...like every two weeks sometimes. This is very frustrating. July 2021 seems to be improving.
Now works for the S22 ultra phone. Thank you.
Use to work good and let me do internal transfers from my savings to checking and vice versa but now it doesn't. Every time I try to make an internal transfer it just says cannot process at this time. It's an annoying common occurrence. Why have the app when I have to go to the ATM anyways?
Since the last update my app wont open!
When i can get it to work its fine but i either keep getting an error message or a we cant validate you information. It seems this app has been having alot of issues for alot of people. CSE NEEDS TO FIX ALL ISSSUES WITH ONLINE AND APP ACCOUNT LOGIN
Downloaded the app and when I try to open it, all I get is a white screen. Deleted app and loaded again but get the same issue. It doesn't work at all. I guess it's laptop banking only.
This app is awesome!😊 I can make in house transfers, pay my bills, switch to and from accounts. Everything is quick, safe and secure...I love it!!!
Really good banking app. Intuitive and straight forward. Password required more often than I'd like. Other than that, its good.
Slow, most (not all) of the time. My other card apps load faster....Love CSE just something about their app that I don't like. Maybe it's just me....
There's always bugs or someone's hacked into it and changed my info all up. I wish it made me feel more secure but honestly I'd rather go to an atm to check my account information at this point.
Constantly has bugs. You have to change your password so often sometimes it's almost weekly it'll lock you out of your account. Most times it'll give you an error before you even try to log in and ask you to try again later.
It's okay it's not too bad but it could be a lot better I've also had a lot worse but for the most part it's not too bad. The only thing I really wish they had that would make it five stars if the ability to disable the debit card in the app
Could be better. App always tells me I entered incorrect pw and I have to call and reset it. Not sure if app does updates at midnight but I cant always login at that time.
I often can't log in because it tells me I can't retrieve my information, and sometimes I can't transfer money because it says the same thing. it's a great inconvenience.
Perfect for your every day needs. Provides easy look at your accounts/loans, and transferring/billpaying is simple.
Occasionally gets slightly buggy with login, but hasn't had any issues 99% of the time.
The app was working fine, but I hate being forced to change my password and not being able to use a previous one. That's my only real complaint
My only issue with it is that ocasionally, the servers aren't working, so you can't check your info.
I got a new Samsung galaxy S22 and app doesn't work. I have 2 a d neither works

Updated now having trouble showing transactions, opening the app, and most the features in the app is unavailable
Works good but constantly have to restart the phone to get the app to work.. regardless which phone i use
It worked great for awhile, I loved the Zelle integration, but after version 21.3.30 on Android 12 it won't work anymore for me, it says it violates a security policy and it closes the app. And it's really annoying because I used the app a lot, and now I have to login to the website now and zelle doesn't work on the website on the phone, it probably does on a computer though. I emailed customer support and got no response.
