What happened to this once awesome game?! Its like the developers just gave up on it. I played every day after it first came out, got through every level when it wa still just gold stars. The you added platinum to keep us occupied until you were able to add more levels. Then you added buildings, which is hard to get materials for. Then you added the weird card thing that doesn't even work. Freezes the game every time. That's about the time I gave up. I check in every few months and will play the platinum stuff, but now I'm being forced to redo the whole scene(having to use my stars to solve the mystery, again) for platinum stars?!?!? What in the actual .... is going on?!?!
It's a fair game, just not as good as it used to be. Am sure there are others that are just as good or even better but I love this one. Am just appealing to the developers that even if they fix nothing they should please fix *the inability to used the total screen face of the hold and collect evidence* at least with that one can progress in the game because the games helps a lot in brain training. Thanks
Love the game but a lot of problems. Whenever I got to the higher levels the game would freeze up, features wouldn't play and areas I was supposed to report trouble to didn't exist. Used to play on my tablet, had to start over on my phone. Really disappointing.
This used to be a good game, no longer. Seems like no support anymore. Android version you cant get into collections or quests. Windows version crashes all the time, you lose the stars and your energy is reset to 0, and yes android crashes too. Played it for a long time, removing it now. Dont waste your time with this game.
I was playing this game 2 years ago, I loved it and I saved my progress. Yesterday I downloaded it again and everything was fine, I logged in and everything was there except my avatar for some stupid reason. I keep trying to download the stupid thing but it keeps failing and now I can't change my avatar whatsoever.😤 Also sometimes when I try to tap on really small objects like the smoke detector or a watch the game doesn't detect it.😕
I loved this game. Unfortunately, I got a new phone and since the connection to Facebook feature is no longer available, I can't play it on my new phone without starting over. Super disappointed. Uninstalling the app. Don't waste your time; the same thing will happen every time you update it.
Was enjoying this game until the last few days. Glitching all the time. Can barely finish a game without app closing down. Please fix. Also why can we no longer connect with Facebook. Why bother asking us to connect when it is no longer supported. Deciding whether to keep app or not. Is not as enjoyable as it was. Takes forever to finish a level
I went on to play this game and notice that I was no longer connected to Facebook. I tried to reconnect with Facebook and it says "this feature is no longer supported" I figured it was some bug or something so I uninstalled this game and then reinstalled it... that didn't work either. So now I am at the beginning of this game and have to start all over again and it still won't connect to Facebook.. I still get the same little box saying "this feature is no longer supported" HELP!!!!!
My biggest issue is I uninstalled the app from my tablet since I don't play anymore and it still shows up in my apps. I tried reinstalling & uninstalling, installing to a SD card & uninstalling, installing to a SD card & then to internal memory & uninstalling...nothing will stop it from showing up in my apps as "Not Installed".
Likely the best thematic integration I've seen on an HOG, though it breaks down in more advanced fame modes. The grind got to me after a month or two. I prefer to complete scenes fully before advancing so case narratives are less disjointed.
Its a good game with some interesting cases and many oher features. It makes me feel like a real csi agent. But the problem for now is that the new content of collections is not downloading at all. I will be glad if you fix this issue.
This is a good game, but lately I need to download the episode I am solving for like every time I will play. I now uninstalled and will be installing this again with the hope that this will solve the problem. I don't always have data or wifi connection and downloading the episode everytime is kinda frustrating. Hope this will be fix soon. P.S.Because of the new update, I can't connect my game to my Facebook, how can I save my game and still be able to play it on another device if I lose my phone?
After completing 5 or 6 cases, i decided i liked the game enough to link it to my Facebook account. After which, i lost all my progress and had to start over. Other than that, a fairly decent game.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS GAME (even tho I like it) bc of the nature & frequency of glitches. Devs tell you 2 link w FB constantly, but if you try to it says "no longer supported"? I regularly sign in to find I haven't accumulated any energy overnite, or I've repeatedly found my game$ mysteriously gone. Today, I almost bought the starter pack but remembered how many times they stole $ from me & the fact that I can't progress in the "Died Eggs" scene, because it gets stuck loading, every time. Waste
It's a good game but sometimes when you try to use a link from a friend for more energy it doesn't work and this can be for days at a time. It would also be good if you could search for people through a user name rather than just Facebook friends. Therefore you could play with other enthusiasts but don't actually have to have them as a friend on Facebook
I love this game, but for a week now every time I go into the game it says has to download new content and then I download new content and then it says there seems to be a problem getting new content and then I can't play the game. Sometimes when then game goes in and you choose a scene where to search and it loads, it loads until 100% but doesn't go further.
All of a sudden you guys don't support Facebook and there's an ad every 2 seconds asking me to connect to Facebook and when I click on it it says sorry this is no longer supported even in your description of the game it says play with friends but there's no way to play with your friends cuz you can't connect to anything
not worth it, play the other csi game, it's way better. this one takes FOREVER to get a star. I have to play a scene five times before i get a star, then my energy is basically done and then i can only do one thing with that star like interrogate a suspect. That's it. then I go off and have to weight all over again for more energy just to waste most of my time trying to get one star. I'm on the same case for the past 3 or 4 days. I can't even remember what it's about anymore.
Having trouble connecting to facebook i have completed a lot of episodes spent money on things and now my progrees thats saved with facebook is no longer supported...i need my stats back....asap plz fix. The only issue i have...Thanks.
The dark screens are sometimes too dark and its hard to make out the objects on a tablet. During game play dollars are sometimes collected on investigating scenes but not tabulated in the game bank header. Good game to keep my mind working and eye to hand co-ordination
Great game minis the fact that if you used to play it connected and saved to Facebook you have to start all over again not worth the time cause once you get a new phone you'll have to start from the beginning again!
Really wanted to give 0 stars. Used to love to play this game and then it got to a point to where I couldn't open it. Now I can open it but all the progress I had previously made is lost since I can't connect to facebook any longer????
like the game... great to help with memory exercises... takes to long to build energy, also takes to much energy to do anything.
I wish there is an e mail address where I can send the screenshot of this game. Whenever I try to open the game it is just half and the other half is just black. I like to play this game because it got so many good reviews but because of this issue, I can't.
would give it 5 stars if you could make it make it where it could play it on my chrome book toom othere then that love it and don't mind starting over with with the new update! alright! fix that and i'll make some in app purchases when i get a google play card again!.
I have finished game 3 times and keeps telling me to start again. been waiting for an update for 1 year now but keeps telling me to collect all stars before any new content which I have done twice now and still no upgrade
It used to be a really good game but the people who programmed it I guess stopped doing matience on it as I keep on getting a error message everytime I try to do purchase a in game option where it says the feature is no longer available. I have it on my phone and everytime I turn on my phone and open it up. It starts me off with 0 energy and have to wait 6 hours for it to be refilled so that I can play it.
