I love love love love this game but it stopped loading and it just stopped working. Please! Please, fix this game. I miss playing this game!

Love the game as use to have all the PC games and watch it on t.v , it is way to easy to solve, in 10 minutes had $30,0000 after only playing 2 cases. Down side you have to play with net on and that runs up data.. if the game is free it should also play off line.but there is no opinion to . Also this download file is huge ,I download the game and it said it needed an extra 70mb to make it run so in a way you are downloading two separate files.. this can chew up 1gb in a day if on it 4-5 hours.
I used to enjoy this game, but now it is very buggy. I have lost close to 200k in tokens due to "An Error". The game randomly pops a screen stating "An error has occurred" and will continue doing that until you exit and restart the game. Unfortunately, in doing this the majority of your tokens will disappear. I have contacted support and have yet to receive a response. Please either fix & maintain this app or remove it from the play store.
Would give more stars except it doesn't open very often and when it does it lags quite badly and frequently. Also it's BADLY rigged as it costs me MORE to buy credits compared to my friends...!!!
You still have bugs to fix. An error comes up a lot and it at times when you get the free spins or any of the other special features. I like the game a lot but please work on these bugs. Not fair to loss coins because of a game error!!!! Lost a lot and if I keep lossing more I will have no choice but to stop playing. And delete game. Don't want to but will if I have to.
This was my favorite slot to play until it stopped working. It won't even open any more. So disappointing. You'd think that Gameloft would fix it, given so many complaints. I would reinstall if they ever fix it.
I'm playing case #6 "Radio Silence" I am on the interrogation part where I have to find the rings. Every time I get up to a certain percentage my percentage points drop down to zero. I like the game, haven't had any problems before this, but I will uninstall the game if I continue to loose coins and cannot proceed any further. This has happened 4 times already. Please correct problem!!!!
It takes so much time to get the items in each case. Run out of coins and have to wait so long to get more and finish games.
So tired of it resetting itself and deleting my progress. Especially when in the bonus kicking me out and don't get my coins.I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone. Total waste of time.
Downloaded despite all negative reviews but wish I hadn't bothered after 3 hours of trying to open the game once to see if its any good I finally quit as it hasn't even gone past the first screen not happy thought the developers would have fixed by now!!
Sick and tired of the constant crashing. Uninstalling. Bye bye CSI slots. Maybe I'll try again another time.
It feels so real but only thing is so few to solve. Pls hv more of these rather than just slot machines
Try to play after downloading and the app goes back to main menu. I've downloaded few times but still thesame
Game is a bit buggy. Ads are annoying. Have to restart it due to freezing some times. It's fun, but can get annoying due to issues and ads.
The game runs better than before. Had one problem of an error message popping up. So far, no issues today.
This game is so fun. But now every time I buy coins it resets my %. I was just on 45% now I'm back to 0%. Same with some of the features. It plays but doesn't add the money you win. Total rip off if you buy coins and it resets everything.
It took so long to finish the third case I almost quit. It's almost not worth it just to play the game to see the characters you love and solve the cases. The odds really are against you.
You'll have to go through so many Hoops and red tape just to sign in don't bother.
It always crashes, it takes away my coins and all my progress then I have to start all over. When I get free spins it doesn't always give me the coins I get and I'm on level 34 and I have to delete it AGAIN and start all over. It's a pretty neat game and I like it but it needs to be fixed!
Game keeps crashing. 6 times Saturday night and 7 times on Sunday. Not fun at all. Uninstall in.
Just up and quit working. Have played this for months and all of a sudden it just up and quits working. Tried uninstalling and reistalling but no luck.
I have tried downloading this game twice and before it will open a slot it totally shuts down. Awful.
The game don't load, lost over million coins because it stopped. I liked the cases and the slots. I will not play to loose anymore.
The percentage on my case has reset yet again. And the item you are needing does not show up very often. I am uninstalling this game .. not fun anymore .. too bad
everytime l play all my progress goes away then l have to start over. not only did this happen once or twice but it happens all the time to me. Not sure l want to keep playing this game.
