Older but works. Have used for two years before upgrading to another more expensive smartwatch. Was pleased with the watch. Never compared this inexpensive smartwatch to those costing five times more because it would be unreasonable. The step counter was way too generous.
the app does not work it keeps closing not able to sync with the watch. Pls fix the app
ever since i downloaded the latest update, the app couldn't stop crashing. please fix it.
Edit: App was fixed timely to work with Android 11!! Very happy. Thank you developers. Ever since Android 11 updated, not working. App crashes every time. Please fix this
It's kind of okay, except that the app won't connect to my watch anymore so kind of useless. As for the watch, which you probably have since you have the app, it times out before getting a heart rate or a blood pressure so you have to keep starting over which takes another whole minute. You can tap the screen to keep it awake but be careful, slide the current screen just a touch and you have to start all over again.
Works well, just a bit of a problem since the last update with Bluetooth pairing. It won't stop trying to pair (even though the app shows it already is) no matter what I do, it comes up with the message every 30 seconds or so. It's been doing this constantly, I've tried a large list of things to fix it and nothing's changed. Hope this gets fixed, watch works well otherwise
Watch is great, app is ok... I wanted to have something to remind me to drink water and get up and move throughout the day, but you can only set 4 alarms and they un-sync every day. You have to turn them on again every day. I would like to have recurring alarms so I can set them and forget them. And more than 4 please. Also would like more watch face options.
I don't usually give reviews but decided to if it would help to improve it. The app itself is great but the connection issue needs to be fixed or it's useless. Keeps disconnecting and tedious trying to reconnect. Update: Mar 9, 2020 How frustrating. Watch cannot connect for 4 days now no matter what I do. Worse yet it's stuck at the time before daylight savings. So connection with app and time is stuck. It'd be nice to see and know the fix in this platform.
Whatever happened with an update, the watch won't stay connected. Constantly wants to reconnect to the S9 Bluetooth and fails constantly. Sends the notification to the phone every few minutes. It's annoying and a power drain. I have to keep turning off my Bluetooth, which keeps me from connecting to any other devices like speaker or headset which won't allow the watch to control. Needs a big fix. Ready to return the device.
After having the watch since last year and writing good review for it. The watch isn't really the problem for me but it's the app. It seems the more they try to fix it the worse the app and the connection to it gets. I'm afraid if the developers doesn't fix this issue they will lose a lot of customers. I'm currently going for a Fitbit Versa 2; at least I know their software is stable enough than this and even though it's not 100% either (like everything else). I need something a bit more stable.
This app and watch are great as a fit only type set up. I got the watch as a "smart watch" to get notifications of texts and calls since I am a driver. The "fit" part of the watch stays synced to my phone, but the calls/ texts and other notifications keep disconnecting and makes this very frustrating. I will be returning the watch and deleting this application.
I've only had the app for about 24 hours but if anything changes I'll change my review. I own a Samsung S9+ and had zero issues with the app, zero issues with it interfering with other apps I own and it was easy to use. I've moved from Fitbit to this app due to purchasing a ABYX FIT smart band and so far so good! Can't wait for the update that will allow me to see past blood pressure readings.
Too much pestering to get permissions. The interface is not clean. Neither in the app, nor of the watch itself. The readings given out by the hardware are incorrect. The BP, Pulse readings don't match with the "proper" devices. The steps keep on increasing, without me moving. So, all in all, not such a good experience.
I've been using this app for longer than a year with my smart watch and today the clock, date, temp went off. It hasn't turned in when I lifted my worst for a while and it stopped sending text. I tried to reconnect, but it keeps disconnecting. I restarted my phone, turned off my watch and back on. I uninstalled this app then re installed it. Still, it won't connect. I've restarted my Bluetooth and everything in the questions in setting. Still, it won't connect. I should give this zero stars. 😕
Nice app but sometimes it Will disconnect from the Phone. It would be great if we can also read the message content on the phone instead of only getting a notification. The blood pressure is not accurate, so it's useless. Other than that, it's a very nice phone for the price. My wife has a iwatch and they look almost the same physically. Hopefully, there will be a software update soon to fix these bugs.
This app works, BUT it stops connecting with the smartwatch after some few weeks. I had to reinstalled the app before it could connect with the smartwatch again. Later on, I notice I have to force-stop it and then launch it again, instead of uninstalling. Also, improvements on the UI design is needed. It sends usual native apps notifications to the smartwatch BUT browser (Opera browser, Android 9) notifications from Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) don't get sent to the smartwatch. Thanks.
Day 1 Great. I read through reviews and developer replies. Prior to connecting to my watch I set this app up with all permissions. I set it up for all notifications. I then went into phone settings/battery and made sure it "was not optimized " so it would run in background. Then I took my charged watch and pressed the blue tooth button on app home page. It was a quick easy pairing. It synced with my note 10 right off and working great. I will update if it starts to mess up. 5 stars for now.
Needs a connection improvement on the app side of things. When it's connected it works really well, but it disconnects too often and is very tedious to reconnect. My watch is right beside my phone and yet it won't connect at all and that irritates me. If the development team can fix the connection issue, then it will be great
I like the watch's features – particularly the constant heart rate & oxygen saturation level. Its ability to generate accurate blood pressure measurements is good; like the doctor's cuff, you have to press hard on the watch face for an accurate measurement but half the time, it times out before giving a reading. Its connection to my phone worked great the 1st year then developed an irritating constant connection request notification – even though they're already linked to each other!
Definitely needs filter for other applications. Users can be able to select applications individually. Connection is not stable(turns on-off regularly) even battery saving for app is disabled. If you uninstall and install app again, your name-age resets Edit: Enough is enough. Bought 2 bands and I'm returning both of them. After every phone restart, it just doesn't connect to phone again. Totally unusable app-watch
It's a fine app but I can't turn off email and weather notifications without turning off all notifications. I go so many emails that there is no way I would want to get notified on my watch for every single one. Without the abilities to use notifications the watch turns into what is basically a normal watch that also needs to be charged.
Truly the worst aspect of this app is that we are unable to specifically specify which apps we want to receive notifications from through it. A pre-selected list of options is available but that's only beneficial to the user if that user uses those specific apps. An "others" option is available but when that is selected than you receive every notification that you receive on your phone. there needs to be an option to select which apps you actually want to receive notifications from on your watch
App is usully it's great but the latest update had broken the app it keeps closing and can't sink with my watch
It work on and on off for about 3 weeks on my old phone Samsung s8. I upgraded to Samsung s10 over the weekend and since then I'm not able to connect the watch to the app. I reinstalled it twice and lost all my previous data and still is not working. Very disappointed as I loved the tracker. Now is useless. Please fix the app!!
BP consistently high 162/98. My meter and the doctor 130/ 72. HB is accurate. Wrist raising to view clock usually take 2 or 3 movements to show time and usually about 4 seconds to show after you've brought it up . On a plus... steps seems to be pretty good. Come the end of the day, it's pretty close to the steps counted on Samsung Fit. . Came installed on my Note.
Since update, app fails to respond so watch is useless. Need this remedied please.
Hello, I haven't had the watch but for a few months and it will not stay connected to the App on my phone. Your team just recently did an update and the watch would connect intermittently but now not at all. Can someone tell me what else I can do to get it to connect? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the App but haven't been successful with the watch and App connecting.
App is crashing every 5 to 10 seconds. Impossible to use it. Please fix that bug ASAP since my Z12 watch is only compatible with this app. Tks.
