When I first installed last June I noticed its awful UI but at least it was still useful. Now, can't even open the app because its always crashing. Bank apps should be the most secure and functional apps as it involve crucial financial transactions, please fix this asap.
I can login on their website using a browser, but I cannot using the app. Updateeeee! Still cannot even after talking to csr. ;) It is not responding and it's forced stopping the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working as it's suppose to. Please fix it.
worst bank apps! very hard to log-in. everytime it updates, i can no longer access my acct. "unable to log in, pls contact your bank". Today 8/4/2021 there is an updates again. The apps closes every attempt of log in. The same in browser.
WORST BANKING APP EVER!!! 1. It takes seconds to type username and password. 2. It takes 1 min or more to open or view a menu. 3. GUI is not straightforward to users Note: Internet connection is stable when I access Netbanking.
Worst Bank App and Customer Service ever. Provided phone numbers just keeps on ringing for several minutes. Email received that transaction pw is about to expire so to avoid inconvenience they advise to change it right away but how can I change if the app itself is not working. As in! Service at branch also is unsatifactory. Visited their branch Sep15 and advise she will just update me thru my mobile. Date check. It's already October 5 and still no feedback from them!
Worst app experience same as website version. Not user friendly with confusing ways to login (2 passwords for login and transaction). Can't login on my first try and lockout immediately then have to call customer care for hours. After that I was lockout again. WORST bank in the digital age for a foreign bank in the Philippines. Luckily there are new foreign banks in the country so we can skip this bank. Better go to ING, CIMB, and KOMO. CTBC has a non sense account security policies
The App layout is not user friendly. The loading time is too long. Please hire a better app developer for your app. Your app cannot compete to other Online banking app. It is the worst. The only thing I can do with this app smoothly is to check the balance. All other features are annoying and not user friendly.
Hard to navigate and to transfer funds to other banks! Very confusing and always bugging! Please improve and fix the app.
The worst mobile banking app. It does not work most of the time. Poor customer service. No one answer the calls. Email responses are useless.
Useless app no option to sign in and their customer service on the phone is really hard to get in touch with. I should better look for other options.
Like your online banking. This app is good for checking your balance only. Other than that, it's totally useless as you cannot perform online transactions.
will auto close if you try to login..this used to be a working app but even if you try to reinstall, it will automatically close. no way to manage the account online
The app is not helpful at all. Everytime I try to sign up it always says that the session has ended or expire.
We should transfer banks to one that automated and better technology. Was never able to log in. Cant connect to the app. Very poor App. A reflection of the bank itself.
People keeps on Complaining they can't login. I assume they didn't know the word "Security". I feel more secured when you are required to contact the helpdesk line before you can activate your mobile banking application. 5 Star for CTBC!
Useless! I can't even log in. Their internet banking website is also very inconvenient to use. First chance I get, I'm withdrawing my deposits from this bank and transfer to a better one.
USELESS APP.! How will you serve client if your app keep on closing evertime i try to log in? And it looks like you are not doing something to fix this issue.
Not a good app! I'm unable to log in; it's always giving me an error. I know my login details because I'm able to access my account via mobile and web browsers.
Di kita transaction history. It seems that transaction history is only applicable for application transaction history and not on the account itself.(di ko pa natry in-app transfer kasi baka makain, sayang) So the App is for balance checking lang talaga, ang sad di mo mamaximize yung app.

Very frustrating. Cant log into mobile app but can log in to web browser. Also asking for permission to stuff it shouldnt be messing around with. Uninstalled.
Cannot log in the app at all! I have to use a laptop and open internet explorer. This is so frustrating!
I hope you can improve the app. It crashes most of the time. The only thing that I can do with the app is to view my account balance.
Basically a useless app for me, i cant even sign-up. I just wish they can manage to create a easy way to do banking online in ctbc.
First, it is hard for me to use because of the security feature. But when I successfully log in it is very easy and convenient. I pay my bills,transfer of funds, checking my balance all are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All you have to do is patient and effort. Account is safe because of this security details required. The Bank protect the client's account. 💋🦋
