Constant blocks. Constant resetting of passwords. text codes and email codes dont work, so you just jave to wait until business hours for a possible fix. Might as well just check the balance at the ATMs. At least they arent broken at this point. May update rating when they update app.
My fiance and I opened a joint checking account today. I downloaded the mobile app. It is not allowing me the option to set up a new user account. It is not allowing me to create a username and password. I am only given the option to login. I will edit my review once this issue is resolved. Thank you.
I can rarely get the mobile deposit to work, it just constantly says I have to endorse the check for mobile deposit only even though I already have. Only after having to retake the picture of the back of the check close to 30 times does it finally accept the deposit
every time i log in I have to put ID & password in even though I have clicked remember. not a good app.
Great app. I use it all the time to check my accounts and make extra payments on my loans
I love this app. Had it when i had my checking account before and now that i have it again the only thing i see are more features that make my life somewhat easier thank u ctcb!
Love being able to check my account anytime.. Only issue is having to call the bank everytime you get logged out
I'm very glad to have this app. It's much easier to look at my information quickly rather than going through the website.
Except for issues with online banking,the in person experience is always 5*.
Like the app has a few bugs but is better than it was about a year ago.

Downloaded, entered password, said user blocked. CTCB REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ONLINE SERVICES 😡ðŸ˜

The app worked fantastic but now that it's updated I can no longer sign in to my account
Every time I try to long in it says invalid password an I know it's the right password,it does this all time tired of calling the bank to reset it.. needs improvement very bad

Gonna have to give 1star .I've been a customer with Citizens Tri County for 15+ years now.Love them!!I was so happy when you guys finally got an app.I used it for a little while and then came a point where your password expires and you have to make new one..which is ridiculous..so I changed my password and now I can't log in at all!!Says incorrect password every single time I've tried. And I know for a FACT my password is correct. Anyway...if you could fix this issue I will change my rating back to 5+
Worked for 2 days then kept giving an error everytime I tried to login. It is working better now but still has a few glitches every now and then. Thanks!
It was working fine before I installed the update and now it keeps going back into the login screen. I cant log in. You guys really screwed up. If it works dont fix it.
