Definitely not feeling the new update. This app is for CTCLINK but you added all this other stuff to it. Now when I click on it I not only have to then click on ctclink then sign in after that. Also, no matter how many times I hit the X it just keeps popping up the sign-on screen and won't let me to you startup page without closing and opening again. I wish it would look like the temp thing we had until this update. Update: Thank you so much for that ❤ now I am happy. But can only give 2 stars

I'm employed through one of the colleges within the Snohomish County, so I'll make this quick. I love the idea where there is an app to log into and you can perform certain tasks. However, this app is tailored around students, in which I understand. But I'm wondering if this app can be tailored around students and staff alike? I will gladly change my rating if it can be tailored to both, or if it already is but I'm just not seeing it.

The development team needs to work a little harder and do more detailed quality control. The app in it current state is garbage. YES, it looks nice, however, If your app isn't easier to navigate or doesn't work as well as the web based brower then why have an app? Keep it simple, stupid.

used to work fine, but all of a sudden my password or username is "wrong" when they aren't. it's annoying and what was supposed to be 2 seconds of checking something turned into 10 minutes of rage and confusion. fix it. (and yes, my password and username are perfectly fine, I can log into the website just fine).

Doesn't function, just use a web browser instead. The web page isn't good but it does actually work sometimes. Overall I've never had a good experience with ctc link. It works like it was designed by the students that are supposedly using it.

This app is horrid. Between this app and the pandemic everything is behind. The buttons don't work properly. It doesn't log you in to the correct area. Too many steps. Hard to use. All around more complicated than the way things were done before

Since the update to the website in October, I haven't been able to login on the app. When I tap on login it has me choose my college (when though it's already chosen) and then goes back to the main page and doesn't bring up the login. I've tried repeatedly to choose the college and login, but it still takes me back to the same page.

The CTC link login has only ever worked maybe twice on this app. It will act like it is about to load and send me to a new screen, and then it will take me right back to the home screen. When it works it's a great app, but for right now it's just a waste of time.

This app makes me want to quit school. You're lucky if you can actually get to the home page without getting stuck in an endless login cycle. If you do, the primitive and unintuitive ux will suck the life out of you. When I tried to use the app to see my classes-- should be 5 min tops-- I am not exaggerating when I say I had force myself to put down my phone without throwing it, take a minute to do some deep breathing, and suppress the urge to scream in rage at the utter uselessness of this app.

I genuinely don't understand why I would use this over just logging into ctclink using my phone's internet browser. I assumed this would make navigating ctclink easier but it just pulls up the website with the same unresponsive interface you would get using Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

App worked really well for about 1 1/2 days and now the app won't even open. I get a pop-up saying "ctclink not responding". Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help at all.

This update doesn't work. The app won't even open to log in, just pops up a black screen for half a second then shuts off. Useless.

Always a redirect error message when trying to log in. Either that or the app won't take my username and password even though both are correct. Hope the bugs get fixed soon because this is very important concerning school info.

Doesn't even open. I have a Galaxy S21. Maybe my phone is just too new. This is still frustrating as I don't drive. I'm on transit and using mobile constantly to get stuff done during my travel time. This NEEDS to be fixed.

Whoever designed this app AND website was a high schooler that forgot to make their project, so quickly threw it together 5 minutes before class. Seriously, do they know anything about programming? It crashes every 2 seconds, I cannot get a single thing done before it crashes and logs me out. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Won't even open anymore. It used to just have trouble doing certain things, but no it has fully stopped working. Please fix.

It is extremely difficult and confusing to use and it hard to navigate and get everything set up in a way you would like. Not to mention logging in is a nightmare.

This is the most unituative piece of software that I have ever encountered in my life. There was no problem before this system came around. It wasn't broken they made it so. There is a monopoly on the state colleges because they are all required to use this. Get rid of these services immediately.

For a college student, there's already enough stress in our day to day lives. This adds to it. It works one minute, then shuts down or kicks you out every few minute. Yeah I'm not a fan.

Sometimes it works but most of the time I can't even get to the login screen. It just says that there were too many redirects and crashes.

Terrible app. Crashes or doesn't work. Lots of error codes Have to log in every time.

To many redirects. Is it really that hard to fix? Have some pride in your app. Especially when you have so many comments about the same issue, that is just sad, quit being lazy.

It's not working. This apps sucks. Shouldn't even get 1 star. Would give the app no stars. Doesn't work for an Android phone.

App does not work at all. I've seen iphone users with the same app and it works amazing. Get it together android 🤦‍♀️

Can't login? Y'all need to hire someone who can create a half decent app. This is used for colleges you'd expect some level of competency.

Because of this app I lost all my summer class and quit from college. I hate it.

Never loads properly. Keeps displaying an error message.
