Inefficient use of space on the new design. Over 1/3 of the app has only three large touch buttons for functionality that is barely even used. All other functions are relegated a single hamburger button in the top right and the other 1/2 of the screen on the bottom. To add insult to injury the wasted space using half of your screen real estate is not only on the homepage but also the messaging page. This makes you have to read your messages in a tiny little window as compared to prior versions

It had problems before the update, now I can't see messages, loads and other things that I was able to see before the update, and how an I supposed to send in my load documented? This app went from bad to worse. Please fix it. Oh wait, I figured it out, even though I logged in using the proper user id and password it logged me on as an SRT driver not a CTG driver and had to log in again. That's stupid.

Excessive reinstalls due to allowing access to my camera and pictures. If I don't allow access it works great. Half tempted to just start sending paperwork via an actual machine so I don't have to deal with the issue.

Too many minor changes such as the interface itself and the login. Mine says driver not found. I cant look at 34 reset, driver miles, team miles, payday, eto. It went from working on second to not working and not showing recent dialogue between myself and dispatch. Its annoying

Giving it one star because there is no option for 0 stars. This app gives you a different error message everytime you open it. It's riddled with bugs and won't let you access everything on its menu.

I like this app, but there are some features that don't work right, such as the PTA updates obviously doesn't work, while in home time I set my PTA but my foot managers tell me they aren't receiving my PTA updates. There are other issues as well, such as not getting message or trip notifications until hours or even one or more days later. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

Unable to send and receive any messages through the chat and also I'm not able to access some of the features of the app. Due to my phone last update, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, and now it's working properly.

Every few days I have to uninstall and reinstall this app. Its frustrating, as I need it for work. After I allow the app to take pics and access my saved docs, I am unable to access the chat function. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app.

For over a month now I've had to delete and reinstall app at least 3 to 4 times a day cause it will not let me send messages and asks me to log back in but doesn't give me the option to log in. It's beginning to be very annoying and inconvenient.

I was giving it 5 stars. I even bragged about it to other companies. Since this so called upgrade, I would give it a 0 if I could. Just horrible. I have to uninstall and reinstall between uses. Always an "error" 😡. Cant wait til tech support fix this

App partially works with the new Android Pie. Can't send or receive messages Update: uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the problem

In the last week, every time I've received a new load, my login information fails, and I have to reinstall the app. It asks me to register my information again, but does not accept it

Having to keep reinstalling after scanning load... App still malfunctions after scanning trip...please fix. It worked fine till last updated.

It worked very well until the update. Now about 98% of the time I have some kind of issue. Can't see load information, can't see hos info etc.

After a phone reboot it won't let you login. Gotta delete the app and sign in again. Wow is all I can say without further explanation.

This app is straight trash after the update on it. Dosent even work anymore. Cant recieve loads or messages with it so its useless.

Have had to reinstall it at least once a day. My registration information disappears and can't be fixed any other way. Still not working correctly.

The app will not work I have uninstalled it and then restart it and it still does not work and now I can't even put it on my phone because of uses too many MBs so I will not have this on my phone now

Have to keep restarting it it keeps freezing every other day and when it do working I can't schedule home time or know how many days I've been on the road for hometown.

Still has a few bugs but it helps A LOT especially when our QC goes down....which is about once a day. >J<

Total junk every other time you use it the app doesn't work have to Uninstall than reinstall gets frustrating

Easy app to use and you have everything right here in one app as you need it... like weigh my truck scan documents and more!

App froze on me. Then wanted me to sign back in but won't let me. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still froze on sign in screen

ERROR...Keep receiving internal error message when app opens, then I am unable to do anything on the app.

Keeps crashing have to reinstall everyday to use. Using with fully updated Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 10 + 5G. 12/18

Needs allot of improvement things like seeing your payroll talking with your dispatcher all the lil basic things this app is supposed to-do haven't worked since I had this app ni done deleted n downloaded again n again please update

I just downloaded the update and cannot find the driver scorecard....where is it supposed to be (android device)....ok I found it but it is just blank screen
