People who mostly use this app are foreigners. Most of the functionality is limited because it's for residents only. Garbage app just like their garbage customer service.

Cannot work properly on my mobile!
1. Switch to Trad. Chinese but never success. 2. Can't check my usage no matter in 3G/WIFI. 3. Activated the app after 2 trials. No error message prompted at the initial time (after I key in the code). Please spend more resources on QA testing for each release. Reputation needs to be paid.
This crap software showed me i still have my data usage till 4th of september but i got shocking bill which shows my usage was over by 46 mb by 1st of september. Is this software a tool to cheat people? How come it didnt update until 4-5 days? It only encourages people to overuse the data and get shocking bill. Holy crap.

Can't even download it. Tried several times and it freezes at 75% of download. Very interesting.
