the product team have no idea the definition of "subscription". They really think they can charge you a year of services and upon cancellation means u lose everything. Good luck to your scam business. For others, just raise an email to bnm and they will help you restore your account

This apps are not up to date. Now 2022, but payment last update at this apps at September 2021. It's really useless and not function application at all ..

Data updated very slow. I try buy 2 months consecutively and the report still showing the old data. It's best to buy report every 4 months and spent only 26.50x3 per year. As a service provider if your data is the same for 2-3 months no point charging your customer and you can do subscription plan instead. Don't bother for free report as they really useless.

No OTP send to my number. Website page also show invalid phone number.

Attempted to sign up twice but failed at the IC uploading part. Followed exact instruction and took picture of my IC, front and back, the app processed for a long time and then just pop an error message asking me to kill the app and restart the process again, which doesnt help at all.

I registered since last year. Lasy year i am able to buy my ctos report, but this time.. i tried since January this year but keep on fail. Really frustated. Both payment option unable to get thru. Doesnt say why but when i clicked next after keyin my card num nothing came out. Not directing me to a new page. I want to know my ctos and this apps is not helpful now

Need up to date updates, I was buy the latest report, but still appear previous reports and status. so, it's was waste to buy it. per annual purchase for 4 report it's so expensive rate. why can't purchase one time only when signups? atlest, can view the status by own in apps and also reports will get it up to date. wrong method it is, money wasted for purchase for everytime.. please do some implementation, tq

I cant really check my own score without paying anything, its a plus having to see my own scoring to be aware of identity theft, but the price is a bit too much. Would be thankful if I can get cheaper subscription price.

Note to those intending to subscribe to paid services, the monthly RM8.60 plan doesn't give you a full Credit Score Report. You'd still buy the report separately. To the developers, the advertisement is unclear/ misleading and could be misinterpreted easily.

i paid for the yearly plan services, can't be used, app keeps asking to update but there's nothing to update, my score and bank payment history also no update, i payment to my car loan until 28 october 2021 but ctos app still got notification missed payment.

App problem when to take picture of the back IC...it's said processing while i wait a long long time but seems nothing happen after that...stuck / bug please fix it asap...tq

Paid for the service. Can't be used. App keeps asking to update but there's nothing to update. Until the developer fixes the issue I would recommend users not to use the service.

First time trying the app on the phone. Seems promising so far. Subscribed so that I can view my CTOS report. Glad that there's no bug.

Whats up with want to take photo, record video and audio also want to access to file... im sure ctos doesnt need this features to let people use this app...

Don't ever subscribe to this apps, once you subscribe it will lock you for 3 month. This apps getting many trouble and keep ask for update even I already updated it.

Should announce to customer any solution whether there are extensions prior to reactivated. especially for yearly subscription. As we know that BNM has suspended the sharing of information with CTOS. But what happened to us who had paid for the yearly report but in fact didn't get the full report service. Any action takes or just quiet ?

Registration done, log in done but what a nonsense i cant click on the rest of the things after log in at the first place. fix this issue.

ctos team please help, how do i change my phone number, cause the verification tac is sent to my old number that i dont use anymore.. is there no option to correct phone number? Thanks.

Open the app then ask user to update. Once update, open the app again still ask user to update. What the hell? How many times to update. Install and uninstall. Expensive rate to purchase the report along with useless app. 😠😡
