Slow and laggy. These are 2 of the app's flaws. I have 1 question: why do you need so many informations about the user like name, gender, age and occupation? The app follows the original timetable of the buses and the arrival times are extremely inaccurate because of this (mainly this is the drivers' fault, but we aren't talking about CTP's drivers right now). Usually the buses come like 5 minutes later than the app says. Third-party apps are better than this. Disappointed.
Can't even use the app, nevermind the other issues described in the review. It asks for an account, needs too much information. Also it does not detail what they will do with the data, nor are they asking for consent (something something new eu laws). For me it crashes after login, it can't use the gps for sone resson. Overall a sad attempt for an app.
Way too much user information is required for registration. What if a tourist comes and they have to enter their occupation and age? What is it even good for to know such information in a bus schedule app? Furthermore, why do we even have to register to see a bus' schedule? Cluj Bus and Cluj Napoca Transport did a way better job, not needing registration, and they were also accurate. Obviously, with the release of this information-hungry app, the above mentioned are gone.< (use google maps) >
App worked first time, then just hangs on launch animation. Bus station estimates don't work either. Bus nr. 44 showed up 3 times with 5 mins eatimations and then disappeared. Real wait time was 30 mins. This company still needs a lot of work if it's going to call itself a "smart" transportation company. :( Merry Christmas...
Good idea, but unfortunately useless. I couldn't even start it because it just keeps loading but never actually opens the app. It'd be great if the developers could fix it, but until then, lowest rating.
Why would you need to create an account and give all your personal details just to be told when the bus arrives? Bad app that doesn't care about helping people, focused on gathering personal data. Uninstalled it.
Very useless interface, you can't scroll, the timetable doesn't load, it doesn't say how much you should wait... it's like stupid high-school students wrote the app with nobody actually testing it before a release
Bad performance for a transit app and I'm not running it on a potato. Instead of updating their information on google maps the public transit company decided to waste some money on a subpar app.
Facebook Login doesn't work. I was going to use this app through my FB account as per I do not have any relevant information there. I won't be giving you these information, its not relevant at all. If you do wish people to use your app, make it worth while and if you want to gather data, create a survey...
The main functionality of this app is not working properly. I am talking about the time aproximations.. Today it said 1 min and the bus came in 20...that's rly annoying.
Since the Facebook login is not authorised (does not work) and the create user does not see mobile internet as internet (could be the app that does not see it) it's beyond useless
Time tables are incorrect. Weekend schedule is inaccurate. It may work, but it's not reliable. Made me waste time and money when time nor money was something I could not spare.
Awful experience - might as well just update your data on Google Maps, because it provides a superior user experience.
The experience stopped where they oblige the user to register only to check the timetable of the buses. How is this user and turist friendly?

Why do you need an account? Or why do you need so much personal info? Login with Facebook failed... Next step is to uninstall the app
Simply put, it's unusable even if you have technical knowledge.
In weekends take care of buses that are off and the aplication shows as in traffic.

The most unstable app I ever used.
The app works fine for the most part but like other reviewers mentioned it asks for way too much personal data than necessary. Another issue I found was that the bus arrival times are so unreliable you might as well not use the app at all. For example the app told me there was an incoming 30 bus in 1 min (sure enough it arrived 30 seconds later), a CORA bus in 2 (in the 10 minutes that I waited it did not come) and a 26 bus in 3 min (like the CORA it didn't show up). Quite useless.
