Quite good, but 3 things damage quality; it cant be closed; when we close an app we want it closed unless otherwise set. Also, it should auto-connect, user should not have to click [CONNECT] each time, once an Itag is found and connected, it should auto connect IMHO. The camera should have option to be movie or still photos, this and other similar apps all see to have remote camera, not remote both camera and movie.

I understand it is a bluetooth device. It has a range of 15 feet before you loose signal. Then you have to use google maps to find the general area of the transmitter. Its ok but no where near accurate, so it doesnt work for pets. It showed that my cat was on the porch, open the door, not there so i go looking and find him about 200 feet away. Its junk looking for a better app.

It doesn't connect, just beebs. I do not recommend buying this item. But I'm guessing you won't see this app until its too late and you can't connect either. Sorry bud but you just got ripped off. I submitted a return request on tophatter and they issued a refund immediately, like automated! 🤨 Guess they were just capitalising on the interest of my £4.50 loan.

Good app, but isn't straightforward to get a tracker added. And when it goes off, taking the "cTracking is running" from the info bar opens so details instead of the app. This means you have to find the app's icon and turn it off that way. Annoying, but the app otherwise works well.

With so many negative reviews posted about this apps and device, it's quite disheartening, really. Chinese made devices/items are mostly either ineffective and/or of poor quality and have do generally short lifespan. BUT strangely, this iTag device and CTracing apps seem to buck the poor reviews. Both device and apps work well for me, and so far (I mean so far), I face NO problems with either. I cannot say about the lifespan of the device as I have it for about 2 weeks.

Had to remove as it triggers alarm on devices and phone every time you turn bluetooth on/off. Nowhere to disable. Pain. Other than that, worked well

It requests permissions the app certainly does not need to function. Error message shown in Chinese language when denying permission. App did not load properly without all requested permissions. Furthermore, it did not connect to the Bluetooth iTag. That maybe an issue of the iTag.

buggy and unreliable. doesn't connect to the device with a fresh battery when it is right next to it. Won't let phone screen turn off when running. samsung A9 device. would rate lower if i could.

For some reason this app was causing my phone's speaker to make random fast beeping noises even with it closed. No notifications, just random beeps at no specific sequence. Uninstalled and returning trackers - I do not trust this.

I only gave it 1 star because that was the only way it would allow me to tell you about the application " DONT WAST YOUR TIME " I HAVE SPENT THE BETTER PATT OF 2 HOURS GETTING IT TO WORK. IT IS ERRATIC. EVEN WHEN IT ACTUALLY DOES WORK, IT IS UNRELIABLE. WHICH IS A SHAME BECAUSE WHOMEVER CREATED THE APP WENT TO A LOT OF TROUBLE AND IF THEY EVER GOIT THE BUGS OUT IF IT, IF MIGHT BE A GOOD APP. SORRY MR. DEVELOPER JUST CALLING IT LIKE I SEE IT.

All day we have to check it for.. whether its connected or not!? Sometimes its disconnects automatically and the phone battery will drain fast. Plz hope you upgrade the better one which is supports to always connectivity with low power mode.

Can't connect to the app. What a waste of money and time. The shutter doesn't work either and the camera makes everything narrower/slimmer than it is.

The ITAG isn't what it's supposed to be. Inconsistent, doesn't work, and a lot of false alarms. A lot of permissions that make me suspicious of the purpose of the app. Overall - don't waste your time or effort!

The app is ok. The device is my problem. line of sight signal. If any obstruction or distance over approx. 50 feet it's useless. Your lawn mower is history.

Switch alarm button is not working. Hard to connect and disconnect the device. If I close the app before disconnecting the device, the phone beeps forever.

I have an intranav device, but the app wouldn't even acknowledge its existence, despite bluetooth being on, and despite the device being less than half a meter away. What a con.

The agreement with all the heavy broken language is too difficult and severe to take a chance. I'm going to recycle my tags.

Only works (sometimes) if you have activated the tracker and connected to the phone before hand. What's the point in that? You cand find your keys with this gadget. Its useless.

One of the worst user experiences I've ever had with an app or product. If you bought the tracker product that pairs with this, return it immediately. Absolutely garbage

This app only crashes. So you might see the iTag connect possibly. But then just says disconnected. App crashes frequently. Why does it need phone call privileges?

Super disapointed I can only use the Tenikle shutter with this apps camera and not the one actual one on my phone. It's incredibly limited vs what the normal phone camera can do.

Please add a way to turn off the connectivity alarm. I don't need to know Everytime the signal drops for a second.

Does not work. The app can detect the iTag device but cannot direct you towards it. Requires BLE on phone (which my phone has) - can see iTag device using other BLE app.

1 star is at least one too many. A complete piece of garbage. Was never able to get it to actually connect to my phone. It is the most completely worthless app and device I've ever owned.
