Using a mavic Pro 2 with a Samsung s22 ultra and cannot get the drone to connect. I have tried all trouble shooting, force stopped the app, uninstall, reinstalled and nothing. Used to work with my s10 and my work phone a21 but even that phone doesn't connect. Tad disappointed.
Using a Phantom 4 Pro v2.0 and it keeps saying it needs permissions, even though I've granted them all. Then it won't let me log in and it crashes. No idea what's going on, but I certainly won't be using Pix4D products any time soon if it's not fixed. Seems like others are having similar problems. I'm on Android 12 with a pixel 5a.
This app repeatedly pops up a message about needed permissions - despite them being set correctly. Otherwise, it seems to work correctly (notwithstanding that message).
Will not connect to Android 10. I just installed the latest version of ctrl+dji as well as pix4dcapture, Additionally, I have the latest firmware for my drone. However, I repeatedly get the message from ctrl+dji that the app 'keeps stopping' when trying to connect to my phantom 3 standard. Phantom 3 Standard specs: Firmware: 1.9.20 Ctrl+DJI specs: v 1.9.8 This makes me think that phantom 3 standard is not supported by your app. Maybe a newer drone might connect.
It does work but it's infuriating to use along side multiple mission apps, it continuously tries to be the default app that loads when you plug into the controller, I say no it asks again every 2s until I tap yes (I don't want yes because it will automatically start on connect) DJI Go app asks aswell but it will respect when J tell it to bugger off as I launch an app and usually two just once instead of make one default.
Very good. All you got to do is be sure that you have the pix4d capture app up to date, then just connect your controller (just once option, not set as default) then use it to bridge between DJI and Pix4d. Cheers
Finally it works. However due to the fact that Pix4d didn't want to admit the app has issues on Android 10 and was very slow to update to rectify the problem, I'll still maintain the one star.
App does not function on my Samsung S9. After reinstalling multiple times, I have to call it a day. The App opens but does not connect to my Mavic Pro. And why does the app need permission to make phone calls? In the end we used an ipad mini that does not require this App. Sorry that a rating of (1) is the lowest rating I could give the app. (0) would have been my preference...
Can you please spend 10 seconds fixing the annoying notifications that pop on top of everything(even when disabled in settings) on note 10 plus, because it makes the device completely unusable and forces me to uninstall the app every time Im not using it ...
Crashes immediately, Android 12 Nokia x20. apparently android 12 is the culprit, everyone is having problems with all apps on Android 12, Google software engineers won't give it up.
On my phantom3 standard, I get an error that says "need to install database for SDK, will take some time", and then the app will never connect to the drone, despite the drone being functional in DJI Go. The DJI Go app is force quit, and the drone is connected to the phone via wifi, but it only ever says "disconnected"
very easy to use.. but when using with android, it tend to hung up after a few lines in mission.. it still takes a picture, but the app freezed, im using samsung galaxy tab A 10.1 2016
Doesn't work at all with android 12. Been waiting for almost 2 months now for it to get an update. Will change rating when it actually works.
Awful. Forces open pix4d even though the drone needs to be calibrated. This insufferable application subverts every attempt at using DJI go while installed on a device.
Crashes on Android 10. Thought pix4D team is faster in updating things. Lost hopes. But still believe pix4d can come up with update soon.
Does not connect to Mavic Pro. I get "DJI SDK error: the server may be busy or is not reachable" error when trying to conect to Mavic Pro. Android 8, latest Mavic firmware. Tried reinstalling, checked permissions. Would not help.
it works good for phantom 4. they dont have anything for the phantom advanced. the pro worked poorly with our phantom pro. it's great when I use it with standard, but i have to use other companies for my other drones
It's crashing with Android 10 since this one was released. No way to consider buying desktop software though.
I have trowble, there is notification " update database dji sdk". How i can fix this? A few week ago, its still normal. Thaks for your help
On a P4P V2 with Galaxy A7, android 11. Same as other reviews, asks for permissions it already has and wont connect.

Doesn't Work, won't load always crashes.
I can't start my work right away because it keeps on crashing. Edit: I'm operating a DJI P4 Pro drone, and my phone is Samsung A7 2017 running Android 8.0. This should not be an issue for me. Anyway, I just figured the app keeps on crashing if I try to run it while the DJI Go 4 app is still the default app whenever the RC is connected. In the previous versions of this app, I can somehow change the default app by first closing both apps, opening the app I want to be the default one, and then reconnecting the RC. However, for the current version, it became fairly more difficult to do so, i.e. this app simply crashes almost all the time. So, to avoid this issue, I reinstalled the app, and avoided choosing a default app that will run once the RC is connected. This way I was somehow able to switch between apps without any issues. Right now, I notice the app (in its current or previous versions) sometimes cannot connect to the drone right away that I sometimes need to restart it before it finally works. Quite a hassle when you're in a hurry.
