My wife & I have Samsung A71 cell phones that came with Android ver. 10. The thermostat app worked at first. I upgraded to the Bluetooth to be able to have more flexibility for me and but the app was a Visibility improvement for my wife. We accepted the phone update that changed the Phone operating system to Android ver. 11. Now our phones don't work with your app & Dometic hasn't upgraded the app to work with Ver.11 phones. Now I ask myself why I bought your product when you don't seem to
at first it was a pain, then I YouTubed it. saw what I was doing wrong. but it helps if I read the instructions completely... haha. the 2 dig twice, missed the twice part. what I would like to see is a programmable setup. I live in my rv year round. I wake up 4am and would like the heat too kick on a few before I wake up.
Not Usefull. It will not display the current temperature and does not have any programmable features. Just replicates the actual thermostat. However, it does solve the problem with the way too sensitive capacitance touch panels.
I bought the bluetooth version of this to replace my non bluetooth Dometic thermostat because I wanted just one feature- the ability to tell the current temperature without turning off the thermostat. The app doesn't show current temperature AT ALL. Fix this and I'll change my review.
This app is designed for older versions of Android, I have a 10 Note which is not that new. Could you please update your app as there are no Dometic apps that work with my phone ?? I dont see the point of this function if not continuously updated.
I was never able to get this app to work with my Samsung S9. I now have a Samsung S10 and the app is telling me it won't work with the newer version of Bluetooth on my phone. What will it take to get this thermostat to work properly?!
This app worked very nicely before I upgraded my phone, now it will not connect. I've emailed app developer with request for upgrade on their app. Update 12/17/20. Don't know if the app was updated or whatever, repaired with thermostat and works fine. Happy again...
Connects to one only. When trying to connect the second one, thermostat gives me the code but app unable to connect. I tried both separately and both thermostat connect, so the issue is the app
Basic and Works, instead of "wearing" out the sensitve buttons on the panel, we use the app, its easier anyhow when you're in bed or the dog is laying comfy at your feet.
This app struggled to connect originally. It hasn't connected again in about 2 weeks. Can't even find it to re install once app opened.
Looks like the app does not work with newer phones. LG V60 does not work. Reviews say Samsung S9 and S10 do t work. My LG V30 and Samsung S6 work fine. App needs an update!
The app is VERY outdated and refuses to connect to the AC. Just use the buttons on the AC instead.
This thermostat is in a brand new 2021 model RV. App doesn't work at all. Terrible product, would not recommend!
Dometic needs to update this app will not work will Galaxy s10 plus. As never been updated sense release in 2017
Works with my LG v20 running Android 8, but will not pair on my LG G8 on Android 10. BTW, don't forget to enter the code twice!

I just installed it and I already love it! It's a big improvement over the non Bluetooth model. whatever I can do to avoid touching those super sensitive buttons! I know the new one has those too but now I have the option to avoid them. The app works great for me. Once I got connected that is. The instructions are lacking a step where you press a button on the TStat to reveal the 2 digit number that you input twice in your phone. Once I got that figured out it hooked right up and worked great!
