It has worked well. I have been able to attend school using just the app. I use the computer app too. Its just that this mobile app has worked well thus far. Except for when I first did the video conferencing, but after a few times it started working well, too. The student success coaches helped me quite a bit, then, I was ableto start using it on my own on a regular basis.
This online college is great, start back to school was the best decision I've made for myself in a very long time. They are just like family and are si helpful in all aspects of learning!
I found CTU to be an Incredible place to attend school. They are very supportive of you on your educational journey. They have a phenomenal online experience with this mobile app, you could get a degree by using only a smart phone and a lot of dedication and determination to reach your goals. Big Applause to the creators of this App and a Big Applause for the staff, instructors, advisors...at CTU. Thank You to you All.
There's something wrong with this app because every time I try to back out of different parts of the programs, tests it kicks me all the way back to login, and I have to start all over again. On the mobile app on my phone.
The discussion board do not work properly. As I type, it keeps increasing the space between paragraphs on its own until there is a huge gap. I have stopped attempting to complete discussion boards on the mobile app.
I enrolled last year and I really didn't expect this but a rep from CTU guided me right on through all of the steps and criteria for downloading and then accessing the mobile app successfully. It's been 1 of the best decisions I could've ever made for my future. If anyone out there is fumbling with getting that education you've always wanted please call an admissions clerk and make that decision to join the big team here at CTU. I give you my word it will be the best decision you have ever made.
Since they redesigned the app Ive had nothing but problems with it. i changed my password and it still doesn't let me in. I've been locked out several times. I also don't like the new layout. The old app was great and so much easier. I uninstalled and will reinstall to see if that helps. I have bad signal where I am and getting on the app helps me be able to do my work. Like the elders you to say if it ain't broke don't fix it. The old one wasn't broke but this new one is.
I can not rate a new app that I have not used. With this being said, the old app is great. I always found it easy to navigate. I would like to add the instructors, professors and educators are just a click away. They are amazing! Update, I updated and turned the phone off and on. The app continues to tell me to upgrade even with a review. I can not get into my classes.
I installed this app last year it worked great, for the past few months the reminders were late. As of last week I was unable to access the app I kept getting a "no internet connection" error message. I uninstalled and downloaded the app twice, this time I keept getting a different error message "CTU app has stopped responding" I will Change my rating when the bugs are fixed! I hope it will be very soon this app was very convenient and useful.
I admit I was in the student portal and the student mobile app and could not get through to either one it was confusing. I dropped out of school cuz I had a headache and my head was hurting and I couldn't fix on the school. All thanks to this matter will be appreciated thank you again for listening.
This school as well as the app are wonderful. The app is very well laid out and very user friendly. Also no ads which is always a plus.
Prior to the update the app was very useful and easy to navigate. Now it keeps telling me I need to update e en though I already downloaded the update. So I can't even use it now. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice and restarted phone. Also, if messaging and announcements are missing then that is a bummer...I liked the apps ease of use for this.
Doesn't include class materials or school notifications. Please make sure that this is added within the near future. Also, it seems like every other time I use the app it freezes on me and I have to force stop it through my settings. I need these things fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise, the app is very useful and helps me get my schoolwork done.
This is a wonderful, easy to navigate and is helping me to earn my degree even though I am at the latter part of middle aged. It is easy to learn and the instructors are teaching use how to take advantage of the many facets of the app. The CTU Student Mobil app has been making it very interesting and fun. I am looking forward to seeing how much more that I can learn.
I love the CTU mobile app it's good to have and it has a lot of resources and templates on it! I also like the office 356
This app is great no problems for me and I'm always able to do my homework and the app is very accessible and easy and fast.
This app has made it so much faster and easier for me to complete my assignments and keep in contact with my instructors.
I love that it makes going to school mobile and convenient, but when i swipe my assignment's to the left to place in my calender and i got into the app and save the assignment, i try to go back to CTU APP and it closes out. i was excited to find i could swipe instead of going into calender and writing it in myself, but the app closing everytime takes up time and is an inconvenience. Could you please fix this issue?
The app works well but I find it ridiculous that intellipath does not work within the app. It also says it's not optimized for tablets. How are people suppose to get work done on the go if the app does not work well across several platforms? The app is supposed to make the work accessible outside of a computer and it does not.
unable to use app completely now, only to get a "we are having technical difficulties." I have reached out to tech support and even uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. It's a great feeling to be late on homework while traveling for work!
My experience with the CTU mobile app has been magnificent. Without it I would have not been able to make it this far.
Low storage, and perfect for doing classwork on-the-go! Argueably easier to use than on PC, makes things so much easier to meet deadlines and contact teachers! And, best of all, not a single ad as far as the eye can see, at least not that my eyes have seen.
If i could give it a zero, I would. All I get is a white screen. It has been months now that I haven't been able to use the application and at the same time they have almost doubled the technology fee to pay for things like this. A few months ago it took 4 hours to download and had the same white screen with no functionality and tech assistance said it was my phone....not true. Today, I downloaded it....same nonfunctioning white screen but, it only took about 4 minutes to download.
Very convenient easy way for you to be able to get your assignments done on the go. I highly recommend downloading the mobile app especially convenient if you're taking the online courses amazing I highly recommend for anyone and everyone attending ctu to download and use, I love them and send you notifications and when assignment due, also notified you whenever grades are posted.
The app is great, has all the capabilities of the website. I prefer to do it from a desktop only because it's on a bigger screen and I prefer the desktop layout to the mobile. Love it though if I am ever on the go and NEED to do class work on the app.
Good app, better than going online. Yet they need to improve on students being able to stay connected. I get thrown off in the middle of a zoom and during testing enough to effect my work and study time.
I miss the CTU dashboard for phones. Things seem like they were easier to find. I also noticed that a lot of the instructors are having trouble with using the zoom. Plus, Zoom actually clicked me out during some of my chats over the last few months and I would have to reload Zoom. Other than these issues, it works just fine.
