Ctuit Schedules is a convenient, easy to use app that allows you to keep up with your busy restaurant work schedule. You can request time off, offer shifts to coworkers, pick up shifts from coworkers, and send messages to coworkers directly from your mobile device. Ctuit Schedules also takes advantage of your device’s push notifications so that you are instantly notified of shift availability, approved shift changes, and schedule updates.

Constantly says "No Connection" when you start the app, requiring a restart. Limited functionality compared to other scheduling apps. Dated UI with clunky operations. Calendar link to Google cal constantly has to be resynced/reset. Availability requests can't be made for span of time but have to be individually put in for each day. Does not offer a way to see a summary of your hours for a week. I wish my work didn't use this app.
My app consistently has trouble loading. I can have 5G connection and it won't load, won't even load enough to tell me that there's an error. Also if I'm on my stores Wi-Fi network it will have the same problems as if I'm not connected to Wi-Fi at all. I don't have internet at my apartment, I depend on my phone's data and now I don't have access to my schedule or any shift changing.
I have had the mispleasure of trying to make this app function for work but I have come to the conclusion the app was never intended to function properly. I sign in with the code and it just loops me continuously to the sign in screen. Tested on multiple Android devices and it does the same thing. Very disappointing...
it's a scheduling app. it works to an extent and I always eventually can find my schedule. it keeps popping up a "no wifi" symbol but literally only when I actually do have wifi, wont let me access anything until I turn my wifi off, and sometimes that takes 2 or 3 times.
Horrible interface.. it never loads first try... sometimes wont communicate with the server for hours... for an app that tells me when I work and messages from co workers its upsetting to see such a bad design... if I had a choice I'd use any other app but I dont so constant reloads and error messages for this guy
My biggest issue since the update is that I have no control over canceling repeating availability requests anymore. They show as pending or approved but not for edit or deleting. When I pick the day I have a repeating availability on, it does not show up.
Hate the app. My work switched from hotschedules. I rarely leave feedback but this app is not user friendly and limited interface. If I could leave a negative review I would. It seems work switched apps due to cost savings.
Would rate 0 stars if I could. App constantly loses connection, interface is designed poorly, and when your shifts change the app doesn't say specific dates. If I didn't have to for work, I would never use this app.
This is an app that feels like the developers forgot it still exists. To login you need a specific store code that no new employee or current should have to keep in their head, especially when all you're trying to do is get to work on time. Also the app will log you out without warning. They show you your next shift when you open the app, but this is often wrong. You have to remember your shifts and not depend on this app. I hate this app
I can't even login on my phone, trying to create an account through an invite failed then trying to login to an existing account after I signed up on desktop fails also. Desktop UI is just upscaled mobile UI, not really intuitive
This app is really good, for when I worked at Black Bear Diner. I checked it every day before I went to work, to know what time I needed to get up, depending on my shift changes! Able to be in touch with my Team-mates!!! Great app!!! I hope future employers use it, especially for "whenever shift workers!!!"
It's very convenient and it lets you see what shifts are available and change shifts swap shifts it's the best ever
It's good but definitely needs a little tweaking on graphics and it's hard to figure out out first but I'd definitely prefer Hotschedules. Sorry!
The app doesnt logon unless you're on wifi and then doesnt recognize that you're on wifi so pretty much doesnt work MOST of the timw on andriod. Definitely more an apple friendly app.
Crashed and I cannot retrieve my schedule. Was working fine for years. Not sure what's going on but please fix. Thank you
Does what it needs to do well. just not super polished and if you have a shift later that same day it wont show it in the next shift section, it will show the next shift after that.
Everytime I open this app to do something it tells me no connection. Nothing loads and I have to force close the app and reopen it to do ANYTHING. It's literally EVERYTIME I open the app.
It has the tendency to log me out and when i ask for a "reset password" i get absolutely nothing. No email, no text, nothing. First time it happened, i had to get a WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT which is the current one im locked out of.
awful update! it now looks like a plain web browser page. when I got a notification it does not show me what it is. if I work today it doesn't show up.. it says "your next shift starts.." showing the next shift that could be tomorrow or within 3 days.
It works fine, my only major problem is on the opening page where it shows the next shift, it shows me the wrong one usually saying I don't start my next shift for another few days. Which when I check my schedule it shows me I'm working today.
Usually I have problems starting the app due to commutation problems is what it says. So I haven't been able to use it in multiple days.
The app works well for me. My only complaint is that the app doesn't show when your shift ends. The app clearly knows when my shift ends, as it usually changes from saying "your shift has started" to "your shift starts ___________" whenever my shift ends.
Great app, main page should have more options,so you can see everything on the opening home page, not just jump to next scheduled day.
When asked for your user name your app turned my email into my user name which I never did. So I was using an actual user name and not my email. You should clarify and state user name and or email. It took lots of frustrating time to figure this out.
I love the Radat Schedules app. Its way better than Hot Schedules. It's super easy to use and the layout is cool.
nice communication features, though i found a bug as my co worker can message managers and when i go to message them they arent on my contacts list and when i tap manager icon its goes to a blank screen
This app has consistent issues for me. Sometimes the schedule won't load, sometimes I'll have 4g and it'll say "no connection," and most recently it started saying that I have no upcoming shifts, but if I check the roster feature my shifts are on there. When it works it's a decent scheduling app. Not the best, but decent. When it doesn't work it's frustrating at best, and often forces me to text coworkers to ask when I'm scheduled. It definitely needs work.
