Was working good. Now it won't let me in my account, because I need a update version
complains about not having an internet connection, no matter if or how you are connected
The app works well. Not sure why some people are having trouble with mobile deposit, I've used it on two different phones and it works. My only complaint is that it requires you to enter a random word, just like on the white and it doesn't have proper 2fa.
The app would be great, but the mobile deposit system doesn't work. What is the point of having it if the app never accepts the checks you try to deposit?
Transferring funds doesn't always work have to keep hitting it until it works

This is the worst online banking app and Credit Union of Ohio needs to revamp this thing asap.
It used to work fine. Now it constantly fails will not open. Always says needs Internet connection and my phone has Internet connection. This is the absolute worst banking app I have ever used.
Also needs support for Android pay

You must register that function first, then include specific endorsement language that no other banking app requires.

I updated the app, but it jus sits on the first screen. It's not taking me to the login screen. I've tried restarting my phone and still nothing.
I've had nothing but issues with this app every time I've tried to use it. I was hoping the latest update would fix the issues (reviewing on 2016-01-27) but it continues to generally be a trainwreck. I was excited at the prospect of doing mobile payments by taking pictures of checks, but this added feature broke my phones ability to access the camera at all. Stick the to the mobile site if you are trying to access account info on the go.
I had to restart the app all the time and when I'd want to go back instead of taking me to the previous page it would take me back to the login. You would think that as it came out this late they would have taken enough time to build it...
I have used the mobile web page for a long time. The new app is clear clean and easy to use. Yet another fine reason to be a cuofohio member.
