I absolutely love the SFCU app. I took one star away because they to the pin login option away. The case on my phone doesn't allow me to use my fingerprint scanner. So it stinks I have to login in every single time. Recently it has asked me to verify the same phone multiple times. Other then the pin being taken away and a glitch here and there it's a great app.
Easy to use, and they seem to be improving/updating the app quite often.
Nothing but hassle to get on the go away from home when needed with the stupid authentication option doesnt give you the option anymore to enter your pin or whatever you select im irate about this not a happy camper. And it gives you the same run around going through on regular computer at home as well!!!!
Super easy to use! Compatibility with finger print recognition makes securely managing my accounts quick and easy. Not to mention I love the ease of transferring funds to another account or making an extra loan payment in seconds!
It was working great until this morning... now I can't even log in. I keep getting error codes even after I uninstalled and reinstalled. It's a shame that I cannot check my account info anymore and I hope they can fix this issue in a quick manner.
It does not work on older phones. It used to work but stopped working November 2020. It is impossible to deposit checks now. I contacted the developers who beat around the bush for 2 weeks and could not fix the problem.
streamlined and functional. relatively easy to use and navigate. real time transaction updates. quite accurate and smooth operating. the app rarely crashes. I use this app numerous times every day
Great app, I'm unable to find the mobile deposit option now, I really liked that.
Awesome bank! only thing I would change is how money is transferred to one account to another.
I do most of my banking on line bc the closest SFCU is about 45 min.away and I prefer a credit union to do my banking @. I like the easiest way to pay bills on bill pay and remote deposit of checks. I even get messages or ask questions online.I always get answers in a day. It's my favorite app!.
Wrote a review a while back about this app not working correctly. The only feature working for me at this time is viewing my balance. No other feature included in the app work. None. Oh and its been like this for over a year as of this month I wrote my original review LAST SEPTEMBER! Wow! Disappointed. SFCU needs to hire a new app dev.
App works well and does what I need. but not happy with fingerprint identifiers. it takes multiple tries. On Visions app it works the 1st time every time.
*finally fixed 2 months later* Nothing but a white screen. I even called and I was told it's my phone but this is the second phone it's not working on in 2 weeks. Both the website and app are both broken on my phones and there's nothing I can do.
Will not work on my 3 year old phone what is the problem it worked before your update in December. I can't be the only person with an older (ha-ha) phone. Are you even trying to fix or do I need to move my business somewhere else? Maybe your developer needs to talk to Navy Federal they fixed the problem.
Sidney Credit Union makes it simple. I have a vehicle loan with them, I simply transfer funds into my Sindney savings and when my payment is due I pay right out of savings account. Their app. on my phone is handy for a quick check of funds and due date.
SFCU has a great App and so easy to navigate and obtain info I am looking for immediately..Been with SFCU a long time and they are always on the cutting edge of technology..thank you for the ability to do my banking from my finger tips..
Love the app, very user friendly. A quick way to check balances, review transactions, and make transfers.
Love this app! Makes my life ever so much easier. Really love that I can remotely deposit checks!! No more having checks sit around the house until I am able to run to the bank. Truly convenient.
App doesn't work on my Samsung phone, it just says, "unfortunately the app has stopped." It used to work fine. Tried uni stalling and re downloading to no avail.
It use to be really awsome but the last three days I've tried to use it , it just keeps saying Unfortunately CU-online has stopped working and closing it out on me and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and still won't work for me
It gives me easy quick access to my bank account and it's secure is it quite well one mishap with the ID and it will send you to secure questions and answers that continue to secure it 3 mishaps with that and you're locked out great app
My app won't work! I forced stopped it and uninstalled it but the opening screen just glitches and will not allow me to access my information.
Difficult app to try to pay a car loan. Have to enter an external account to take 3 to 4 days to verify by them sending and taking money. Then have to transfer it to a savings account, Then have to send from savings account to loan account. After all of this it still takes 3 days the money to get to the savings account from the external account.
It's been wonderful to use this far. I've easily been able to transfer funds, deposit checks, pay bills, and balance my checkbook.
Awesome love it. We can check our account at anytime, anywhere and we have the ability to scan in checks written to us so we don't have to hold onto them and try to find the time to run them to the bank. We love this app and we totally appreciate the staff at Sidney Fedetal Credit Union.
I love my credit union!! Being able to do my banking online, especially during covid, has been great. If I get a check all I have to do is snap a picture and it is posted to my account.
i enjoy having full control over my account, right from the mobile app - the easiest app to setup and navigate that I've experienced.
