Blocked login. Everytime I tried to login I get user pass lockout pop up. I was on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes. They did what they could but its not their fault the app is terrible and prevents logins.
It does the job over all but for whatever reason the app won't accept a check because the account number is not visible, which according to the pictures it shows, the account numbers ARE clearly visible.
The app is close to useless you can't make payments to your credit card and cant see your credit purchases either. you can't send money or transfer funds to another member worst mobile Banking app ever!
Cannot log in. App freezes after I enter my password. Tried stopping the app, even deleted and reinstalled, but no luck after trying a half dozen times over three days.
I am unable to log on to my accounts. I provide my credentials but nothing happens; no error message either. I have reinstalled several times and that does not work either. This needs to be resolved asap.
Keeps telling me to update the app when it is updated to its most current version. Incredibly frustrating to not have access to my account.

Horrible. The app will not work on the Google Pixel 3. It wont allow you to Log On.

malfunctioning app won't open
This app is not working at all every single time I uninstall and reinstall the app I get the same result it takes forever to load, then finally a window pops up saying error 500. Which is very annoying I've tried being patient with it because I would like to enjoy being able to check my account and finances with ease. Now me personally I am very disappointed with this app and its services which ironically I can't even use, I would not recommend this app to anyone.
