There is no option for profile management in the app though in the start banner it is shown as newly added feature. Tried many times to change communication address but it was futile 🤷
Worst ever internet banking experience. Most primitive. Screens are awful. Make any mistake or Incorrect password in beneficiary creating one has to start all over again and again. Disaster.
Excellent app. But it is a bit slower. "The quicker the app will be , the better the bank reputation will become," By the way, The newly launched CUB Keychain cost is unreasonable as compared to Omni card and other same quality keychains.
User Interface is Bad, Quick Links Options are not visible properly and App is also very slow. No way to see quick links options
With Wifi, it is working well, whereas with money data it is too sluggish and wants to know why? Even YONO works well with mobile date.
Overall a decent app. But login is very fidgety, especially fingerprint login. It just hangs after giving fingerprint.
I would recommend to have a feature to print Recipt of Transfers on NEFT/imps etc. This will help a lot for customers. please do include this issue.
When I tried to open application and got important update app notification. But checked in play store no updates are available. Not able to access the cub mobile banking app. Please fix ASAP.
It's a very good mobile app. User friendly and UI is very good. Can increase the speed of response.
It is taking ages to load, passbok doesnt refresh, fingerprint doesnt work most of the time. Sacn and pay is hard to find.
Regularly I am using the app without any problem sofar . And passbook is very much useful to know the previous transactions . It's a good information as and when opens the app , we receive information . Thanks to the app developer
App working is very good. But online passbook statement view is some time show the transaction detail one week before . So that's only the problem of this cub app.
Very bad app, whenever select the option to view the acc statement always says error. Mostly after 9 pm App doesn't work at all. Since yesterday I am trying to update the app as it's asking to update by default, unable to do so, it's keep buffering but not getting updated, hence unable to do my transactions thru this useless APP
unable to login using mpin. it is always says, your request cannot be processed.try after sometime. I already send mail to netsupport but no action talen so far.
Too many push notifications. The key chain debit card notification comes everyday! Its annoying.
When opening the app,it says "Installed from unknown source,please download from playstore".But I downloaded from playstore only..So I want to know whether I am on trap or it's a official message pop up from cub or not...Kindly reply
I used to like this app but now the app doesn't even open. It keeps loading and I can't even access login screen. I get error 10050 (couldn't connect. please try after some time).There is absolutely no issue with my internet connectivity. I have updated the app as well. No change!
Updated passbook view not good compare to before, I appreciate for given filter to take statement& dwld. But plz reconsider that password will give old bcz that is easy for financial work.
UI Could be better. It looks old compared to what axis and amex apps look like. But, in terms of functionality, the app does have most of the features to look for in a bank app. Major issue for me is the 1 day time it takes to approve a new payee for fund transfer - this should be instantaneous.
By far the best , most seamless and fast banking apps ever. Every aspect of the app is fast, and simple.. all options and processes are very easy to follow . Highly recommend opening an account just to experience and enjoy the swiftness of the app and also their internet banking options. Noticed one problem .. due to some cookie issue, I'm getting following error " user already logged in" many times. Any solution for that?
App is inconsistent in opening. 8 out of 10 times it keeps buffering and doesn't login. Better option would be to change my current account to ICICI bank. Imobile app perfect in 10 out of 10 times. Note: Have been using both apps for more than 2 years.
When I changed mobile it made easy to switch over. All simple and secured way. Good job cub...
Pass book entries r not available for the past 5 or six months in this, app . Other wise everything ok.
Really love the new look and UI of the latest version Excellent application It would have been better if the in app notification section is accessible only when logged in. Reason: Any person having access to phone will be able to view the recent transactions and account balance details. Hope I have provided a valid reason.
The app seems good most of the time . Only at some times it's not responding properly. But add the UPI transfer option in this app itself . As of now for UPI transactions we need cub wallet app, that app is not at all to the mark and it gets mad at most of the time . So please add the UPI transfer option in this app itself then that will be so useful.
The app keeps crashing when I enter my MPIN. I think previous version was better. I appreciate you efforts to bring new services to us but I think you should test it more. Most of were happy with the previous one too. On temporary basis, you should rollback.
The app interface is simple and very conenient to use. The recently added fingerprint security is very useful and time saving. It was well thought and designed feature. Transactions are easy to do. It will be nice if upi and wallet are included in this app itself.
Recently a prompt asked to reset password claiming " your password expired " when I changed password, the inputs for the password were suddenly filled with garbage (generated password). Now i can't login with old/new password, even in the browser. Thanks to this mobile app. Keep up Previously, I saved nickname of a beneficiary in local language and after that it displays ???? and can't remove the beneficiary entry.
