Adjust the phone's volume until you get it working. On succes the light flashes rapidly and then stops. On failure, if the light flashes in one single color, raise the volume, if it flashes green and red alternatively, lower the volume, then try again. I almost gave up until I found that for me it worked when I adjusted mine to halfway between my usual listening volume and the maximum.

It DOES work, guys! Be sure to hold contacts very tight in the mic output of your smartphone. Loose contacts won't work, the amp should make no noises, if you hear any steady noise, tighten your contacts. That's it and thank you, Roland!

Very poor app as it doesn't have any software that matches the micro cube gx controls. The app instructs to press the amp type button till it blinks but there is no such button on the Micro Cube GX model. Such a good amp but very disappointing software. Only gave it a star because I couldn't submit a rating without a star.

It simply doesn't work. I've tried using this on multiple android devices, tried everything imaginable to get it to work and it still dosen't if you aren't gonna make the app work don't release it.

Good app. But, keeps telling me that it was designed for an older version of Android and may not function well. Any plans of updating this APP to support the latest version of Android??

Nice app, all works, eventhought there is no many possible ways to modify the sound of amp.. (10 sounds)

Works well - just be sure your media output is 100% Media output and ringtone are not the same thing. I've used on two different 'droids and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Great.

Poor android users .Were not good enough for Roland.Just get one rubbish app for one cube.Stick you're Apple up your backside and your crap service.

I use xiaomi redmi 2 and roland cube 10 gx. I just buy the amp and i try to use this app but always failed. I follow the instruction but still has no different. :( help me please

The app works fine it's just other people aren't using it properly, you have to have your media volume set to max for the amp to pick up the tone
