Cube Method

This program will allow you to increase your strength in a carefully calculated approach. This method of training is designed to help you gain strength in a consistent manner and is there every step of the way to keep you on track. Just perform the main compound movements and choose what accessory work you want to do! This allows for the guesswork to be taken out of getting stronger. Just add any extra movements in settings you wish and simply do what the program says to do. Then say hello to strength gains! To get started after installing the app just navigate to the settings page, from there you can enter your training maxes for the programming to be based on. There is also an information tab within the app for any information you may need.

not as good as the original one and it is free. I love how the original one is set up the lay out and everything. But, the reason I gave a 2 star is because you are only doing the primary workouts. With the original 1 you actually have alternative workouts to choose from which is great, with this one you can type in your workouts but, if your new to the workout world or just dont know what ur doing your not going to know what to do. I like the 4th day tho

Great app and I can't wait to get started on the Cube Method. The only error I think see is on the bench press rep day in week 4, the sets are right but the reps I think should be 4-8 rather than 2-3. My apologies if I am mistaken. Is there a way to add a overhead day in? Like have 4 days instead of 3 "cube style' and skip the bb day...like strength, reps, speed, strength and have it rotated like usual?

Not even close to the actually cube method numbers.. All of the accessories are weighted higher than the working sets. If I struggle with 85% of my max for 3 reps on back squat, why would I be able to get 5% more with higher reps on front squat or Olympic squat?

Poor Every time.i change the screen it deletes all the reps, doesn't save the dates.
