I have downloaded the app and read the printed directions as well. There is no "+" button, to select so that I can add the new device. So, I have a cube here, that I can't even use :/ I closed out the app and re-entered to which a different screen was presented. It explained how to connect the device, then I figured it out, but I'm not certain why it wouldn't have the clear directions from the beginning. Or at the very least, written out on the paper instructions in the box.
Never really worked. My phone would detect the tracker for a while, then lose contact. In-app instructions would then say to press the button on the tracker to re-connect. That would obviously be impossible if I were really trying to find the tracker! Multiple support sessions didn't help.
My backyard isn't fenced in or the property isn't. And I have a dog and so if she goes without side those boundaries of the property line within 10 ft of it I get an alert on my phone it's an extra step of safety. However it's worth it all!
My CUBE was really wishy-washy when I first got it years back. Seems like it's more sorted out now. Also - you guys spelled "accuracy" wrong in your app lol
Works flawlessly beyond as advertised. Anyone unable to make it work is a moron. There is no possible way a rationally stable human being could fail at operating the device and app. The entire system was set up by our 8 year old in 4 minutes. Literally.
I used Trackr(s) before and that company disappeared when I went to get replacements. I bought some Cubes and they work fine. Of course the range depends upon how many walls in between you and the device. It's easy to me as I just retrace my steps and I always find my stuff
Worked great at first. Got the data plan. Then it wanted to do all kinds of updates. The NCS one never did finish then the app started glitching. Now it won't work at all. Very frustrating.
App doesn't run on startup, even with battery optimization off, app allowed to run in background, etc. You can't ring the app from a Cube unless it's been manually opened since the last reboot. Support's only suggestion was to update the Cube's firmware, but it was already updated and this isn't a firmware issue anyway.
It works! Aaaand, not really. I really REALLY wanted to like this thing and when I first hooked it up it really was cool and ITllit had great range, but then it just stopped connecting to Bluetooth. Did all the usual app uninstalling and reinstalling and starting as a new device -all the usual stuff - been there done that. Nada. Will not connect. Will not hold a connection. Cat got out and it wasn't working again so going back to the cheap little orange one that worked perfectly for years.
I liked the tracker and app - when it works. Seems like some updates break the app-tracker connection. Eventually after awhile, it works again. Recently replaced my battery. Didn't realize this was the same as a reset of the tracker. Removed it from the app and went to add it, but now when I tap the add icon on the upper right, it makes a sound so I know I tapped on it, but then nothing. I don't need this all the time, but seems like so often when I do, it's not working, so I spend time looking for my keys or my phone. And shouldn't a battery replacement be just that and not something that the user has to remove and re-add a tracker again? Getting frustrated with Cube and thinking of going to Tile. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
Seems to work about 30-40% of the time. I've used the same tracker with two different Android phones over the course of 18 months. I replace the battery every 6 months, even though the advertised lifespan is 12. More than once, while demonstrating the functionality of the tracker to people, my phone has failed to locate the tracker while sitting next to it. Getting the tracker working again requires completely deleting it from the app, removing the battery briefly, and adding the tracker again.
Easy to locate. Just wish it was a little louder
This is a great tracker at a great price! Setup was so fast and it was really easy to sync the cube with the app. My fiance is constantly losing his keys or his phone and now I can find them from my phone! His phone is always on silent and this overrides that so that it's easily found.
Pretty good but it doesn't always work for my phone. I think it's because my phone isn't on their list of Bluetooth compatible devices...
Interface could be a touch more intuitive but on the whole its a nicely designed product that works
Just got it haven't completely explored the possibilitys yet. But at first glance it is everything I expected and more. (updates as they become available)
It has done what its supposed to do without fail for two years until that battery dies. Ive repl the battery twice and its like new.
It works great and help me find my wallet and phone when I need it to the battery life on the product it uses is great and the map is really helpful
Never works... It's really that simple. 99% of the time the app can't find the FOB when when it's right next to my phone. Pressing the button on the FOB, it can NEVER EVER EVER find the phone... Once the phone is found, open the app and magically it works. I made sure the app had the right permissions per their support and nothing works more than a day. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this brand. Their app can not maintain communication with their FOB.
