This app is horrible. The main problem is that is crashes at least 20 times per shift! It is also extremely slow, and requires double and triple areas to enter one piece of information. It takes up to 2 hours to chart an 8 hour shift, and I stopped even trying to put narrative notes in, because just as I finish writing, the app crashes, and I have to start over! I wish my company never started using this crumby app! I end up spending my own personal time finishing my documentation. Terrible app!
This is one of the worst documentation systems I have ever used. It is not therapist friendly. The way it is organized means that my documentation time has tripled since my agency switched to this system. It has too many tabs and too much clicking back and forth to accomplish anything. The app is not very time friendly. I can no longer do my notes in the field, something I was always able to do before. The single worst feature of this system is the schedule which has to be done BEFORE a visit.
It's not operator friendly. (posted 3/20) New Entry (10/1/20): So it's been several months and updates, the most recent being 2 days ago, and I still find the program to not be user friendly. It continues to be very easy to lose charting just by accidentally pressing the back button. Especially when it freezes and you're not aware that it hasn't registered. I also find that it is limiting in options. 10/4/20: first half of my shift documentation un-saves, I have to re enter same info 1 am.
Takes too long to document. Takes forever to load to next screen after submitting. I thought the app would be faster than traditional charting. I would rather do paperwork the old fashion way than deal with this app every shift. I could get done faster if there was no lag in between screens to move on to next task.
Stupidly redundant, time-consuming and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!! Have to push up to 11 buttons to chart one thing. Cannot scroll thru narrative notes to proofread before submitting. Additionally while in the middle of charting- not paused at all, right in the middle - app wiil just close for no reason. Big waste of my time and SO ANNOYING!!!!
Loading time is extremely slow! If I am in the middle of a narrative note, it will log me out, doesn't matter. Its very frustrating! I had already read reviews about it and refused to put this on my personal phone so I do have a company tablet, but it is still slow as snails! This is the worse app I have ever worked with!
Quite intuitive. Pretty much a simple straight-forward, let's get this done and get it done well -type program. I was dreading the switch from paper documenting. Now I dread even the thought of paper documenting! I'm a better nurse with CubHub. .. felt using a computer would take time from my patients. I have found I actually have more time with the patient and improved the quality of care given during our time also. BIG THANKS! from myself and from my patients!
The worst App. You literally have to take a course to learn how to maneuver through this App. Kicked me out after having wrote a long narrative. Duplicates the same interventions after you have completed them. Way to repetitive. Seriously i will never work for another agency that uses them. My nerves are shot! Just sucks
Sucks for charting. Constantly deletes your information typed in. Does not save between media used. Updates in the middle of you. Completing your day ####### Updated again for 3rd time this week. Too large of an app to have to update multople rimes a weeke, month, etc. Still freezes on logins, denies passwords, sucks.
At first I noted I was double charting, however I asked my supervisor if she could delete the initial vital sign task because I was double charting. My supervisor changed it, and now I can navigate much better without double documenting. Plus I use to type my vital signs in narrative form, but now supervisor modified it. Now I fill in the vital signs in the appropriate box/cell/blank. Now I don't dislike cubhub, as I did in the beginning.
The SECOND my screen goes black, it logs me out. Why? Who developed this app? It's in no way user-friendly At All. I can't speak for laptop users, since my patient is very busy and I can't haul a laptop around for my entire 10-hour shift. But on cellular....wow. This app gives me so much anxiety.
Real pain Logs me out when i'm trying to di charting. Lost all my data for a shift. Constant updating changes everyting Not able to go in & see previous shifts note to know what happened & in the medical field that can be very important. Do NOT like app.
In a 12 hr shift this app crashes like 30-50 times. I mean. It's frustrating and seems like I can't get any work done. This app's got to be the worst app ever. I'm updating my review. Customer service got back to me and they were helpful. Resolved quite a lot of my concerns.
Having to input the time for each intervention is very annoying. It should automatically populate the time the intervention is scheduled. Otherwise it flows easily, is super easy to follow even on day one, and i like it more than other EMARs.
EDIT: The developers have really turned this around and with the updates I'm definitely giving 5 stars. I was so upset with the new system that I was going in already expecting the worse. JUST GIVE IT A TRY AND SOME TIME.. I know patient care is top priority but the app is getting better. My supervisor always asks is there something she can tweak with times and now its perfect for my patients individually. 1 THING PLS FIND A WAY FOR APP AND ONLINE TO SYNC!!! It doesn't sync from app to online.
Crashes out while writing narratives. Menu is easy to function, orders have to be put in can be annoying. Must access the website to review previous charting. By far my favorite documentation app. Highly recommend for homecare setting. I work as pediatric RN with BSN. Love this app.
As I get used to the prompts to select...I very seldom have any entries that are not completed. Therefore I easily sign out and have very little mistakes that need correction.
Forced me to update and the app keeps crashing and freezing. Never had this problem before update. Before update this app was better, now i have to keep uninstalling n reinstalling which means i lose all my documentation that i haven't submitted yet. Please fix
App is using more than twice the amount of data that the company stated and is using more battery power than my other apps. It doesn't give options for putting in information that isn't specific to their charting sections.
It is user friendly when it actually works but it is very slow to open and load.. even with the updated version.
The worst and most unreliable nursing app I have ever used. Takes away from nursing care. Been waiting a couple of hours for app to download. Frustrating and annoying , I just to be able to take care of my patient.
Not at all friendly. Trouble loading all of the menus. SUCKS. sorry would be great if we can get help right away instead of by appointment.
Still kicks me out or if signal strength changes error in initiazing download has taken over an hour and a half to even log in sometimes have android phone with limited mobile data this app eats up mobile data and is high battery use
I hate the fact that it signs you out to soon. If you are writing a long note you lose everything if you too much time goes by. I have worked on many systems in the past and CubHub stresses me out...
Update on February 4, 2021 has increased the load time of every entry, prolonging charting and increasing distraction time away from patients. In other words, I hate it.
Crashes, user designated defaults are flawed. You guys need to get your mess straight. People using your app are depend on it to work so they can submit documentation to get a paycheck!
This app needs a lot of work I am so tired of it timing out when typing my narrative notes. This is so annoying. Please fix this issue.
The app takes way too long to update. I updated my phone, but app still not working. Very inconvenient!!!!
Slow,slow,slow. Buffs forever takes way too long to document on a Samsung phone.only gave it one star because I had too to submit the review.
App is slow.... try to login multiple times and get error messages: login failed or either error initializing patients. This has been going on for about a month.... no way to contact unless through email... unacceptable
