I like the app. One problem I have is saving stats manually. The resistance never agrees with how the machine is set. I enjoy my machine.

I love my Cubii. Initially the bluetooth connectivity with the app was horrible. It would take forever to connect, but this appears to be fixed! It connects every time right away! I like that you can set goals and see progress over several days, months and more. Customer service has also been amazing, very quick to respond and on top of things. Love this product and app and highly recommend it!

The app tells you calories, strides, miles, and minutes, so it is probably sufficient for most people. I have two Cubii Pros and it works pretty well but it doesn't auto pick the device even though they are miles apart. I have to select the device that I want to activate which isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if it would auto pick the unit I was using. I would also like to see the app compatible with MyFitnessPal or some of the other popular options. That would be very helpful. The only other thing I can think of is that it doesnt seem to know which resistance setting I have selected on the unit. It seems like the pro version would be able to tell the app which resistance setting that was selected. I am sure it changes the calories burned etc.

Again, my app will not connect to Bluetooth. After the last update, my resistance settings would not change. It will not change from one. Even though I am going on a six, all of my information such as calories burnt are being equated by a resistance of number one setting. Right now, none of that is working anyway since it will not connect to Bluetooth at all. It says it is running in the background but nothing is populating on the screen.

It's great when it works, and I like the challenges. My app disconnects from my Cubii several times a day, requiring me to manually disconnect and reconnect the app to the Cubii so that it can update my progress. If I forget to do this prior to leaving work, then the app doesn't log the exercise I've done. I've restarted the app, my bluetooth, my phone several times, and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app as well as resetting my Cubii and unpairing/repairing it. This problem still persists. Sometimes when trying to manually reconnect my Cubii, the app can't even detect my Cubii even though the blue light is flashing. This has been happening for months, and I frequently check for app updates. My phone's operating system is also up to date, so I really can't tell what the issue is. If I stop pedaling for any length of time, this happens.

It's incredibly frustrating to have to have the app open while using the machine to log your activity. Seems like our technology in this age could support information being stored without direct app use. That is completely secondary to the fact that I can no longer even operate my app. It keeps force closing and shutting down. The home screen shows up on my phone for one or two seconds (if at all) and shuts down. Worthless.

The app was great until the update. Now the interface is clunky and not very intuitive. The worst part is my Cubii and app don't automatically match up when I start pedaling and there is no easy way way to fix it like in the old version. Thanks for responding to my review but you missed the issue. I can pair my phone and the Cubii just fine, however when I start another workout at another time, they don't reconnect automatically.

The time/steps/calories/miles recorded on the dashboard are not the same (the dashboard numbers are higher and seem more accurate as you can watch them change as you workout) as those used in the progression bar graphs and/or the group comparison. This is quite annoying. what's up with that!!?? So here's a "bug" you can fix!!😕 UPDATE- - - NEW UPDATED APP This updated app is a disaster!!! Things that worked just fine (connecting, remaining signed in, "remembering" the resistance setting) don't.

Doesn't stay connected to device when you resume activity. UPDATE: Contacted customer service. Told to uninstall app, update, and try again. Still same issue. If you don't mind disconnecting and reconnecting your Cubii to the app every time you use it, I guess the app works fine. I don't like doing that, hence the rating. UPDATE: Was sent a new Cubii and was told that was the issue with the app disconnecting. It wasn't. Still does the same thing.

The app has greatly improved. I almost never have issues with connectivity. Today it is down for maintenance. For 2 days, they say. I wish it had a local data option so I could see where I'm at in my workout. Even if I cannot compare my stats with others. I love my Cubii, the device. The app seems to be improving. Keep up the good work. Service restored after just a few hours. Keep improving, love it.

Needs: - a better fitbit updating system. (it uploads every 10 minutes to fitbit in 10 minute incriments - so an hour would have 6, 10 min slots in fitbit) - a better cubii synching system. It doesn't seem it updates the app unless your phone is nearby while you are working out. If I'd have known this, I would have gone with the cheaper cubii; this doesn't really help me understand the extra $ for just semi app functionality. Otherwise, I do enjoy cubii and it really helps me move at a desk.

Installed the new update from 9 January 2019, now the app shuts itself down and is essentially useless on my device. Which means that my two Cubii pros are expensive paperweights considering i bought them to sync with my Fitbit. Prior to this update, while I had a few connectivity issues with the app, it generally worked even if I had to restart the app and the phone to force a connection.

I said to myself, I'm going to be smart and put this app on my tablet so that I can have a nice view of all the metrics as I'm pedaling. You guys only have a portrait orientation and not landscape??? I suggest you work on providing a landscape mode for this application, and then after that you should figure out how to connect multiple devices to one Cubii Pro. I had it in mind to sync all my data to my phone and watch, while actively watching my progress on my tablet. Too smart.

This app used to be pretty cool. But you took away the ability to chiir and talk in groups,it's pointless to be in one.made it harder to connect to my cubii. I think the solution is that every single time I use my cubii I have to turn off/on my BT and pedal.and I can't share ANY of my results like before.classic case of fixing things not broken.and while the front screen is nice,I have a Facebook ad that just won't go away.putting the important info (my GOALS) under it.

Just bought it and can't even access the app. I keep getting a notice saying Device token should not be blank

It's a decent app, but is necessary for the bluetooth pro version of the Cubii. I like that it connects with my Fitbit - I get a lot more steps per day now. My prime dislike about the app is that I have to keep it running in order to make sure my use of the Cubii records for the correct day. Otherwise, everything just stacks up and loads on the day you connect it. [I had been using it one week without the app running - when I turned the app on, it showed a ton of steps for that day and zero for the days prior.]

Doesn't work with Android. Unless you have an iPhone, you probably shouldn't bother. Like many others here, this won't sync with my Cubii, whether I reset my bluetooth cache or not. Unisntall, reinstall the app, then they want you to hard reset the machine by yanking out the battery and putting it back in. A little more effort from them and a lot less from me would be nice. Buy the cheap model or not at all.

Not sure what happened. Used to work well and then I guess there was an update. Now the app won't open. It tries to but then closes and after a few times I just get a message from the operating system I guess that 'this app keep closing' with options to close the app or get more info on the app.
