Culinary Cooking Essentials

I really like this App; even though it hasn't been updated since November 2013. So for those who have bitched about this App, it's fallen on deaf ears. The videos do not lag or buffer, I like the (Terms) I'm sure that they could have put more terms in.

I love this app. Such a shame only a few downloaded it. It's very helpful. I have kitchen experiences and i'd say that the infos here are legit.

It's so informative and gives you the basic knowledge that you can't learn from home. The video demonstration is quite good,simple and right to the point. Would highly recommend this app.

One of the best culinary app...and its free. The videos are really essential to build the foundation of any aspiring cook and it really straightforward but not boring.

I'm in culinary school and this app covers nearly everything we're working on! It's so handy to have the reference material in one place along with videos that are very comprehensive so I can review what we learn in class. I'm recommending it to my fellow students.

Love the dictionary - lots of typos but short to the point answers. Wish the conversion calculator let you choose more options

This is the best compiled free resource for cooks I've ever seen. The YouTube videos are straightforward, and easy to hear and understand. Thanks so much! I've recommended it to other culinary students. I think this is a must have pocket 'book'. Thanks again.

No, it doesn't but that's what you get if you convert 16 ounces. Now, if you convert 1 pound to grams you get 450 grams. And here all the time I thought there were 16 ounces to the pound.
