Culligan Connect™

My main issue is that there is no way to schedule routine bypass for lawn and garden irrigation purposes. The rest of my irrigation system is scheduled. This could easily be implemented through the app, where the app could drive this feature. I honestly don't find the app useful as I don't monitor water usage as of yet. As for salt level, it's something I can easily set reminders in my calendar. For what it does though, it seems to do it well.

The system cuts out quite frequently, but after 3 years, it is still working okay. Needs 2.4ghz, and being the system is far away from our wifi router, needs an extender for the signals.

App won't work for me. The WiFi is connected on my water softener but none of the water usage data will load on the app. I tried manually updating the salt levels and the app buffers and nothing happens. I emailed customer service a week ago and got no response. Disappointed we spent the extra money getting a smart water softener.

The app is so very helpful. You can monitor multiple units. I love the fact that I am being notified when my salt is low and can see the water usage. I can start a regen, set a bypass or away mode right from the app. The graphics are also great. I havent had any issues connecting or staying connected like some reviews. I highly recommend using Culligan products and connect them to the app.

Would like to see last regeneration date and gallons to signal or gallons used since last regeneration. Would like to be able to change settings such as salt dosage, capacity, time clock backup, etc. I am a Culligan man but I think these would be helpful to customers too. As it stands now the app is helpful but only gives basic info. As a Culligan man, I could use this app when Bluetooth isn't an option. Also, I can't seem to add other units. Some customers have multiple units in many locations.

I really like this new version of the Culligan app. I had the old one for a couple of years and it was buggy. I'd sometimes try to put my softener in 'bypass' using the app, and half the time got error messages. So far so good with this new one! I also like the modern look of the app. It seems to do just what it was designed to do, giving me info on my daily and weekly water usage and keeping track of my salt supply.

Any reason why this app would need permission for access to my media files? Also tried repeatedly to add salt to the system but wont recognize when i add more salt....just tells me its at 25 percent.

The app is pretty basic. They added push notifications which should help but still surprised at how simple the app features are.

Makes it easy to keep track of the salt levels. I like that I can set it to away mode and will be notify if there is a leak in the house.

Decent app, has some basic features. I wish it tracked when the last regen happened and alerted when one is scheduled.

Does not update usage on the app. It's hit or miss, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.

can't log in after update. try to change password and keeps telling me I'm not meeting all criteria. BS! I know how to make a password. Now what?

Easy to use app helps me get the most out of my water system. Love the bypass mode.

App stopped working and showing data. No support from Culligan and no way to get anyone to talk to you without paying them hundreds. Terrible customer service overall. Too bad, overall, it is a great product as far as the reverse osmosis system goes. Wish the app and the customer service were to par.

Recent update seems to have made the app buggier, I am noticing it recording volumes an hour prior to it taking place. The water activity we have when we wake up at 7 AM is showing up for 6 AM on the 24-Hr bar graph.

It sucks! It should automatically adjust to salt levels.

I spoke to Culligan in Bloomington Illinois today. They told me they never hear of the Culligan Connect App. Seems strange since I've used it for several years. Although it seems to forget the password and they had to do something to reset password. I can't understand how everyone working there now never hear of the App today.

They is great and I would have rated it higher if the tank had a sensor to monitor salt levels, instead of having to manually update it in the app.

Easy to use interface. Wish it logged Regen times and durations.

I just got my RO system and everything is awesome so far. I was able to connect to the system easily and love having water usage metrics. I just wish I could change the units from oz to ml. 5 stars one that happens.

Slow to update, if at all. Does not show accurate information timely. Unreliable. Away monitor does not work

Only being able to install on 1 phone is weak. I use in a seasonal home and can't do a complete shut down when I turn off all water.

Helpful, however the salt recording should be done at the tank, instead of through the app. I don't add the salt myself and it would benefit the home owners if the tech could update when they service the softener.

The app doesn't allow me to sign on even after changing the password. Very frustrating and nonfunctioning.

Takes forever to get it connected, then it works. Until it doesn't anymore, randomly, then you get to start the process over again.

Water softener got unlinked before phone updated to Android 9.0, now it is impossible to add any water Softener to a Culligan Connect account, the water Softener connects to WiFi no problem but then the application fails.

Works rather well and keeps me informed no matter what time of day it is.

It's ok. I honestly haven't used it. I just feel this rave about this device is not up to what it's made out to be. It was very hard to link up and took us a very long time. But now, just another thing just sitting there.
